The BMW 750Li has so much room in the backseat it felt like I was in a limo. I am 6 foot 3 and 400 LBS and I was more comfortable than I have ever been. Once we were seated Paul asked my wife her favorite color, she said purple. Next thing I know the ambient lighting in the car changed to purple!! I had full control of temperature, music, window shades and back seat lighting on a tablet built in to the middle arm rest. This car is so slick inside and out I felt like a celebrity. There are so many other features in this car that I forget them all but Paul offered everything it could do to make our ride amazing. Oh, and we arrived at the time we requested and Paul even picked up up a little later than we had advised because we were having a great time. He did this with no questions asked. Just told me to let him know when we were ready and he would be there........and he was! What great service from a great guy in a great car! Funny, I get ghosted from Cory with no direction on a pickup and then he has gall to blame the customer. He then proceeded on sending multiple harassing texts to show his immaturity. If you have a flight, I wouldn't expect to make it if Cory is in charge however expect to get talked down to the whole ride. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Friday November 14, 2025 I called GTT at 9:30am to reserve a cab pick up for my son , who is special needs. The cab was to pick him up at his job between Hespeler and Guelph, on Hwy 24. At 3:05 pm I gave her full address of pick up and drop off. The dispatch confirmed all the info. I told her that he would pay The cab driver. I received a confirmation text immediately . At 2:50 pm , I received a text saying the driver was on their way , 3 texts actually. Saying what type of car etc that would pick him up. At 3:02 I received a phone call from GTT. She asked if I was trying to book a cab for pick up at Royal city nursery. I said not trying I booked and confirmed this am. She said well we cannot pick him up , I would have to call a cab in Guelph , but it would likely take 45 mins!! She asked if we have an account. I said no. I was not happy! I told her this is not an option.. he's autistic and why am I just getting a call now at his time of pick up . She said well the debit machine is down so can't pick him up! Never once did she ask if he was paying cash, or how he's paying . Just nothing she can do!! I got angry, said a few choice words and hung up! I was no where near his location, but stopped what I was doing and picked him up 30 mins later. He told me at 3:05 pm, at his pick up time he was outside waiting, saw Golden triangle taxi, drive right past him on hwy 24 , heading to Guelph! This is totally unacceptable!

The guy calls me and says I'm here. I told him I don't need him and didn't even think anyone would come. They he kept asking me what the exact address is (cause I only gave them an estimate) and I kept telling him I don't need him. He kept pressuring me and I finally said ok but I told him he'd have to wait 15-20 minutes cause I wasn't ready. He told me to cancel the other taxi so I did. He called me multiple times harassing me telling me he's going to leave and yelling at me. Then he harassed me during the car ride and basically forced me to tip him out of fear. He was very abusive. Not only that but he kept pressuring me and antagonizing me to pay immediately at the beginning of the trip and I told him one second I have to download the app and he kept interrupting me every 5 seconds telling me to pay. Actually unhinged behaviour. I used them once a few years ago and remembered having a bad experience too so nothing has changed. I regret this so much I wish I just took an Uber cause it's the same price and they actually screen their employees.
