I recently had a flight leaving from Toronto Pearson International Airport, which is an extremely busy and confusing place at the best of times. I have little regard or respect for taxi services. I have found very few of their drivers to be what I would call safe drivers. In fact, I had recently used one and regretted every minute of the ride, and ended up telling the driver to slow down, because he was making dangerous lane changes at high speeds during, passing traffic in the rain, on the expressway at night! I was glad I made it home safe and equally glad to see the last of them too! It was for that very reason I decided to try a limo service for the first time. I was both pleasantly surprised and impressed with the service that I received and with the reasonable rates. The rates were all explained to me prior to booking, including taxes and airport authority surcharges. My Speedy Limo Service driver was punctual, courteous and drove professionally. My ride to the airport was smooth and comfortable in a very clean new limo. The driver knew exactly where my airline was. It was very easy to reserve the 10 passenger van and instructions on how to locate the driver upon arrival were also very easy. The price quoted was used and it was about $30 less than if we had to take a taxi. We used Exclusive Limousine Services on our trip from hotel to airport also and again reserving and pickup were amazingly easy. The van was clean, fit luggage for 10 people and was very spacious. I would say the only negative was the driver did not help load the bags on the first trip (from the airport to the hotel) and had to be asked to help load them when going from the hotel to the airport. Overall use was very easy and was on point. We would definitely use again if we return to Toronto.
