Normally I do not bother writing reviews. I just use the service and go about my business, But this experience was somewhat different. I recently had a flight leaving from Toronto Pearson International Airport, which is an extremely busy and confusing place at the best of times. I have little regard or respect for taxi services. I have found very few of their drivers to be what I would call safe drivers. In fact, I had recently used one and regretted every minute of the ride, and ended up telling the driver to slow down, because he was making dangerous lane changes at high speeds during, passing traffic in the rain, on the expressway at night! I was glad I made it home safe and equally glad to see the last of them too! It was for that very reason I decided to try a limo service for the first time. I was both pleasantly surprised and impressed with the service that I received and with the reasonable rates. The rates were all explained to me prior to booking, including taxes and airport authority surcharges. My Speedy Limo Service driver was punctual, courteous and drove professionally. My ride to the airport was smooth and comfortable in a very clean new limo. The driver knew exactly where my airline was. I would not hesitate to recommend their service to any one or to use them again. read more

Seeing how this had great reviews and I was up for a few more trips, I booked this over my usual airport limo. Overall, great new cars, on time, ok cost, and good drive... so why the 3 stars only? The driver behaviour is what made is just a bit 'blah'. I called into their toll free line and they were quick to respond and take all my information to get the airport limo booked in 5 days advance. I liked how the driver came in early and waited nicely on my driveway till I was ready to leave. The car was spotless and new. I appreciate how the driver was clearly not new to driving in Canada and went at a good pace on the 401. In addition to that, it was clear that he was a very safe driver and anticipated the other driver behaviours. He was able to make polite conversation throughout the route without being too personal. That was a nice touch. When it came to paying the driver, the amount given was no issue but as I swiped my credit card, it came up with a choice of 3 tips ... 16%, 18% or 20% tips. This tip amount was definitely high and out of my company's policy so I gave him what my company allows (12% max). When I handed him back the credit card terminal, he made a face that was clearly unhappy and a dirty look. He didn't even bother to say good bye as he dropped my bag in the middle of the road instead of the sidewalk by the terminal. It was a stark contrast to the behaviour during the drive. I get that he wanted more than 12% tip... but his final behaviours definitely didn't earn it or repeat business from me. I'm going back to my other airport limo service. read more

I am writing about Speedy.Limousine.ca. I used their service in August 2018, and I thought it was great. The driver showed up 10 minutes early, was very courteous, helped me with my heavy luggage with a smile, and patiently waited while we had to return to my lobby as I had forgotten something upstairs. I am very happy with their service, and will use them again for my next trip. Thanks Speedy.Limousine.ca! read more

I pre-scheduled an airport pickup for April 7 which we had to cancel because of the Coronavirus. I contacted the company on March 16 (22-day notice) requesting to cancel and was informed that I would pay a 30% cancelation fee. When I booked the ride it was never communicated to me that this was their policy and that any cancellation regardless of advance notice would be charged this fee; if I had known this we would not have booked in the first place. Considering what is going on in the world right now this is totally unacceptable. The cost of the cancellation is small but the policy of this company is not good business. We will not be booking with this company again. read more

Okay - I tried this limo service because of the review and rating on YELP and sorry IT IS NOT WORTH IT. I called for the limo to be at my condo at noon. I waited and waited and I didn't see a limo. I called twice. The second time I called a man who was sitting in a beige GMC truck comes into the lobby - are you my ride? He had been sitting out there for twenty minutes without coming in and it certainly didn't look like a limo to me. Then to top it off, he charged $48 plus taxes (and tip) which is 25% above what a limo had charged before for the same 9 km trip. So I called and asked about this (naively thinking all airport limos are regulated) and he said their MINIMUM charge for any trip is $45. That isn't mentioned anywhere and it isn't the industry norm. Try one of the other services. read more

WARNING! NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO, DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! i Hired this company (which also goes by speedy limousine) for my wedding. First of all, the service was atrocious, they showed up 15 minutes late - the limo was filthy from previous occupants - the vehicle was not Air conditioned - they promised me there would be water on board - no water in the vehicle - they took a ridiculous route to get there - delaying the wedding by almost an hour (causing charges from the church) - Secondly THEY OVER CHARGED ME by $300 on my Mastercard, and REFUSED TO REFUND ME THE DIFFERENCE! - They still have not sent me a bill, invoice or Reciept - they got my credit card number, because they required it to book the limo, so I STUPIDLY GAVE IT TO THEM OVER THE PHONE. They charged my Card For $997 with out notice or authorization, when my bill shoud have been $$735.50 - they refuse to refund the over charge. - i Called master card and they said they cant help me with out documents, but this company never sent me any, quotes, invoices, or receipts, so I', SOL. - I have filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau - sent them an itinerary out lining pick up and drop off times (which added up to 3.5 Hours service) 48Hrs in advance - YET THEY INSIST I BOOKED THEM FOR 5 Hours - the charge on my credit card just showed up without warning, and was a grievous over charge - but since THEY NEVER GAVE ME ANY DOCUMENTATION AT ALL I cannot prove that it was an over charge -there is no pricing on their web site (just says call for pricing) so i made a verbal agreement with them of $200 per hour. - since they showed up late i used their service for 3.25 Hours they charged my the equivalent of $271 per hour instead of the $200 agreed upon -AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS read more

On time for pick up and return trip, driver was friendly and professional.

Great service and vehicle. We travelled with our baby.

Nothing beats a car service on time when you arrive to the airport. My driver even texted me before I even got through customs. Driver greeted me outside of the terminal, clean car, & good driving. Great customer service. Would totally use again! read more

I was in charge of planning a huge event in Toronto this past weekend. I had been in contact with Speedy Limo via email, since that was the only way to communicate with them. I called and had a credit card added to our reservation 2 weeks prior to our event. The night of the event rolled around at the time of pick-up and no cars. I called to get an ETA and I was told that they didn't have a credit card on file therefore there were not any cars to pick us up. To say I was angry was an understatement. I would not recommend them for anything! read more

Wow! This company has excellent Service! From my first phone call I spoke with Amir who was incredibly helpful. Our company needed shuttle service for 16 people flying into Toronto for a huge convention. Amir assured me this would not be an issue and he would be able to assist me. I sent Amir a spreadsheet with all of our guests flight information. Amir then sent me a list of scheduled pick up times for each of our guests and got the ball rolling. As an executive assistant for our company you always worry about using a new car service. Will they do what they say they're going to do? Will they arrive on time? If we have changes will they make note of those changes? These are usually some of my concerns. Well I didn't have to worry about any of this with Amir and Speedy Limo. If you have a large group of people that need transpiration or if you are just one person in need of car service . I would highly recommend using Speedy Limo Company. They did an amazing Job and all 16 guests were impressed, not one mistake was made. Flawless!! Keep up the great work Amir!! Our company will defiantly use Speedy Limousine when we travel to Toronto. read more
