What a wonderful experience I had with A Celebrity Limousine. Rob was extremely professional over the phone and by email. I required a limo for my daughters 12th birthday party for myself, my daughter and 8 of her friends to go to Wonderland for the day. Rob made some suggestions on best utilizing his services in making the day truly memorable. His suggestions were perfect! We chose one of his SUV limos for this event, and had all the girls individually picked up with red carpet service. The interior of his SUV limo was super modern, clean and spacious. Trust me, coming from a big family with numerous family events and weddings annually, Rob's SUV limo was by far the best I've been in. Kyle was our driver and was extremely polite, organized and on time. I could tell he was very experienced and not like some of the other drivers I have come across using other limo companies in the past. He was very friendly to my daughter and her friends. Drop offs and pick ups at Wonderland were on time and perfect. It truly was a special day for my daughter. For anyone needing limousine services, A Celebrity Limousine is your best choice. Make sure when you speak to Rob from A Celebrity Limousine that the price that he gives you is properly documented. Rob has a tendency to give you one price over the phone, and then when you go see him in person everything changes for the worst. Rob seems to think if you found a better price then what he is offering for the same service / vehicle that the other company is not reliable and there is an issue of why its so cheap. This is the professionalism that Rob has when you see him in person. He shows you his book with all the celebrities that he's serviced (like that helps the average person). He also has these high tech cameras to watch his fleet of limos in his backyard, and considers himself to be better and more reputable then his competitors. In my opinion, his professionalism stops there. When speaking to Rob on the phone as a potential client, his professionalism is lacking, he does not have the integrity and organizational skills to put down what he quotes people. So when speaking to Rob over the phone do yourself a favour, and record the conversation. Do not bother wasting your time. read more

All I can say is that we had the best experience booking with celebrity limousines. My mother had rented a limousine for my 30th birthday party where we had multiple stops throughout the city. We were told a few hours before our booking that they would be giving us the party bus instead, and told us "wish your daughter a happy birthday" Kyle our driver made the night and was absolutely amazing, courteous and professional. When he picked us up, he helped my into the vehicle like a celebrity and had a card and a pair of flip flops as a gift. We never had to explain any directions in regards to our multiple stops. He knew exactly where to go, and was prompt every time in picking us up. We even went a little over our time, and he only smiled and said don't worry about it. He could have been rude about it, but instead he made my night a night to remember. So good was the service A Celebrity Limousine provided today, I've created a Yelp account to write a review. We wanted something beyond the usual limo hire company to drive my wife-to-be to her bridal shower, and we were prepared to pay for it. This company fitted the bill superbly. So we booked the Jaguar XJL to take her the 20-minute drive to the shower this (Sunday) morning. Setting up the booking through the owner, Rob, was easy; he responded to emails quickly and provided clear information about our options and payment. Then, on the day, the driver, Nick, was amazing. He was on time, dressed immaculately, and could not have been more friendly and helpful. Plus, knowing it was a bridal shower, he even had a fancy umbrella in the back ready for when my wife-to-be reached the venue; afterwards, I heard as much about the car and the driver than I did about the event itself! We booked "A Celebrity Limousine" for our wedding day on May 16, 2015 and they delivered the top notch service we were guaranteed from 11:00am all the way up until our late night pickup at 1:30am. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the all around service that Rob and his team provided for us on our special day. Some highlights of their service includes a free bottle of champagne, a very courteous limo driver (who even took a photo of us and then emailed it to us almost immediately with a nice personalized message), late night pickup on a bus limo (this was a free upgrade, since we were just expecting a sedan limo!) and a thank you card that included a lottery ticket! We recently had our wedding and chose A Celebrity Limousine for our transportation services. From the start Rob was extremely kind and helpful! He would always answer any questions from the start and accommodate our needs and requests. We would always get a reply within a day or two. Our Limo driver, Roy, was so kind and would even message us ahead of time to let us know where he was and confirm our addresses for pickup and drop off. He made sure that he got to these places on time, and we were never late to any of the locations, including the church for our ceremony. The SUV limo itself was very clean and spacious for our bridal party of 14, including our flower girl and ring boy, who still had enough space to lay down and fall asleep during the trip. I cannot say enough about the amazing service we received from this company and our AMAZING drivers Peter and Thomas. Peter drove my husband and myself with our wedding party and he was the most kind, gentle patient man I have ever met. He went above and beyond his duties - brought us water as we were getting our pictures done, held my bouquet for me multiple times at the end of the evening he even came in to grab a few things to place in the limo for us. He was just amazing! Thomas drove our parents and family and they have nothing but kind words for him as well. Both were early for pick ups and brought us to our destinations on time and in style! We used Celebrity Limousine for our wedding on April 2nd, 2017 and it was perfect. Our limo driver was Ali and he was great! From the minute he picked me up from our hotel in the morning to take me to our reveal until the end of the day when he dropped my husband and I off at our hotel downtown Toronto and all the stops in between, Ali was incredible. He is very professional, a gentleman and courteous. You can tell that Ali enjoys his job and has been doing it for awhile. Doors were always opened for us, cold champagne was ready for us and all provided with warmth and a smile. The limo was very clean and looked after which can be a concern but not in this case. A Celebrity Limousine provided us with a Limo bus for the day of our wedding. With 2 separate pick-up locations, 2 venue locations, and a pictures location, they were right on time for everything. Our driver was very professional and helped make the timing of the day perfect. He was also prepared for road closures during the PanAm Games.
