Not the "Limo" Experience They Advertise…read more I was expecting a premium experience given the "limousine" in their name and the price they charge, but what I got was thoroughly underwhelming. The car wasn't as clean as I would have expected, and the driver seemed more interested in his phone than in providing a quality service. The ride was jerky, even dangerous at times and the driver took a strange route to the airport that I'm sure added extra time to the trip. There was no offer of water or any of the other small touches that you'd expect from a high-end car service. It felt like a very expensive taxi ride, but with less professionalism. Tried so hard to get my personal details to sell me on a MLM business. Ridiculous! Overall, it was a disappointing experience that did not live up to the marketing or the price tag. I won't be using Evolve Trans Inc. again.

I am so grateful that they were able to do that for us! Our driver was Richard and he was amazing, he was so nice and kind and sociable!!! He was on time to pick up my parents and I on the wedding day and he was so polite and he was a great driver!! We went with a Telsa Model X post ceremony so my new husband and I could have a minute to ourselves!! Richard was the best driver we could have asked for - we even stopped at a harvey's drive thru for a quick bite!! He was very accommodating. We really enjoyed having the Tesla and all of our guests loved it as well - everyone kept admiring it and saying it was so cool that we got it for our wedding day!! It was very easy to reserve the 10 passenger van and instructions on how to locate the driver upon arrival were also very easy. The price quoted was used and it was about $30 less than if we had to take a taxi. We used Exclusive Limousine Services on our trip from hotel to airport also and again reserving and pickup were amazingly easy. The van was clean, fit luggage for 10 people and was very spacious. I would say the only negative was the driver did not help load the bags on the first trip (from the airport to the hotel) and had to be asked to help load them when going from the hotel to the airport. Overall use was very easy and was on point. We would definitely use again if we return to Toronto.
