My experience with the customer service is similar to some of the reviews below about the office…read morebeing rude and claiming to be "super transparent" about prices. I usually get a bus service 4-5 times a season and have never had an issue like this. I booked a Sprinter from 716 Limousine for the 1/12 Bills game and was quoted with a base rate of $695 plus a 20% gratuity and 4% fuel surcharge (~$867 total), but after changing my time to pick up time and discussing with them, my new charge came out to $933.72. The extra $66 was what I had assumed was the charge with the added time, as I was told it would be "not that much". Also, this was on my invoice before the game and up to the afternoon of 1/13 as seen below. Without being informed, they had processed an extra $190 charge labeled "Additional Charges 1" bringing the grand total to $1130.72. I did not receive any documentation of this beforehand and when I called to discuss this, I was told it was for the additional time. I was also told that "their staff was well trained", so there is no way they could have been wrong about the pricing ahead of time, and that, "they were very transparent" despite not sending me updated price documentation. Out of the dozens and dozens of buses I've taken to Bills games, this was by far the least transparent, and the most expensive. Not once have I had the price change like this without advance notice and then have the company imply that I should've known. You don't have to look far to find better, cheaper options. Book with someone else. Also shoutout to our driver Dave. 5 Stars to him.

It was very easy to reserve the 10 passenger van and instructions on how to locate the driver upon arrival were also very easy. The price quoted was used and it was about $30 less than if we had to take a taxi. We used Exclusive Limousine Services on our trip from hotel to airport also and again reserving and pickup were amazingly easy. The van was clean, fit luggage for 10 people and was very spacious. I would say the only negative was the driver did not help load the bags on the first trip (from the airport to the hotel) and had to be asked to help load them when going from the hotel to the airport. Overall use was very easy and was on point. We would definitely use again if we return to Toronto.

However, the day of the wedding, the limo driver showed up LATE to pick up the groom and groomsmen. He also did not open any doors for any of the ladies or the bride. The driver also did not know where he was going. He didn't have a GPS and got lost on the way to our photography spot. We had to use our data plan on our cellphones to direct him to the photography spot. He also demanded money right away - which was terrible considering the amount of effort he put into his service. The limo also had no music and the divider between the driver and passengers did not go up - so there was no privacy at all. Even when we spoke to him or asked him questions he spoke so low that no one could hear him. All in all - easy to book, terrible service. Would not recommend. I would say it would be better to pay more at a different company and hope to get better service.

Picked up promptly at scheduled times, through our tour trips with multiple stops (restaurant, theatre etc.) I am in a wheelchair and our limo driver was excellent in negotiating the heavy traffic, construction and road closures. She even did 2 three point turns in the huge limo. She (Rhiyana) was very neat, polite and pleasing ( turned the limo abround for me to get out on the right side - easier access).
