We booked this company because they had a decent price, compared to others. They were great to book with, easy to communicate with via email. However, the day of the wedding, the limo driver showed up LATE to pick up the groom and groomsmen. He also did not open any doors for any of the ladies or the bride. The driver also did not know where he was going. He didn't have a GPS and got lost on the way to our photography spot. We had to use our data plan on our cellphones to direct him to the photography spot. He also demanded money right away - which was terrible considering the amount of effort he put into his service. The limo also had no music and the divider between the driver and passengers did not go up - so there was no privacy at all. Even when we spoke to him or asked him questions he spoke so low that no one could hear him. All in all - easy to book, terrible service. Would not recommend. I would say it would be better to pay more at a different company and hope to get better service. read more

Yesterday 9 of us went from Brampton to see 'Come From Away' down at the Elgin Theatre on Yonge Street. (With a pickup on Front St.) Very busy spot. Picked up promptly at scheduled times, through our tour trips with multiple stops (restaurant, theatre etc.) I am in a wheelchair and our limo driver was excellent in negotiating the heavy traffic, construction and road closures. She even did 2 three point turns in the huge limo. She (Rhiyana) was very neat, polite and pleasing ( turned the limo abround for me to get out on the right side - easier access). We rented a limo for my friend's 30th birthday last night. They were exactly on time, the chauffeur was super friendly and they kitted out the limo with everything we asked for (ice, water, glasses, etc.) The limo itself was pretty awesome, a 10-seater white stretch limo with stereo, CD player and a mirror on the ceiling. No ipod dock, though. The limo was clean, but smelled kind of weird. The cost was $215 including tax for an hour and a half. We booked Exotica Limousine Services for our wedding this past weekend through Weddingful. The driver was friendly, the limousine itself was great (30 person "party bus") and timings were met. The only drawback was that the heater seemed either faulty or old because it took awhile for the bus to heat up (despite it being about 5 degrees outside). Overall, the interior was pretty sweet and everyone was comfortable. I would recommend them to other newlyweds! read more

This was the worst experience. First off the driver calls me and repeatedly told me to make sure to have everyone ready at 9:30 pm if not he's leaving because he has a tight schedule. Which I understand but he doesn't have to be so demanding and rude he then tells me the amount I owe him and that he will calculate the gratuity that I need to owe him. I already told him I have that all organized and he then said let me do it for you anyways I then told him the amount and he then went quiet all of this took place the day before. Then when the driver arrives he comes into my house asked for the money and we said we'll pay him half now half later he said no. He's been doing this for 12 years he gets the money all now. We then read the contract and gave him everything plus tip before the ride. While he the trip was going on in the bus he was driving aggressively and dangerous. He dropped us off and again repeatedly told us to be ready for 2am. 1:50am comes now and I'm not even in the party bus yet, he told my brother and a few others that were on the bus that he's going to leave everyone else here. It's not even 2am yet!!!!! My friend and myself were then walking to the bus and he said he was going to leave with out me! The person who paid him he was going to leave without!!!! This was still all before 2am. The driver then made us freeze our asses off and did not turn on the heat even when we asked him to turn it on bc we were freezing. Half of us were in dresses it still didn't phase him. He then drops us off and rushes us off. I did not appreciate the service he provided if I didn't have to give the money before the trip I would not be tipping him. His name was Tadesse. DO NOT use this limo company (I wouldn't even give them a 1 star but I could not post without adding one). I never write reviews but this company was absolutely horrible. All they cared about was getting paid. My contract stated visa could be used and when they arrived they would not accept visa so they charged extra. I literally was in the limo for 45 mins and the cost was insane. On the contract they offer refreshments, just married decorations and red carpet service (which I didn't care about) nothing was offered even though it states it on my contract and was discussed at the time of booking. The limo driver had no sense of direction and we were late for photos because he just kept going in circles around the venue. My Maid of Honour had to yell directions to the driver from the back. When he picked us up he would not drop off one of our groomsman one block away from our hotel, they had to take a cab. I have been to weddings before where limo's dropped numerous guests off without notice, afterall we paid a fortune for a minimum 3 hour service and like I said we were literally in the car for 45 mins to and from the venue. The driver was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I will never be using this company again. I do not recommend them. All they care about is money and they provide awful service. I got married in Brampton so I used this company as my limo service. I must say these guys are bunch of crooks. On the phone they asked for my credit card number which is not very secure at all but I gave them the number since I was going to change my card number after marriage anyway. On the phone, the manager said, I'll charge you 30% on the card but if you give rest in cash, then I can give you a better price so which is what I did. On the wedding day, the driver demanded cash for the remaining balance and included his tip which was more than %15. Again he demanded cash. I mentioned that I was told tax and tip was included if I paid cash? Around the drop off time, I called him and asked him if he can come an hour late will that be ok? He says sure no problem. I can do that. Once he came and dropped me off, he demanded $200 from me and says, it says on the contract that you pay to pay $200 for ever extra hour. They clearly did not say anything about any hourly rate when I called and I did not rent them for hourly rate. He started arguing with me on my wedding day and that's the last thing I wanted to get ripped out by this crook company. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR BIG EVENT. They were contractually obligated to drop my daughter and 9 of her friends at a prearranged point after their prom, but the driver drove them to another location and proceeded to try and extort $150.00 CASH from them in exchange for driving them to the correct house. This limo company completely sucks. Their advertisements are not reality. The driver was 45 minutes late, demanded full payment upon arrival, and had no idea where he was going. No air conditioning, no bar storage, toilet did not flush, was filthy to the point of disgusting, no toilet paper..... The limo had no name on the outside, and was so old, it should be in the scrap yard. Not at all the limo that we had chose from their pictures of their "fleet". A complete nightmare! Do not use this company. We just rented the party bus on Friday evening Feb 3rd for our daughters 16th birthday. We made it very very clear we needed to have a working washroom on the bus. They guaranteed it would. We put 38 teenagers on a bus with a working washroom that was LOCKED and they would not unlock it. PLEASE READ COMPLETELY BEFORE BOOKING... If you're looking to pay a good amount of money to have an unsafe driver tell you how they won't drop you off at the requested destination and how they will leave you if you are a minute late all while they drive on the wrong side of roads and their cars break down on you THEN HIRE EXOTICA LIMOUSINE SERVICE. A little about our experience, the driver first showed up late and told us she was tired, she seemed rather new and unable to operate the vehicle. The drive was bumpy and jerky, not smooth at all. We were dropped off at the first location and picked up, the second location we requested to be dropped off at the front door because why else do you hire a car ... she refused. She said that we had a time constraint and if she were to go to the front door it would take her an hour to circle back and that she was unable to turn the car around if she dropped us off in the front (all while a similar limo was passing us by on the other side of the road). She tried to make us feel better by telling us that she dropped all her clients about 1/2 mile away from the door. After begging her to drive up as far as she could because we were a party of 12 women in high heels, she moved up but still refused to go to the door, so instead of wasting more time, we walked 1/4 mile to the door. When it was time to leave, we again had to walk the 1/4 mile back to the vehicle only to find that the car had broken down. The driver did not call us to let us know as we could have waited inside, not in the cold. The good news was that the backup vehicle was only 10 minutes away, we got into backup car and drove past the front door, the new driver made the turn the first driver was refusing to make and were on the way home. We were then told we had to stop at a bank because they would not accept anything but cash as final payment. The driver requested the cash as soon as we got back into the vehicle, we asked to close the door because it was cold, he said I'm not closing the door until I count the money. After counting the money he so unprofessionally said to us, "the tip is not included in the fee." (Aren't tips usually earned and given at the end of a transaction?) After we told him why we were not tipping at the moment, he said, "Oh well, I guess nothing I can do if you don't want to tip me nothing I can do." Thinking it's finally over, upon exiting the bank parking lot, we stop at a light, then see some cars coming at us, he tells us he has to back up now and go the other way because the light was not changing. What really happened, THE DRIVER DROVE INTO ONCOMING TRAFFIC ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD! When we wanted to talk to him about it, he put up the partition so we couldn't. We finally reached home and the driver would not drive up the driveway to drop us off. The experience ended with 12 women in heels walking up a graveled driveway. In conclusion, if you're looking for a reliable service and someone who will pickup and drop off at your requested location, THIS IS NOT COMPANY TO HIRE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. read more

I rented a limo to transport myself and my wedding party to Port Perry and when we called to ask where the limo was they told us it had broken down and that they could send us another one how it would take about 2 hours to get there. Note that we had to call them to find this out after they were already 15min late AND we had our wedding on a boat which was charted for only 5 hours. Then they played which us on the phone for a good 20min, saying things like "I just need to call the driver" and "I will call back in 5 min". We hired Exotica for our wedding day and could not have been more disappointed. We rented a vintage Rolls Royce (which was in sub-par condition) and a Chrysler 300 limo. The drivers were not bad, but not great. One of them actually left two hours earlier than he was supposed! It really didn't seem as though the drivers were on the same schedule, despite working for the same party, and they didn't even have each other's contact information, which turned out to be an issue when our vehicles were separated and we were forced to revise our itinerary. The worst of our experience happened after the wedding. There were lots of discrepancies in terms of payment, and the office staff were completely unprofessional about it. After several heated phone calls, the owner/manager finally resolved things, but only after we requested to speak to him directly on multiple occasions. I wouldn't recommend this company at all, but if you decide to book with them, be sure to read the fine print VERY carefully. read more

I used exotica limo for a function this year. Biggest mistake of my life. One of the guys I dealt with named Sid was nice and accommodating at first (Untill we signed the contract that is). He then made us jump through hoops giving us the run around about how the vehicle we had already booked and payed for 'might not be available but wasnt sure'. I would call once a week to check if the vehicle was ready and he spoke so rudely to me he even had the nerve to tell me to stop calling him because I was harassing him. The day of the function arrived and the limo was late in the morning, it was unfinished, it came 55 minutes late in the afternoon (which delayed my entire function). A different limo came in the afternoon which was too small causing kids to have to sit on people's laps!!!! I was so disappointed and when we approached him about these problems after the function he said 'these things happen' and it's not his problem. I will never go with this company again and I am filing a complaint against them with the business bureau. Typical desi run business who don't know the meaning of customer service, they just want your money. I would rather have had no limo then had to deal with those clowns on such an important day. Honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with! We booked the SUV limo for my birthday, the driver was one of the rudest men alive, right from the get go he asked for his tip upfront before we even got into the limo, and told me how much I had to tip him! when I told him he will get it at the end of the night he pulled a hissy fit and left and said he's not driving us! After calling the company he came back but had a chip on his shoulder towards us from then on. He drove like a maniac, I understand that we were in an SUV limo and they can bumpy but he was just being crazy we were being launched around in the back. That wasnt even the worst part, we had arrived at our location in Toronto and he told us to take all of our stuff out,which seemed kinda fishy but we did, then when our time came around to be picked up he was no where to be found! He never showed up to get us we waited around for 30mins and eventually had to take a cab home! So on top of paying him all the money upfront for the limo(which he demanded in full our else wouldn't take us) I had to then pay $110 for a cab! When I contacted the company they said there was nothing they could do for me, I even tried showing up at there "head office" and the owner wouldnt even come to meet me! We hired Exotica Limousine Services for our Wedding Sept 28/13. Worst experience we ever had on the most important day of our lives. The limo was late for everything, late going to the church, and then picking us up from the church which took time away from our photo session. We had hired a day limo and then a night limo to pick us up from the hall to take us back to hotel. The night lime that came was filthy dirty unfortunately for me I did not see this until I got out of the lime. I got in the limo in my wedding dress which was clean and white. When I got out of the lime the bottom of my dress was covered in black grease oil, completely destroyed. I could not find a dry cleaner that was willing to take the responsibly to clean it because it was in such bad shape. When I called the manager of the Exotica Limo he was rude and offered me no solution or compensation nor did he apologize for giving us a dirty limo that destroyed my wedding dress permanently. He was not sympathetic to what had happened, the fact it was his responsibility to provide us with a clean limo in which we had paid for, he did not refunds us our money nor offer to pay for dry cleaning he basically said it was not his responsibility. I have never experienced such rude behavior and bad services especially on such an important day as our wedding. My 5,000.00 dollar dress is now forever ruined because of one limo who was too lazy to clean it before picking us up and then refusing to acknowledge and take responsibility for providing such horrific service. I do not recommend this limo company for any event they do not abide by their contract nor their service level agreement. They will take your money and run with it. read more
