Late the first time, charged and extra 15 the 2nd time and flat out would not accept the vouchers the 3rd time! Citing new ownership, the guy over the phone tried to offer ridiculous explanations every time. Even after "new management", he was still the one on the phone every time (pretty sure he;s the manager) and was SO unaccomodating and unprofessional. DO NOT get scammed by these jerks.

Great ride and same price as the miserable ride our friends had in a regular taxi (same time, same day): they paid the same as we did, but the taxi was smaller and they felt crowded, the taxi stank of cigarettes and our friends had to keep a window open, which of course let in the fumes and hot air of a Tonto summer's evening commute. Going back to Pearson, our town car driver was at the hotel at 5:15 am as requested. The car was even cleaner than the first - polished beautifully outside and in, the driver even more polite and very proud of his car - with good reason! My husband gave him a $20 tip. Unheard of! Alas, our friends didn't think ahead to call and were stuck once more with a smelly, dirty taxi.
