I will never use their service again and cannot recommend it to others…read more On Friday, October 16, 2026 at approximately 6:00 p.m., my wife and I used their service to drive us from the airport to Oakville. It was the worst experience we ever had with a transportation service. The driver repeatedly braked suddenly, drove aggressively, and weaved between vehicles, sometimes without signalling. Other drivers honked at him during the journey. In the back seat you feel the sudden acceleration and deceleration. My wife asked him to drive more carefully because we felt he was driving too fast. He dismissed her concern, saying he was driving within the speed limit. I used Waze app to track our speeds, it showed speeds reaching 120 km/h on the highway. This is in spite of our request to drive slower. After joining the QEW, he asked, "Is the speed okay?" When his speed reached 120 km/h, I had to intervene and asked him to slow down. His response was a dismissive, frustrated sound. The driver's behavior and disregard for our concerns were unacceptable. We trusted their service to get us home safely, but instead spent the journey feeling anxious and unsafe. When we arrived home and he saw that I did not leave him any tip, he started complaining and when I reiterated the reason he said you are the worst driver ever and walked away. Bad service.

Arrives early, has your name posted on the I Pad's built into the back of the headrests which gives me the "I'm important feeling. Paul greeted my wife with an umbrella as it was raining on our night out and walked her to the car, opened her door for her and made sure she was settled comfortably before returning to assist me to the vehicle. Paul was suited up complete with a chauffeur hat. Once inside the car, Voss water is waiting for you but you can request other beverages. I'm a social guy so I chatted up Paul and he is a great person to speak to if you don't want to just sit quietly. Very polite and easy to speak to. Also a very important part of this review is to say that Paul is a great driver and I felt safe every moment of the drive. You can tell he has a passion for the road......Now let's get to the car......This car gets you there in so much style its selfishly good! The BMW 750Li has so much room in the backseat it felt like I was in a limo. I am 6 foot 3 and 400 LBS and I was more comfortable than I have ever been. Once we were seated Paul asked my wife her favorite color, she said purple. Next thing I know the ambient lighting in the car changed to purple!! I had full control of temperature, music, window shades and back seat lighting on a tablet built in to the middle arm rest. This car is so slick inside and out I felt like a celebrity. There are so many other features in this car that I forget them all but Paul offered everything it could do to make our ride amazing. Oh, and we arrived at the time we requested and Paul even picked up up a little later than we had advised because we were having a great time. He did this with no questions asked. Just told me to let him know when we were ready and he would be there........and he was! What great service from a great guy in a great car! I would recommend Proper Livery to anybody looking for a ride service. I will be using him again for sure!!! Thanks Paul!
