You can tell he has a passion for the road......Now let's get to the car......This car gets you there in so much style its selfishly good! The BMW 750Li has so much room in the backseat it felt like I was in a limo. I am 6 foot 3 and 400 LBS and I was more comfortable than I have ever been. Once we were seated Paul asked my wife her favorite color, she said purple. Next thing I know the ambient lighting in the car changed to purple!! I had full control of temperature, music, window shades and back seat lighting on a tablet built in to the middle arm rest. This car is so slick inside and out I felt like a celebrity. There are so many other features in this car that I forget them all but Paul offered everything it could do to make our ride amazing. Oh, and we arrived at the time we requested and Paul even picked up up a little later than we had advised because we were having a great time. He did this with no questions asked. Just told me to let him know when we were ready and he would be there........and he was! What great service from a great guy in a great car! It was very easy to reserve the 10 passenger van and instructions on how to locate the driver upon arrival were also very easy. The price quoted was used and it was about $30 less than if we had to take a taxi. We used Exclusive Limousine Services on our trip from hotel to airport also and again reserving and pickup were amazingly easy. The van was clean, fit luggage for 10 people and was very spacious. I would say the only negative was the driver did not help load the bags on the first trip (from the airport to the hotel) and had to be asked to help load them when going from the hotel to the airport. Overall use was very easy and was on point. We would definitely use again if we return to Toronto.

We ordered limo service to take us to the airport on December 25th, 2017 and to pick us up just…read moreafter midnight on January 7th.....I prepaid for both trips and called to confirm 3 times!!! the delivery to the airport was pleasant- driver was nice and bang on time, the limo was nice and clean.... HOWEVER NO ONE SHOWED UP TO PICK US UP ON THE 7TH!!!! I tried every phone number I had for the service and no one picked up. We had to arrange for the actual airport licensed limo to bring us home- we didn't get home till 3am! The next day I called to complain and get my money refunded and I too was YELLED at!!! I was informed by the Dispatch guy that he only makes $10 per hour and is not paid to put up with this S%^t. I said let me talk to the manager or owner- I was then informed they do not want to talk to me and they they do not give a S&%t about me!! and he hung up on me. I waited a couple days to clam down and called back talked to the Daytime answer service who apologized and said she would have someone call me back. No one has called - still waiting for my refund.
