They came out a few times to try to repair, but then turfed the blame to the commercial doors. this company is not ethical. i've had to call them for my stair lift eight times because one of the chairs wasn't working. (after i spent almost $17,000 getting it installed.) this last time both my caregiver and i tried the chair and it did not work. then my caregiver unplugged the unit and plugged it back in, which is what she saw the last person who came out do, and it still didn't work. when they came out today and tried it, it suddenly worked. my labor warranty expires in march and my parts warranty expires in march of next year. now they want to charge me $350 for their visit today. they claim this is the 5th time that there hasn't been anything wrong with the unit. they never told me that there was nothing wrong when they came out previously and they didn't warn me that it would cost me $350.00 today if there was nothing wrong today. they say that it wouldn't have cost me anything if there was actually something wrong with the unit. there was yesterday. the damn chair stopped working. these are the most unprofessional bunch of shysters i've ever dealt with in my entire life. i don't recommend them. do yourself a favor and use someone who knows what the hell they're doing. these people don't. the next time one of my chairs doesn't work i'm going to call another contractor and see if they can fix this mess. read more

After visiting with Don and Alex, we finalized the quote and we left them a deposit. The following Tuesday their team was at our house to install the handrails. Don was with them to explain where everything went. He also measured for the single rail stairlift. The work went very well and the team was ready to go by 2 pm. Work was perfect. We called Alex at Call Before You Fall because my mother-in-law was had developed some mobility issues. Alex came to the house for a consultation, and he listened carefully to our explanation of our situation. Then he outlined many recommendations including ramps, grab bars, hand rails, raised toilet seats, and non stick floor coatings. They really seem to offer a solution for just about every possible challenge. We were able to easily pick and choose the items we wanted, and Alex was not pushy at all about any of it. We also paid a visit to their showroom and were able to clearly see in person all the items we were considering. After placing our order, his installation crew came out in a timely manner and did most of the work in one day.
