However the store also introduced my wife and I to a great walking shoe, Brooks. Fantastic shoe. Very comfortable, no pressure points, no rubbing areas, just great long-lasting shoes. We've been hooked ever since. Well today it was time to replace my wife's shoes as we walk daily for exercise. We went into the Woodland Hills store and was greeted by Shane. He was a delight; personable, knowledgeable and helpful. He knew his products and took the time to explain the models and options. He also made sure to remeasure my wife's feet because they can change over time. We narrowed it down to two models, which my wife tried and Shane could instantly see that one model was probably not ideal. We bought the other pair and my wife is exceptionally happy. What a pleasant shopping experience. We'd like to thank Shane for making it so. Good job!

After seeing the advertisement on TV so many times and reading few of their reviews, I decided to…read moregive this store a try since I have been having a little problem with my right foot. I needed a shoe that would give me support and comfort as I go and exercise often, and also for regular walking purposes. Long story short, I walked in yesterday afternoon and got a very nice welcome from 2 of their employees, one of them being Alex. He wanted to know what it was that I needed help with and also what type of shoe I was looking for. I didn't really know it either, so he went over the break down of their variety of shoes and prices. He was very kind, helpful and super knowledgeable. He suggested to get something that would elevate my foot and get the proper leverage and support that my feet need. With that being said, I tried 3 different shoes. Nothing really fit right and they were not as comfortable as I thought they would be. Not to mention that their prices are outrageous!! They run between $1,800 & up.. I understand given the fact that those are not regular shoes. They are more orthopedic shoes for comfort. However, I don't have that kind of money to splurge. Store was clean and very well organized by the styles, colors and brands of their collection items. Walked out a little disappointed and hopefully I will find a store & shoe that fits right on my feet with the right budget. They do have financing options and don't give you refunds, exchanges or returns. Thank you Alex, Good Feet and if you go down on your prices, I may or may not return. You can make an appointment for consultation and walk-ins are also welcome. Be prepared to be there at least an hour. Few parking spaces in front of the store and that's all for now!

But his left foot was even worse than the right! The doctors/staff here are so kind and even nicely ask for us to spread the word! They aren't going to cost you an arm and a leg and you can really tell they mean well. Other places want to charge my boyfriend $600+ just for the consultation!! His nails were pretty severe but we only paid $650! And that includes the medications and two follow up visits. I know this may seem like a scam review but I'm being brutally honest. Give them a call, come in for a FREE consultation if it's your first visit- and please for the love of your health, get your toes checked!! Will definitely come back here and recommend to my friends. After I came in and was seen, I was charged WAY MORE than initial fee quoted. I had to pay this out of pocket and unexpectedly. Luckily I had the money to pay. I am sad to say I was a victim to a scam so I will definitely not be coming back for the service( even though they said they would discount the amount from the service). I went to a specialist a day later who said that my toenail is not ingrown just coming in crooked. I would be ok with antibiotics and rest. Sure enough a month later it's fine! I reported these guys to the better business bureau for scamming me over phone. :( Hope no one else falls victim in future! Take care.

Those words never came out of my mouth. What a weird way to respond. That is your rebuttal instead of taking accountability for your terribly dismissive service as I come in limping with a boot on into your office? Look at his other reviews on yelp. It's very telling of his attitude and inability to stay professional. Making up stories about your patients? You are far from the depiction of a "medical professional", buddy. Also, my photos show my injury. The MRI was just taken on April 7, and I am still unable to place proper pressure on the foot after all this time. I explained this to this guy and he just wasn't listening. Was going to stop at reviews, but you just earned yourself a BBB report, as being a liar on top of all of this ridiculous behavior is extremely concerning. Congrats. Zero stars. This doctor Syamak Yamani is most unhelpful, raises his voice, cut me off multiple times while speaking, did not even perform any range of motion tests on my ankle whatsoever. Actually, didn't even lay a finger on my ankle, or even looked at it! He read the mri results and just wanted to 100% rely on that, stating there was nothing wrong with it. I clearly injured it quite badly and haven't been able to walk. I've had an mri report misdiagnose me for a left hip labrum tear before. Ended up having to get surgery on it as a different MRI place was able to properly find and diagnose the tear. This guy doesn't care about his patients. Staff were really nice though. They deserve to work for a better doctor. He is a prime example of poor practice. Highly do not recommend. I urge everyone to take the time to look at his 1 star reviews. His dismissive attitude is consistent. The good reviews could very well be fake.

Despite already using custom orthotics and attending weekly physical therapy, the focus was on selling additional orthotics and suggesting mine were "worn out," which is not accurate. Communication felt one-sided, with limited willingness to hear patient input.

This might be the most unethical doctor and office I've ever encountered…read more To put it short: they cancelled an appointment, under the guise the Dr was not available at that time to try to get me to go to a different location where they could charge me never disclosed out of pocket costs. What more needs to be said... Apparently more needs to be said because as you can see from the owners psychotic response, he's claiming my review is false. Here's some more details so everyone can be sure (including the crazy owner) what happened: I had my insurance secure an authorization for me to be seen here for an emergent issue. I called last Wednesday and made an appointment, confirmed at 3:30 pm last Friday, at this encino location. After the appointment was confirmed I got a call back from the office saying "the doctor would prefer to see you in porter ranch" I said but I need to be seen now this is emergent. They said sorry "your appointment is canceled." I asked when the soonest next appointment was and they said next Friday or Wednesday, I said I can't wait over a week. They said tough luck. Then my insurance followed up with the office, and they have a call log with notes of why the doctor wanted the appointment at porter ranch. It is because the laser therapy I needed is something they charge out of pocket, not through insurance, and that can be done at that location. At no point was this ever disclosed to me. If the person I spoke with disclosed that from the beginning I may not have made an appointment at all or spoke with my insurance first. So you guys can decide if my extremely detailed review with time stamps, dates, and specifics is made up or believe the maniac claiming my review is "fake."
