The roof above our garage was leaking. Previously I had another contractor come out who said all it needed was some cracked tiles to be sealed and did it same day. But it started leaking again after another rainy season. My husband contacted Jose for an estimate for the leaky roof above our garage. Jose came out, took a look and noted the sealed tiles but explained that the cracked tile is not the source of the leaking. He pointed out that while the cracked tile is part of the problem, the main source is the second story draining water directly into a gap between the tiles. He was very professional, friendly and great at explaining what the root cause of our leak was and his plan to fix it. Total opposite from the previous contractor! They came out next business day and fixed the roof. They were very thorough and clean. My mom would go up stairs and take a look through the window from her room and would tell me how great of a job they were doing. They even cleaned our gutters (which were in much need of cleaning and pleasant surprise). We received photos of his initial assessment and photos of the work that was done (before, during and after). Some photos we received are attached. It was nice to see what was happening during the job. Our roof looks great, and we have peace of mind knowing it was repaired with care and quality workmanship. We contacted several roofing companies about installing a torch down roof on our covered patio, and most either didn't provide the service or quoted me prices that were more than double what Calisco Roofing offered. I've called on Jose and his team twice. Our last wind storm blew several tiles off of my roof. He came immediately repaired them quickly and correctly. During the job he provided before, during and after photos so I could see what was going on without getting on top of the roof. He explained to me that the wrong nails were used when my roof was replaced. We hired Calisco Roofing to do a PVC membrane roof and roof deck on a new single family modern home. Our roof area was pretty big. Probably about 5000 ft². Jose and his crew got it done quickly and did an awesome job. After one of the big "100-year storms" that we had the past winter, we had one area where some water was running over the side of a down sloping roof before it could reach a gutter. I called Jose and he came out the next weekend to put up a small lip to redirect the water back onto the roof. It was perfect and it showed that his customer service is top notch.
