Technicians were sent out quickly and after a few adjustments, quieted the fan. Just recently (June 26) the same fan quit working. It was quickly replaced and, oh, the quietness of it all! Unfortunately, the 15 year warranty doesn't begin again with the replacement of a new fan and that doesn't seem fair at all. I'm losing 2 years on this deal. As I understand it, the manufacturer/supplier of the fan sets that rule and though Innovative has tried to change that rule, they've, thus far, been unsuccessful. By the way, there are labor costs associated with the replacement. Pierce, was the technician that Scott (mgr.) sent out and he definitely knows his stuff. Very personable and knowledgeable. Garrison was his trainee and both were very impressive. I have an appointment for and attic fan. Can't wait to see how that turns out.

To all the consumers reading this review, I would like to share what I have personally picked up, and what the experience taught me, transacting with R&R Services SoCal, they are as follows: 1. Research extensively and do not trust information provided to you even when it appears legitimate, and owner claimed all was valid, company was bonded, and has insurance. 2. Check the legitimacy not only of of the business identity but also the license number presented to you. Establishing a business identity does not warrant an automatic specific licensing by trade. In the issues I had with R&R Services SoCal as so discovered later by other customers during their business transaction as I have as well, and confirmed by the Contractors State License Board, he does not have a valid license, nor have any other license on record. 3. Check for business identification, and company insurance. 4. When your contractor keeps calling out, unable to meet deadlines, unable to come up with fund to support his own business and solely rely on asking for advanced payments, and these were in my case working with this business. These are great indication of general poor management, and possibly declining business, or no fund to begin with at all. 5. When your contractor keeps talking about other experiences he had with his previous clients that are either suing him, asking to be refunded by almost 75% of the actual work he did, reversed/disputed payments stories from repetitive re-work where clients like me almost already offered to pay for parts because your contractor could just not execute, stories of customers who asked the contractor to leave instead of continuing with the job orders, these are all positive indicators of the level of knowledge, skills, and abilities of your contractor to actually execute your possible job order, depending on what was the ask. In my case, the job order was to create a partial ceiling storage, replace the old garage system, install canned lights, install two chandeliers, and replace two toilets. By record, none of these turned out to be in any way a good experience to recall, I can repeat all the details on how Rholene of R&R Services, SoCal executed the job order, that the ending remained to be not only a highly stressful personally up to alopecia condition level but an extremely traumatic experience, overall. 6. Read reviews, scrutinize the validity of the reviewers, and their reviews. ensure that they are legitimate individuals, and not review posers. Be fully aware. In the end, Rholene Jamandre bit more than he can chew, and swallow. He took on a project where he lacked KSAs, and underestimated the job order repetitively confirming that he can finish in one week with just him and no experience helper, followed by a promise to finish on the 2nd week, 3rd week, until his time run out, and decided to abandon the project. There was no rework that has been done, re-work did not take place with this project. He could not finish the job in time, and no longer knows how to make corrections from his own mistakes.

My husband did the searching for a remedy for us in this unusual CA heat in the summer of 2026 where days INSIDE our 76-year-old home would be 88 degrees. It was just unbearable. Installation was great, very professional, moved swiftly, and got the job done. What they didn't tell my husband at their headquarters or whoever the salesperson was is that you can only use this at night as the attic fans pull the cooler air at night in and dispel the hot air from the days. This part is very disappointing in the sense that during the day it's been hot as hell. We sooooo need this during the day. So we probably should have gotten a mini-split, which we may get anyhow for next summer as we don't think we can go another summer like this. So we've had to continue to use our portable AC, all of the various fans we have, ceiling and floor, during the days and then open windows when and if it cools down at, say, 9 PM until bedtime. And in today's age, probably more females than males, but who wants to leave windows open all over your house while sleeping. No way Jose am I going to open numerous windows at night. Just doesn't feel safe. So the times we do run it all night, which they told us to do and crack the windows about 3 inches, we just do this in our bedroom where we are sleeping so that in case there were any shenanigans by any intruders trying to break in, we would hear them. They should inform you of this part. Not particularly fair to not give those details so we can make an informed decision. Money, money, money. One last thing is that we read that people would feel a 10-degree difference, and I think someone said 15 degrees. There is nooooo way in our circumstances that it's been more than maybe 3 to 5 degrees. If we run it at night just in our bedroom, we notice it holds the cooler temp at about 80 until afternoon when it heats up again, and we are back up to 85 degrees.

Liberty Plumbing, Heating & Air -- Omar After two weeks…read morewithout air in 100-degree Fallbrook heat, Omar from Liberty Plumbing, Heating & Air saved our house. Our Goodman system died in late August. Another tech first thought it was the blower, then the circuit board. Parts had to be ordered around the holiday, and even after the board arrived there was a wireless connector and a QR/app setup the first visit could not finish. Omar came as the senior tech and stayed nearly five hours. He spent about two hours on the phone with Goodman technical support trying to get the new board to connect through their software. At one point the company even offered to leave the parts and not charge us if another contractor had to finish the job. That honesty alone says a lot. Omar did not quit. He packed up, then went back into the closet for one more try. The connection finally went through at the same moment Goodman support came back on the line. He configured the board, got the system running, and used the app to increase blower speed so the air is stronger and colder than before. He also noticed the closet filter had not been changed in years, custom-cut a washable filter for our odd size, and installed it. Omar worked with the owners as a team and treated a miserable, two-week outage like it was his problem to solve. We are grateful. If your AC is down, ask for Omar.
