I have attached photos showing both the advertised product and what we actually received for comparison. For a $9 item, this was extremely disappointing and felt misleading. At a minimum, there should be consistency between what is advertised online and what is served in store. If certain options are not honored in person, that should be clearly communicated and not dismissed when a customer raises.
