She did not put a towel behind my neck when she washed my hair so my back got wet. The color did turn out good, and I am happy with it. However, the price did not match the website. She did roots, cut, and toner. Online a root touch up, cut, and style says it costs $105. However, my total was $175.10. I have never seen toner cost $70! Perhaps, she charged it " à la carte" instead of the combo listed online. I'm still not sure it would have came to $175. And I didn't actually get a style, no flat iron or curling iron. She did blow it dry, but she said she had to so she could cut it dry. I went in expecting full foil, which I know would have cost at least $175, so the price itself is not the issue. It is the price for the service I received did not match the online price. And seems a bit steep considering a full foil, cut and style (listed as flat or curling iron) is only listed as $185.

The building itself was bright, open, and clean. I loved the design. The only con, which is probably true for most hair salons, is that it was a little bit pricey after I chose to buy some shampoo and conditioner. I would 10/10 recommend this salon to friends, family, and strangers. I definitely plan to return

Every stylist will take time to teach you how to style your hair like they do, they teach you about products and how healthy or way to get your hair healthy. My hair has changed for the better, since starting here. I love the keratin triplex and moisturizer treatments and believe that's why my hair is healthier, along with better products. The 3 reasons I continue to go: 1. My stylist - I'd give you her name but she's always busy and I don't want to make it even harder to get in to see Rachel 2. The Shampoo Scalp Massage - best ever with your feet up you'll probably fall asleep! 3. Cookies - warm and amazing not always available. ...o yeah, and sometimes another stylist will help blow dry to really make you feel important. I like it cause you can book online, as well as call but it's easier for me to book and change online. they send reminders 48 and 24 hours before. The receptionist is kind, and I've only had to wait for my appointment 1 time and my stylist found someone else to help get started. It is expensive, VERY expensive - it might be the only negative to the place and why I have a 4 star. They have a menu for drinks as well, if they gave you one free drink while getting your hair done it would help at checkout.
