My 9 year old was escorted to each station and then after she was told what to do the therapist walked away. She never had anyone correct her or encourage her that she was doing it right. I actually had to step in with my limited PT knowledge to coach her through the motions. Then when I tried to book her future appointments the availability was non existent. She was only able to get one appointment every two weeks. With physical therapy constancy is key and we weren't getting that. We are back today and I am pleasantly surprised at the experience. Bre seems to genuinely care about the progress and has stayed with my 9 year old correcting and encouraging the whole time. I hope future appointments are more like this.

The bathroom and waiting area is outdated and not an actually lounge area to get ready for your services like other spas it's just a big room with some chairs to fill out the 100 questioned paperwork and the bathroom had items stored in the shower area and was very dusty. My real issue was with my facial, I did tell her I have sensitive acne prone skin and she said she was using products for sensitive skin but I did break out after, and while I was have my massage and facial at the same time she was going from my feet to then rubbing my face. I thought that was very weird and gross. So idk if I broke out because of her going from my feet to face or the products. Very unprofessional if you have you older patients with this company in the beginning they will be nice after few months the service get pathetic. They are not even helpful. The doctor tell the patients needs assistance but the pacific homecare service staff sitting in the office will determine that tye patient dont need hours. They will be cutting your care. The type of care is given is only 1/5 service. Very poor care.

I received 2 forms on 2/27 which were 97% completed; however, we had a family emergency and had to call 911 for an ambulance so I was spread thin. On Friday, March 6th, I received a follow-up call from Corinne, and I sincerely apologized to her as I was at the hospital saying my goodbyes as the patient felt like they were about to passaway that day, and Corinne told me "well this is your final follow-up. If we don't have the forms by Monday, 3/9, you'll have to find another provider. I WAS ONLY DELAYED BY 5 BUSINESS DAYS?! No empathy whatsoever from a care service. I'm happy to look elsewhere if that's how you treat people needing help.
