For the past year, I have repeatedly requested referrals to specialists, and it has been an ongoing struggle to get them handled correctly. Referrals have been sent to the wrong specialist offices, information has been entered incorrectly, and I have had to repeatedly follow up and explain the same issues over and over again. This has caused unnecessary delays and made an already stressful situation even more difficult. Unfortunately, my concerns are not limited to referrals. I have also been disappointed by the lack of knowledge and efficiency when it comes to the technology and computer systems used to document visits. There have been situations where it seemed like staff and providers were unfamiliar with the systems they are expected to use, which makes the entire process feel disorganized and unprofessional. The reception staff have also been difficult to deal with. When you ask questions or request assistance, the attitude you receive can make you feel like you are inconveniencing them rather than being treated like a patient who deserves help and respect. What concerns me most is the apparent lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through. Mistakes happen, but when the same problems continue to happen repeatedly and patients are left responsible for correcting those mistakes, it becomes unacceptable. Patients should not have to spend months or years chasing referrals, correcting errors, repeatedly calling offices, or fighting to have basic requests handled properly. Overall, I have had a horrible experience with Creekside Medical Group and would not recommend them based on my experience. I truly hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes meaningful improvements to the way patients are treated and how their care is handled.

PLEASE READ THIS…read more First and foremost, I want to say that I absolutely love my doctor at this office. She is efficient, compassionate, and truly listens to my concerns. This review is not about her, it is about my experience with one of the medical assistants. I was recently told by my primary care provider that I was pregnant based on my lab results. After experiencing bleeding, I was directed to go to the emergency room. The ER informed me that there was a strong possibility I was having a miscarriage and instructed me to follow up with my PCP and schedule an appointment with an OB-GYN. The next day, I called Creekside Medical to request a copy of my lab results because the OB-GYN specifically asked me to bring them to my appointment. Kailee told me she would email them to me no later than 5:00 p.m. that day. Unfortunately, I never received them. The following morning, I went to my OB-GYN appointment without my lab results. Because they didn't have the information they needed, they were unable to properly evaluate what was happening or determine whether I was miscarrying. After the appointment, I called Creekside Medical again. Kailee answered, and I explained that I had requested my lab results the day before but never received them. She responded with an attitude and told me she had sent them "20 minutes ago." I explained that I had specifically requested them the previous day because they were needed for that appointment. Her response was simply, "Well, I sent it." I then asked if I could speak with my doctor because this was an urgent ER follow-up. Kailee told me my doctor was busy and fully booked for the week. When I explained that the ER had instructed me to follow up with my PCP, she told me that if it was urgent, I should just go back to the ER. I asked for her name to confirm who I was speaking with and ended the call. I went back to the ER that same day. The ER staff explained that there was nothing more they could do because it was too early to determine what was happening and that my follow-up needed to be with my primary care provider. After leaving the ER, I called Creekside Medical again. This time, Kailee sent me directly to voicemail four times in a row. After the second time, I started recording the calls. To verify what was happening, I used my boyfriend's phone to call the office, and the call was answered immediately. I also have that recorded. I reported the situation to another receptionist, and the only resolution offered was, "At your next appointment, I'll make sure she apologizes." That is simply not an acceptable response. I am in the middle of what may be one of the most difficult experiences of my life, trying to get medical care while possibly miscarrying my baby. Instead of receiving support and guidance, I felt dismissed, ignored, and humiliated. I also work in healthcare, and I cannot imagine treating a patient, especially one in such a vulnerable situation and way I was treated. Every patient deserves compassion, professionalism, and access to appropriate follow-up care. Again, this review is not a reflection of my doctor, whom I genuinely appreciate. It is about the unacceptable and unprofessional way I was treated by one staff member. I will be reporting this experience because no patient should be made to feel the way I did.

I am fortunate enough to have Dr Heather Davids for my pain specialist. She takes all the time I…read moreneed and listens, intently, when I explain my pain. She reviews labs, X-rays, and my MRI to see, exactly, what is involved and what is causing my pain. She is very knowledgable about different modalities of treatment and presents them with understanding and precision. I, recently, went to her office, but on the way, google maps took to the wrong place. I had parked my car and after walking 3 blocks, I realized I was in the wrong place. I was 10 minutes away from my appointment time. Walking is painful for me, (part of the reason I see Dr Davids) so it took me awhile to get back to my car. By that time I was 2 minutes late. I called the office to let them I was close and that I would be there soon. They told me they would see me soon. Through 2 or 3 more unfortunate actions on my part, I found my self looking for the wrong office number and was instructed by a worked to go to the next building. To make a very long story no longer, I called the office at 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment, crying, and Sandra answered the phone. She had me describe to her where I was, asked what I was wearing and said she would come get me. Soon Sandra was walking me to the office. She reassured me that everything was ok and that Dr Davids would see me soon. That was 30 minutes after my appointment time. They had accommodated my lateness by seeing patients that were already there so I could be seen when I finally arrived. She brought me water, and reassured me everything was ok. When Dr Davids came in she was so kind and gentle and she told me it had worked out and that she was glad to see me. We had a wonderful conversation and she was very through in her assessment of my needs. I felt cared for and it was such a positive experience-one I will never forget. Being an RN that has worked in the medical field, for 35 years, I know a good quality healthcare provider whan I experience one. Dr Davids and her staff are the best! The most disturbing moment was when we explained that the patient needed to schedule an appointment, and the front desk responded, "That's your problem." This was disrespectful, dismissive, and completely inappropriate. Patients should never be made to feel like a burden simply because they need assistance accessing care. I am asking management to take this incident seriously and address the staff member's conduct directly. Appropriate customer-service training and accountability are clearly needed to prevent other patients from being treated this way. Healthcare can already be stressful enough without having to deal with hostility and indifference at the front desk. I just finished my second treatment and the results are beyond my expectations. Dr Phoenix has a lovely bedside manor, is thoroughly knowledgable, and has a deft touch. We had to cauterize my GSV which sounded terrifying, but was actually an absolute nuthin' burger. No pain, no anesthesia, almost no down time. Just amazing results. I was back to working out in a couple of days and my leg finally after years didn't feel heavy nor ache! Now I am working with Jen who does the sclerotherapy for the spider veins (strictly cosmetic but equally bothersome) and after one session they were about 75% gone. She is meticulous, friendly and precise. I am thrilled! Everyone in the office and supporting staff are wonderful and warm (Megan, Sam) and couldn't make you feel more comfortable. Scott reads the notes thoroughly and helps me in the pool. He pushes me to "my" limit, as to not hurt me, but know when my body has had enough. I love coming here.
