I personally believe the class was very rushed and the instructor was on such a time crunch every question was a rushed answer, and a hurry to move on to next subject! I took this class with my co-worker, I am a newbie, and had no idea about notary. My teachers were Diane & Dale, and assistant I think his name was Jess. I was very nervious about the test. When you come into class you are welcomed so very nicely, they made me feel like I was very important. Once we started we were impressed by the teachers willing to help us understand the material. They all stayed in class during our lunch and answered any questions, and gave us some great pointers about the exam and how to read and stick with what we learned. Diane was giving us a lot of help on how to land assignments once we get our notary going. ( very helpful). Have since used your advice Diane... working... The exam experience was pretty comfort able, just a FYI don't bring any expensive personal belongings, as you will have to put all your items on a back table. Keep your credit cards etc in pockets. You cant keep your purse with you. They do ask for your Id so have it ready. I got my results pretty quick seemed about a few weeks, we BOTH PASSED! These teachers were very kind, and professional but did not act like know-it-alls when people asked questions, they made you feel like you are paying for this class, so we are here to serve you. 10 Stars! read more

I got my letter today and passed with almost perfect score. They did a good job on this video class. They don't try to upsell you on notary supply, thier supplies are very reasonable. My tip? The chat line is open late, if you have any questions you can use that option,but really the course is so well put together you problely won't need it. The test is very tricky, I was very happy I did it this way. The Videos helped tremendously!!  You print out the PROOF OF COMPLETION. i highly agree with the reviews . I recommend this company to take the notary class. I took the online class and was very happy with choice, the instructor was perfect at explaining all the infotmation . i cant say enough about the staff, they were very professional and encouging i passed the notary test with 94% . be sure to study the materials, the test is not easy a lot of long and detailed scenarios. i'm glad i did not do a live class too much to information to absorb and remember , lots o fees and timelines and law questions would recommend read more

My experience with this Online course was easy to grasp the structure was simple to follow. I'm not one to take online anything, but I can say this course was helpful.
