From the start, Hilary at the front office has been friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful in coordinating schedules for my three daughters. I really appreciate how the director and staff hold the students accountable and stay actively involved in their progress. They meet regularly with each child to review grades, missing assignments, and test scores, and they keep parents informed every step of the way. As a parent, I truly value being kept in the loop and knowing exactly how my children are doing. Recently, when I noticed some changes in my children's grades, I reached out to the staff--and they had already noticed the same and were planning a meeting to address it. That level of attentiveness and care gave me such peace of mind. It's clear that the C2 team genuinely cares about each student's success. My oldest daughter, who is a senior this year, has been getting help with her college essays, and I love that C2 stays on top of important deadlines and helps her stay organized through the college application process. All three of my kids really like their tutors and enjoy their sessions. They never find them boring, and they appreciate having someone knowledgeable who can explain challenging topics in a way that makes sense. I end up feeling more confident with using the tools, with knowing how to avoid accidents. Dennis makes the class environment a comfortable and nice place to hang out. There's creative energy all about. I look forward to going each week and seeing what projects the other students are up to or chatting with him. He's not only a great instructor but also so easy and friendly to talk to! Dennis' enthusiasm for woodworking and old tools will quickly rub off on you. *Client Perspective*…read more I do not recommend this place for paid services (face) as you can get the same value by going to a professional electrologist and have the confidence that they are doing it correctly and quickly. My issue is not with the electrologists as they are learning, but with the business not being fair in how they charge for services. Professionals only charge for hair removal time, but here the owner is including check-in, setup, and catapherisis (at the end) time which is usually 20-25 min. For an hour appt today, I had 35 minutes of actual treatment. On a prior visit, I had 5 minutes of hair removal for an hour session because the "senior" technician had not worked on the chin and could not remove the hair despite poking me dozens of times with the needle/probe. I brought these issues to the owner's attention because it is unethical how they are charging customers and not being transparent. Instead of using this feedback to improve business practices, she suggested I find another place. If the owner wants customers to be altruistic by giving students practice, then she should not be charging for any services since it is already benefiting her for-profit school and students. I am barely clearing my chin out in 8 sessions, as students remove approx. 40-50 hairs per hour compared to over 200 hairs by professionals. The value for your money and time is the same as going to a professional. I have found several electrologists in the area that are $90 per hour. The $20 per hour will cost the same in the long-run if the professional is removing 4x the rate as a student and more experienced to provide permanent results.

She used to say math felt like learning a completely different language, and she was failing. Since starting with U.S. Best Tutoring, her progress has been incredible. Her grades have steadily improved--from an F to a D, and now to a C in a short amount of time--but even more importantly, her understanding of math concepts and terminology has grown so much.
