I've been coming to this hidden gem for over 6 years, and I highly recommend for men and women. Everyone here is so welcoming and talented. The prices are reasonable, and every visit is a great experience. And it is a one stop shop! --You can get your hair done, nails and a facial on same day if you choose. Selin has been doing my hair for years, and she's amazing. She always listens to what I want, and I trust her completely. I also want to give a special shoutout to Ida who is the kindest soul, Anna (who does nails), and the entire team. They all create such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and you can tell they care about their clients. Anna the nail lady is hands down the BEST nail person I've ever been to and takes direction so well. Edna does amazing facials. She knows how to hydrate my skin and uses high-end product products..she's super flexible and will work around your schedule. Today, I came in having one of the worst days I've had in a long time. I was heartbroken over something that had happened, and for a little while, they helped take my mind off of it. Their kindness and compassion means more to me than they probably realize. Sometimes a salon is about so much more than great hair, it's about how people make you feel, and this team made me feel cared for when I really needed it. They are my family. If you're looking for a salon with talented professionals, fair prices, exceptional customer service, and people who care about their clients, this is the place. Easy and fast experience. I was able to trim and book a same-day appointment over the phone. My stylist was attentive and got the job done quickly. Lots of parking outside. It ran me $25 pre tip which I thought was more than fair.I'll be back next time I need a trim! read more

I am so happy I came here! I have been overdue to get a haircut and color, and have put it off because it can be so hard to find a salon you feel you can trust. I came in from a word of mouth recommendation and asked for Seline. She was very kind and patient with me as I had many questions and felt nervous about dyeing my hair. This place serves the purpose of a somewhat inexpensive haircut in todays market. Everyone seems nice, though quite competitive for customers when they walk in the door. English is not the main language here. They do a lot of hair coloring which tells me they must be good and reasonable in their pricing. A man's haircut is now $18. read more

Place is unprofessional and made the whole experience awkward and uncomfortable. I came in with no appointment. My hair was long nothing crazy. The stylist didn't even wet my hair had me sit and chopped my hair dry! And cuts were 25 bucks but charged me 30 . Wouldn't come back , the whole experience lasted 5 mins what a joke . read more

This place starting from the hairdresser Selin, the nail technician Anna and the esthetician Edna are amazing. It's one shop for all your beauty needs. Not only they all do an amazing work but they are very attentive, listen to your needs and answer all your questions. All their staff are friendly. Despite being a busy place, it's a very clean salon. I highly recommend this place and so happy I found this place which in 3-4 hrs I can do everything I need. I went to see Anna a few weeks ago to get a cut and at the time told her I would be back when I needed to get my color redone. Well today I went back and could not be more pleased. Anna took her time. She listened to me. She gave me advice, she guided me along the process she explained things she gave me options, and she really took the time to make sure I got the best color and the best cut. I wrote a review previously but I wanted to write another one as I had another amazing experience here. Anna and her team truly made me feel like a star! I had to go to NYC for work then to VA for a family tragedy, so my hair grew long and shaggy and my blonde color was looking very skunky. I wanted to get the same treatment and result that I achieved last time...and Anna did her magic. They all were busy but I was attended to and Anna truly took care of me. Though she was busy I never felt rushed or ignored. She guided me all along the way and explained everything to me, while also listening to my needs. I am once again TOTALLY happy with the results. AND, while I was there I watched her and everyone else attend to the other customers, my sister included. They listened to each person and the results were truly wonderful! I was so impressed! One gentleman had long rocker hair and wanted it just cleaned up a bit and shape....and Anna talked with him, listened, guided and he walked out of there looking fantastic. I was so impressed. Quick service on hand and staff ready. Went in for a quick hair comb. I was on my way out and ran out of pomade so i stopped in and asked if they can comb but I specifically asked for pomade they said yes for a natural look since i don't like the hardness or hair gel the next morning when i heard the lady suggest gorilla hair gel etc. they said yes no problem they won't use it but instead they used suavecito !and at that she didn't even use a comb it at was all by hand and she didn't even wash her hands before attending me, I'm aware of the styling preferences and purpose by hand maybe but i just didn't like that the whole night my hair was stiff and hard nd it felt weird when i specifically asked for natural pomade not gel charge was $15 no cut. No comb was used. Little over priced but quick service. read more

Ask for Selene when it comes to hair color concerns! She definitely knows how to play around with your hair. She knows what is best for thin and lack of volume hair. Love how fast she worked on my hair color and was very patient enough to adjust to the color streak that I wanted. i had dyed my hair green a few months ago (30 day wash) but came in today to get an ombre on my now brown hair. A few minutes after my stylist, Selena(armine) , applied the bleach on my ends , yet my hair turned green! they used many various products and professionally washed the green out of my hair :). After they gave me a beautiful set of bangs and side pieces of hair.. so yes! this place is 5 stars and a MUST for ANY type of hair. read more

Its okay in a pinch and affordable, but not the best brow work I've had.

I tried to get a walk-in appointment at a different nail salon two blocks away, but they were fully booked. I didn't know that most salons in Glendale require appointments. So, I called Marine Kristine Salon, and they were able to fit me in within the hour. The co-owner Kristine said she was already planning to come early to setup for another client, so the timing was perfect! Since the salon is by appointment only, I had a nice, private service. The salon was cute and clean with a foot spa and massage chairs. I usually get a regular pedicure, but opted for a gel pedicure for faster drying time. The service was pricier than my regular nail salon, but the quality was really superb! My pedicure is still holding up a month later with no chips. My nails feel very healthy and strong. If you're looking for high quality and great service, Marine Kristine Salon definitely delivers!

I used to go here for years getting my eyebrows done by Jasmine. Friends would comment on how perfectly shaped my brows were. When I got married my husband started getting haircuts from Jasmine. They always turned out perfectly, and the price couldn't be beat. Jasmine is fast, sweet, and talented. Nearly every customer who walked in would ask for her, and the days she wasn't there and my husband got a cut from someone else, I could always tell with disappointment. We both said she should get her own place and she could charge so much more for her ability! Well, now she does have her own place, and numerous loyal clients followed her there. Jasmine is by far the best hairstylist I have gone too . She styled my hair exactly how I wanted. I have been going to her for a very long time! I have blonde hair so I can't trust everyone with my color , but jasmine is something else . She highlighted and colored my hair without any damage! Jasmine is also known for cutting men hair . I send my husband to her the last time and ever since he's been going to her. He absolutely loves it. I would definitely recommend her to everyone around the area ! When you take your time explaining and showing to them what you want, they're really able to give you an exceptional service. Very satisfied with my haircut.
