The whole experience was easy and stress-free and my car looks great. Highly recommend.

I took my car in cos i got rear ended, and spotted this place as it is located right across my work. Total convenience! I spoke with Manny--one of the owners who took the time and care to walk me through the process and working with the insurance company. He worked in a timely manner, was communicative the whole way through. When i picked up my fiat, he even gave it a car wash and cleaned the inside. I definitely picked it up better than how i brought her. He did everything to keep the parts original, find the best price, and his work was seamless. Like nothing ever happened. Had the best experience, thank you Manny! read more

They are really good at their job and most importantly straightforward and honest. My car was the car we used to haul the kids around for school and errands so, it is of importance that we got it back as soon as possible. The car was newly washed and nicely fixed as on the date as promised. read more

I was in an accident, brought my car into California Collision Center and met Joe for the 1st time. Joe walked me through the process of the repairs, gave me a timeline, and i left the shop with my Honda CRV in their care. A few issues popped up with the repairs being covered by my Insurance Company, as Joe was professional and transparent with all the issues. I can't Thank Joe and his Team enough for completing the repairs, and bringing my Honda back to "whole". Joe is such a well mannered, respectful, and professional human being, and what I'd really like to say here is ...if you have an accident, and are looking for a repair shop..pick California Collision Center! you wont be disappointed! Thank you again Joe, for "holding my hand" through the process of getting my Honda back to "whole"! You are the best! read more

Upon looking up the collision shop list through my car insurance, I saw CA Collision at the top of the list with many reviews. I read through them and gave them a call. Manny was in the reviews so I asked for him. I brought my car in on a wednesday. My parked car was hit by my neighbor in the driveway and her insurance was also a nightmare to deal with. The front right side was banged up on the outside and the inside. I would not have known how bad it was until Manny observed and pointed out the damages. From the beginning, he gave advice on what I needed to do because I had no idea. He was very helpful and friendly. During the whole process of what needed to be fixed, he kept me posted. In exactly one week, my car was ready. On top of the replacement of parts and what needed fixing, they painted, polished and also washed my car. My car looks brand new! Wow! This shop went above and beyond. Thank you so much, Manny and team! You are immensely appreciated! read more

California Collision Center took good care of my car. First time I had gone through something like this . Manny and his crew were very professional answer all my questions and had my car ready within a few days . I really recommend you guys check them out before going anywhere else. read more

Manny has made this the best experience ever. He got my car completed so fast. I had a Kia optima and I called around to a lot of different shops and all of these shops told me that parts were on back order and it will take months for the part to even get sent to the shop. I came across California collision and he was able to get the parts and have my car completely done in a week in a half. He also communicated with me the whole time and every step of what was happening with my car. And most important of all ... my car looked good when I picked it up. It did not look rushed or half done. I am so thankful for him and his team! read more

I'm busy and for primarily for that reason I rarely write reviews, but occasionally, when the experience is so far above the norm, I am compelled. The service and attention to detail I received at California Collision Center was exceptional in every way. As I drove away in my car I thought, "Wow, these people really know how to do their jobs with kindness, respect and professionalism. Isn't that wonderful!" It may be too much to say that these folks are making the world a better place, but I'm going to out on a limb and say that as they're fixing dents and replacing bumpers, they're making the world a better place! Yes indeed, and I wish them all the success in the world. read more

My neighbor hit my car and her insurance was a nightmare to deal with. The only good thing that came out of all of this was meeting Manny at California Collision Center. I accidentally caught my bumper on something and ended up pulling over on the side of the road and calling a tow truck. I had my cat in a carrier after just coming from the vet. Also realized I had left my phone at home. I was somewhat beside myself and didn't know what shop to have the tow truck bring me to. I had them take me to CA Collision Center and I'm so glad they did. The lady who helped me was even concerned that my cat was okay (she was not with me by that point). They did an awesome job and it was very affordable. I am so pleased! read more

My last review for California collision center was written in 2013. It is now 2019, many years later and a couple of accidents later I am still very satisfied with the quality of work and customer care from this body shop. Excellent experience here! My girlfriend recommended as she's had great experiences with this business over many years. They are polite, clean, do great work at extremely fair prices, and are all around very nice and helpful. If I ever need any body/paint work done in the future I will definitely go back. Thanks for everything Manny!! read more

Thanks Manny, for being a beautiful human being, and making my day! My 2006 Subaru WRX looks new again! It was T-boned on the driver's side rear door, and was dented and scratched almost the whole surface area of the rear door body panel. California Collision came with recommendation from my insurance company, and after talking to many shops and researching on the web, I decided to take my Subie to Manny and Joe's shop. It was the best decision I've ever made in terms of picking a body shop, and I cannot be happier! When I talked to Manny on the phone the first time, I could tell he had a deep knowledge and experience on body work, and after talking to him for a few minutes, I was confident that he would take care of my car and restore it to its original state. You see, I had a horrific experience with a body shop in the past, where I had to go back at least three times, maybe four, to have them correct their imperfect work. But Manny would listen to my horror stories like my own brother, made some comments about the how it's not the company or the shop, but people who either make or break the results of body work...and he explained to me what he would do exactly to fix my car. That made me feel very much at ease, and was vital in my decision to trust him with my car. And his work does back up his shop's all 5 star rating on Yelp! My subie looks brand new again, and Manny and Joe even cleaned the car inside and out for me! They are both the nicest and the friendliest people you will ever meet! I highly recommend these guys for any body work for your car. Thanks guys! read more

The underbelly shield of my car collapsed suddenly yesterday and started dragging on the freeway, and I knew something wasn't right. I got off, drove to the closest auto body shop and there was California Collision Center. I pulled up and asked for help - luckily, the owner Joe very kindly came out and offered to assess.. He then asked me where I got my oil change and I thought - Jiffy Lube. He laughed and said maybe not to go there again. Turns out Jiffy Lube forgot to screw the underbelly back in place, so it finally gave out that day! Joe was kind enough to find the screws I needed and screw the underbelly back in. Thank you JOE! I am definitely coming back to California Collision Center, when need be. Moral of the story, if you want an oil change, skip Jiffy Lube. But if you're looking for an awesome, caring and top notch auto body shop - this place is it. :) read more

What a fantastic shop with excellent customer service!! I called here last minute just before lunch to ask if someone was available to install a new passenger mirror on my beloved Scion tc. I had clipped it just a few days earlier and had been doing the drive of shame to and from work ever since. I settled on California Collision Center because of the proximity to home and the 5-star rating. I spoke to Manny on the phone who extended a warm invite to come on by. Upon arriving, I was greeted by both Manny and Joe who instantly knew what I was there for and got to it as soon as I hopped out of the car. I had already purchased the replacement mirror (after factory) and OEM mirror cover to match my car color, so the installation went pretty quickly. Manny also took the time to hammer a few dents out of my front license plate, wipe it down and remove the 2009 Van Nuys dealer frame that I didn't even realize was still on there. Now comes the proverbial icing on the cake. I entered the office to pay and instantly noticed it is the cleanest, most organized auto body shop office I've ever been in (personally). There was a Keurig coffee maker in the corner, fresh bottled water, and the chairs didn't feel like they had been sourced from a 1980's storage unit. To top it all off, I had come on a very special day because Manny and Joe's mama was there and had just prepared a delicious homemade lunch of cheese pie (think delicious filo pastry filled with melted cheese and spices) and fresh tabouleh. Manny must have known I was deliriously hungry because moments later I was sitting and enjoying an authentic Lebanese meal. All in all, 5 stars for the cost of labor which was 100% reasonable (so much so that I even offered to pay more), 5 stars for the professionalism and customer service, 5 stars for ManJo's mama's cheese pie, and 5 stars for making me feel like family. I hope I don't have to, but I will definitely be bringing my car here for any future repair needs! read more

I have nothing but great thing to say about this establishment. I had a nasty ding (well more than ding) on the lift gate of my Honda Pilot. As soon as Manny saw it, he told me I needed a new lift gate and that my insurance would just want to do a Mickey Mouse job and bondo my car. He was absolutely correct! My insurance just wanted to cover the cheap patch-up job at any of their body shops on their list. Manny told me that if he wouldn't do that to his own car, he would not do it to any customers car either because customers are treated like family. Thanks Manny for teaching me to stand up against this insurance company! Got my car back looking great! Maria P read more

My car was smashed in the middle of the night, parked in front of my house. It was a hit and run so I was super distressed when I called my insurance to report it. Since I was in no mind to make a decision about where to take the car, they recommended California Collision Center. Joe called me promptly the next morning at 8:30am and left the nicest most genuine voicemail, when I called him back, it was like talking to an old and understanding friend. He genuinely cared about my well being and getting my car up and running as soon as possible. He was such a breath of fresh air to deal with, so helpful, communicative and warm. Hopefully I will never need auto body repairs again, (knock on wood!), but in case i do, i would not trust my car to anyone else. This place really is the best. I have dealt with several auto body shops in and around the area and this place is hands down the best. read more

Manny and Joe at CA Collision Center are the nicest, and not only fixed my 2006 car up to look brand new from the front, where they worked on it, but also patiently walked me through every step of the process with insurance, rental car logistics, etc. and advocated for me when I didn't know what I was doing (for the record, you never have to get 2 estimates for body work for an insurance company. Who knew?). Great service + exceptional results = highly recommend. read more

I had just relocated from Indiana to California 6 hours prior to damaging the front end of my Chevy HHR. After checking Yelp I went to see Joe and Manny at California Collision Center. It might sound odd but these two gentlemen became my first friends in the area. I watched them deal with other customers, workers and the cars. All first notch and quite admirable. My car was detailed inside and out when I picked it up. All very impressive. Actually, I hope I never need the services of Joe and Manny again but I will most likely stop in for a visit now and again. They are that friendly and great at what they do. read more

This is the BEST SHOP ever!! Just Had my car fixed at their shop because somebody hit our thunderbird car. Dropped off my car for an estimate. Joe helped me out with everything.
