Lively isn't halfway describing this place, madhouse is more like it! You start at the kiosk and you don't pick your flavors of gelato, just the type. Then you wait in line for them to call your number and people are jumping in front of you as though that will get their number called first (spoiler alert: it doesn't). But it is quite hectic and if you ordered cake too, that's at a separate counter and takes a crazy amount of time for a piece of semi-dry cake.
