I strolled into Valenzeula's Appliance on a Friday at around 5pm (they close at 6). Spoke some of my broken Spanish to the dude who was working there and saw an optimal replacement machine. We set up a delivery for the next day. Within one day they came and delivered it to my upper floor apartment, made sure that it was connected and functioning and also took the old machine away.
