Wouldn't use these guys. Bought 3 appliances one did not work and found them to not have any interest in making it right and even got quite a bad attitude in return. There are many other places in town that care more about taking care of customers. read more

Very rude when I called and would not service an appliance that I purchased there! I would not recommend using them or waiting your time calling! read more

First off, please DO NOT pay attention to the review from July 2022 about an employee stealing packages. That T-Shirt the person is wearing in the photos is not a Lee's Appliance shirt. It is a LEE JEANS brand T-shirt. Anyway... Lee's Appliances is a very good business. Fair prices, excellent service and many appliances to choose from. I bought a stove which has lasted years. Family members also bought a matching stove and fridge which they have had going on 10 years now with no issues. Will buy from them again. read more

Good prices, good service and honest people. This is a place I highly recommend for all of your used appliance needs!

Good prices, good customer service, good selection, and quick delivery. I will be back the next time I'm in need of a used appliance. Love her dogs, too. read more

Don't waste your money here they are over priced for damaged items, the service is horrible. They say supply and demand but 300 for a refrigerator that is damaged and sells for 500 new is crazy. read more

Great for getting used appliances. Me and my partner both bought our fridges from here. The staff was friendly and fast. They brought the fridges in and made sure they were set up. So far we are at 6 and 8 months using the fridges with no issues. read more

Lee's goes above and beyond in their effort to help. I had an issue with my refrigerator and they came to check it for me. I got the most honest diagnosis and direction from them. They didn't try to sell me on fixing something just to take my money. This is a place you can trust! read more

Always recommend this place. They are stinger and honest. Bought a few refrigerators there and they were good. Had a few have an issue but, they took care of it as soon as I called. Good job! read more

Good place with good deals, I bought a washer that needed a simple unplug reset and they answered my call and helped after hours, that's good service! read more

Overpriced used appliances. No need to say more service is horrible and appliances not even washed after refurbished. Warranty for 3 months supposedly but I didn't end up buying from here is not worth it. I ended up buying a used washer from a place in midway city were the service was great and product was half the price. Sorry Lee's I wish I would've like this store is so close by. I don't see how there still in business oh well. read more

Customer service is horrendous. The girl I spoke with on the phone is rude and a terrible communicator. I would honestly not even bother spending my money at this business. Talk about treat people how you want to be treated, girl bye read more

Excellent and quick service. Lorena in the office was honest and very fair about price and what you're getting for it. They also come with a warrantee, plus only a bit extra for delivery! Delivery was flexible with my time/availability and the guys were patient with me running a bit late. Quick delivery, they got it up the stairs and in place in less than 15 min, made sure it was running, and were very friendly. Definitely recommend if you need a fridge or other appliance! read more

The service here is incredible! I just bought a used refrigerator yesterday. It works great so far. Quick, easy delivery when I was ready for them (after I finished moving in). I would definitely recommend them for good used products and service! read more

Lees Appliances - Frigidaire delivered next day! - Appliances & Repair Near Me - Long Beach, California

Lenora was the best! She knew her fridges. We called and had a unusual measurement for our fridge. She told me what they had available, and she was ready when we arrived to help us. We found our fridge and the guys delivered it same day! Best service and we were greeted by two great little friends! You have to say Hi to Biggie and Stain! This a family owned local business with new and used appliances. Highly recommend. read more

I wish the 3 refrigerators I got from Lee's would have lasted longer than the 90 day warranty. None did, and that is why I am posting this. They are very nice people, they offer a 90 day warranty. I had to replace 3 frigs under that timeframe and so sad that my 3rd frig died on day 100. Lee's associates were upset too and didn't enjoy replacing my frig 3 times. It could be related to the price I initially paid that was under $300. Anyway, I just want to tell everyone to be aware refigerators under $300 are probably not going to last 90 days. read more

I've purchased 2 refrigerators from this establishment. The first one lasted almost 8 years. The other was just delivered today. The lady that helped us out was very friendly and knowledgeable about the appliances we were considering. We spent maybe 20 minutes in the store browsing our different options and decided on a stainless steel GE refrigerator. There were 2 minor dings on the fridge but no biggie. We set up delivery on a second floor (45$ charge) and they hauled our old one away at no cost. Bonus points for huge loveable cat and cute dog with a green mohawk that greeted us. As long as I'm in Long Beach I'll rely on Lee's for any of my appliance needs. Thank y'all for the fast, friendly and reliable service you've provided us over the years! read more

I just wanted to tell everyone about how fast and honest they r! I'm very happy doing business with Lee's appliances, I don't think you could find better service! read more

I have never walked in a business and been treated so poorly.Five to seven minutes later a girl walked out eating noodles?? Never once asked what we needed or how could she help us....terrible,terrible service. The place smelled of cigarette smoke in the appliances they had for sale, which were dirty, old and over priced!! Pass this place by,not worth going inside. read more

The customer service here is HORRIBLE! I have bought 2 different refrigerators from this company, and they have both been defective. They went so far as to attempt to blame my plug. How pathetic! If I could give ZERO stars I would! Don't waste your money. You seriously get what you pay for. read more

Super easy transaction... Lorena was super helpful... they had just what I needed and had the fridge in my house in a matter of hours. Everything looked clean and the delivery guys were great. So far so good! read more

Very honest service! I was about to buy a Maytag Refrigerator, but the girl mentioned the noise it made once the power was on. I was able to make a better selection because of this!! They have a great selection for used refrigerators and stoves. Prices seems fair and they deliver for $35-$45. read more

First off I must say that this is one of the cutest buildings on the block. I came here to find a gently used fridge for my casita in the back. I didn't want to spend too much and I wanted stainless steel to match my kitchen's setup. I was greeted with one of the friendliest and knowledgable employees, Lorena. She helped me picked out a fridge that fit perfect for my kitchen. It has been 2 months and my fridge works well with no problem. Did I also mention they have same day delivery. My fridge was up and running in 2 hours after I purchased it. Thanks Lees appliances!! read more

If you are looking for good used appliances and cheap delivery, then Lee's is the place! I had been looking for a new fridge for a few weeks, but I had to have a smaller apartment sized fridge, because of a low hanging cupboard in my kitchen. I was having no luck looking on craiglist or the Sears Outlet stores. I called Lee's and they had five fridges that fit my height requirements and most were $250. I went in before they closed on a Friday and they delivered it Saturday morning and it was only $25 for delivery! At the Sears Outlet it was $80 for delivery and that blew my fridge budget out of the water. The fridge is still running great and they gave me a discount because I paid cash. You can't beat that. So check this place out before you go and blow a bunch of money on a new fridge at Lowes or Best Buy. read more

I bought a sweet stainless steel fridge with glass selves for $300 and had it delivered the next day for an additional $45 to my 3rd floor apartment. Lorena was a huge help - she was very friendly and honest. Also the delivery guys were a class act! I definitely recommend buying any of your used appliance needs at Lees! read more

I highly recommend this place. I went there on Tuesday, picked out my stove and it was delivered and installed three hours later! I just need something simple and the prices were great. Quick, friendly service. Prices are actually cheaper than Craigslist (I check) and you don't have to worry about getting a truck for delivery or installing it yourself. They take care of it! read more

I walked in the store and before I can finish asking my question the rude ass manager lady just stopped me and said we don't deal with dryers, I was also in there to purchase for used refrigerators but I couldn't get that for you because she stopped me in my tracks. Do not go here service sucks read more

I don't always write reviews but Lee's appliances is a good spot for well maintained used appliances. I did not buy anything from them but I asked them to repair my own and they came diagnosed it told me how to fix it and didn't charge me a dime. They are good honest people and deserve a lot more business. read more

I bought a refrigerator for my rental house, they delivered the same day for $40. So thrilled to have Lees close by

These guys were supposed to repair my oven. Had an appointment for 1p-3p on a Tuesday. No show, no call. I called them, and they showed up around 4p. Just took a 10 second look and said that they'd have the part Thursday or Friday, and be back then. Opened up availability in my schedule so that they could come in and get the fix done on either day, but received no message from them. Got a message the following Tuesday that they have the part. Called back on Wednesday. They were not available on Thursday or Friday to do the repair, so scheduled for 11a-1p on Monday. No show, no call. Called them the next day. Reported that they called, but no one answered. I had no missed calls. Said that they couldn't get in the building. Both I and the building manager were there, so that's a load of baloney. I told them that I *could* be available after 3p the next day. Woman on phone said that she'd have to talk to the guy actually doing the repair and call me back, as they apparently don't have any kind of central appointment system. I get a call back at around 4:30p the next day. I don't answer because I'm in the middle of another call (I'm working from home). The message is asking if I'm available right now because the repair guys are "in the area." About thirty seconds after the call, there's knocking at my door. I have to answer, as the customer can hear it on the phone. It's the repair guys showing up unannounced! Since I can't have them banging around while I finish up this work call, I now have to contact their office again. These guys do not have their act together. If you make an appointment, they don't show up; if you don't make an appointment, they do. Something that even they said would take a few days is now three weeks on with no repair. That's ridiculous. Read the other reviews. If you value you your time, go somewhere else. Pretty much anywhere else will be better. read more

Shady store!! Quoted me one price and of course got greedy and said it was more. The quality of the used appliances are below average at best. Dings and dents all over everything. Don't waste your time like I did. I personally hate doing business with people like that and will NOT be back. read more

I just wanted a basic stove and refrig and am not going to buy them brand new, too expensive and poorly made. So, I googled 'used applianes" and picked Lee's. They had some very good reviews but I see they're not here, anymore. I guess mine with replace them. I was very happy with the fellow that helped me. I thought I got a good, used product for a decent price and delivery worked well, too. Not only that, but, when they arrived, the connections were too old and they had the new part right with them and only charged me for the part. I had a good experience and would recommend them. read more
