Overpriced used appliances. No need to say more service is horrible and appliances not even washed after refurbished. Warranty for 3 months supposedly but I didn't end up buying from here is not worth it. Excellent and quick service. Lorena in the office was honest and very fair about price and what you're getting for it. They also come with a warrantee, plus only a bit extra for delivery! Delivery was flexible with my time/availability and the guys were patient with me running a bit late. Quick delivery, they got it up the stairs and in place in less than 15 min, made sure it was running, and were very friendly. Definitely recommend if you need a fridge or other appliance! read more

I wish the 3 refrigerators I got from Lee's would have lasted longer than the 90 day warranty. None did, and that is why I am posting this. They are very nice people, they offer a 90 day warranty. I had to replace 3 frigs under that timeframe and so sad that my 3rd frig died on day 100. Lee's associates were upset too and didn't enjoy replacing my frig 3 times. It could be related to the price I initially paid that was under $300. Anyway, I just want to tell everyone to be aware refigerators under $300 are probably not going to last 90 days. read more

I've purchased 2 refrigerators from this establishment. The first one lasted almost 8 years. The other was just delivered today. The lady that helped us out was very friendly and knowledgeable about the appliances we were considering. We spent maybe 20 minutes in the store browsing our different options and decided on a stainless steel GE refrigerator. There were 2 minor dings on the fridge but no biggie. We set up delivery on a second floor (45$ charge) and they hauled our old one away at no cost. Bonus points for huge loveable cat and cute dog with a green mohawk that greeted us. If you are looking for good used appliances and cheap delivery, then Lee's is the place! I had been looking for a new fridge for a few weeks, but I had to have a smaller apartment sized fridge, because of a low hanging cupboard in my kitchen. I was having no luck looking on craiglist or the Sears Outlet stores. I called Lee's and they had five fridges that fit my height requirements and most were $250. I went in before they closed on a Friday and they delivered it Saturday morning and it was only $25 for delivery! At the Sears Outlet it was $80 for delivery and that blew my fridge budget out of the water. The fridge is still running great and they gave me a discount because I paid cash. You can't beat that. So check this place out before you go and blow a bunch of money on a new fridge at Lowes or Best Buy. read more

These guys were supposed to repair my oven. Had an appointment for 1p-3p on a Tuesday. No show, no call. I called them, and they showed up around 4p. Just took a 10 second look and said that they'd have the part Thursday or Friday, and be back then. Opened up availability in my schedule so that they could come in and get the fix done on either day, but received no message from them. Got a message the following Tuesday that they have the part. Called back on Wednesday. They were not available on Thursday or Friday to do the repair, so scheduled for 11a-1p on Monday. No show, no call. Called them the next day. Reported that they called, but no one answered. I had no missed calls. Said that they couldn't get in the building. Both I and the building manager were there, so that's a load of baloney. I told them that I *could* be available after 3p the next day. Woman on phone said that she'd have to talk to the guy actually doing the repair and call me back, as they apparently don't have any kind of central appointment system. I get a call back at around 4:30p the next day. I don't answer because I'm in the middle of another call (I'm working from home). The message is asking if I'm available right now because the repair guys are "in the area." About thirty seconds after the call, there's knocking at my door. I have to answer, as the customer can hear it on the phone. It's the repair guys showing up unannounced! Since I can't have them banging around while I finish up this work call, I now have to contact their office again. These guys do not have their act together. If you make an appointment, they don't show up; if you don't make an appointment, they do. Something that even they said would take a few days is now three weeks on with no repair. That's ridiculous. Read the other reviews. If you value you your time, go somewhere else. Pretty much anywhere else will be better. read more

I just wanted a basic stove and refrig and am not going to buy them brand new, too expensive and poorly made. So, I googled 'used applianes" and picked Lee's. They had some very good reviews but I see they're not here, anymore. I guess mine with replace them. I was very happy with the fellow that helped me. I thought I got a good, used product for a decent price and delivery worked well, too. Not only that, but, when they arrived, the connections were too old and they had the new part right with them and only charged me for the part.
