My favorite thing to get is the Carne Asada fries. Base layer of fries, slices of Carne Asada, sour cream, onions & tomatoes. It is a popular rexburg favorite. I love heat so I add hot sauce when I get home. I'll also throw in a Horchata and a few churros ($1 each). My biggest observations are; 1. The Carne Asada was a bit fatty this last time I went. My husband didn't think it was a problem, so maybe it was just me. 7/10 2. The Horchata was just watered down for my taste. Still tasted amazing! I give it 8/10. 3. CHURROS ARE PERFECT! 10/10 Overall, short a star- it wasn't perfect, but still a favorite, we will be going back soon.

The people running the food truck are the most respectful as well care very much about their customers. As we were sitting out side the truck eating one of the workers came out and gave us complimentary water bottles, which is awesome because of how hot it was while we were eating... it just left me saying their 5 star review just went higher. Lastly the true test of a places greatness is the customers, there was a constant flow of people coming to try it out.
