Jose was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. He was also very accommodating with my schedule, which I really appreciated. Jose's team took away about 2 years of grime, pet hairs, soda stains and various yucks. They explained the process from beginning to end and were very attentive to any questions. They use natural, gentle cleaners. The "Cherry" scent of their cleaner was interesting but it doesn't last so that's a plus in my opinion. What's left after a few days was a natural clean. It would be accurate to say that there was a lack of any smell. Just a clean sofa. A bit about their communication prior to the job. I received quick and clear messages from the company. They quoted me a price and gave me a vey reasonable window of time for the appointment. They weren't the least expensive quote, but I didn't think it was worth the risk to save $10 by going with someone with lower reviews. They reminded me the day before and confirmed the timeframe. Showed up like clockwork and were done in under 2-hours. I will try my best to keep my 2-pups off the sofa, bit who are we kidding...I know I will be calling them back for an annual cleaning. I wish I could give them 6-stars!

Natalia was very quick to respond and detailed, which I appreciated. Andrew was professional and pleasant and clearly explained that the stain might not be fully removable and that a slight shadow could remain, which I understood. He did a great job removing as much of the stain as possible, and the mattress looked significantly better afterward. It was also sanitized and dried, all at a great price. Overall, I would highly recommend their services.

Daniel, the owner, responded promptly and came out right away. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he truly cares about his customers and takes great pride in his work. He thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected my sofa and cushions, removing both the stains and the lingering urine odor. What impressed me most was that Daniel went above and beyond what I expected. As an unexpected courtesy, he also cleaned the large area rug underneath the sofa and coffee table, leaving the entire room looking, smelling, and feeling fresh again. Daniel is professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. It's rare these days to find someone with such outstanding customer service and attention to detail. He treated my home as if it were his own. If you need carpet, upholstery, odor removal, sanitizing, or deep cleaning services, do yourself a favor and call AAA-1 Carpet Cleaner. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided for my recent cleaning. While…read morethe carpet was handled decently, the work on the chaise and chair was not up to professional standards. It appears that the equipment used was a rental-grade machine rather than professional-grade. Additionally, the process involved using my own water and was not a true steam clean. Due to the unsatisfactory results, I will now have to hire another professional to properly clean the furniture. To show the dirt left behind, please take al ook at the second picture which I used an upholstery cleaner and towel to wipe the excess dirt left behind. Given that I paid $500 for this service, I feel the quality did not match the cost.

I reached out to the rental owner immediately -- the appropriate thing to do -- to ask what she wanted me to do, and without hesitation, this was the business she recommended I contact. Honestly, I was surprised by the VERY prompt (within an hour of sending the message!) and courteous response I received from the owner. He informed me he could send someone out the next morning -- totally reasonable -- for a free quote. The quote was quickly agreed to and the gentleman got right to work! The stains were completely gone with all evidence lifted by the time the cleaner left!! I kept in touch with the owner of the rental and learned that Spitz had done such a great job that if I hadn't initially reached out to her, she said she never would have even known anything had happened. I'm sorry I didn't take pictures, but you won't be sorry if you use them! They are friendly, efficient and their work is spectacular!! Thank you again for your help in a pinch!!
