The service we request is Final Construction clean up. We use Urban Janitorial on all of our projects. They are extremely professional, extremely detailed and very reasonable in cost. I would refer this company to anyone. read more

I am so glad I came across this business on yelp. We evicted our tenants and we were in urgent need of a cleaning crew the following day. I called Juan on Thursday around 4;50pm and he was able to get me a crew for the next day! The job was done quicker than expected. I will definitely be using them again. read more

The best cleaning crew ever!!! I'm a general contractor, building new houses and remodel existing. At the end of every project I provide dip cleaning service to all my clients. I've went through a lot of crews until I found alma and her crew. Always smiling, very professional, so responsive and fair rates. I've already referred them to few of my builders friends and I'll keep doing that. Please do your self a favor and let them take care of you. Thanks urban. read more

Very disappointed with this service experience, especially after seeing all the 5-star reviews. I had made an appointment for 10am on Saturday, with plenty of advance notice. I had arranged my weekend schedule so I could be available at the agreed upon time. I got a call from them right at 10am on Saturday morning telling me that the appointment needed to be moved to 3pm due to a scheduling problem on their end, otherwise I'd have to wait until Monday. I agreed to the 3pm time change after they offered me a $20 discount for the inconvenience. So I rearranged my schedule so I could meet them at the new time. (But really, couldn't they have let me know sooner??) At 3pm nobody had arrived. At 3:10 I called to find out if the cleaners were coming at all today. I was told they were close, and that they would be there in 10 minutes. They finally arrived 20 minutes later. When they saw my 1 bedroom condo, the 2 hour estimate suddenly changed to 3 hours (so much for my $20 discount when they charge $50 an hour). When I explained the carpets had already been steamed, and the wood floors in the kitchen & bathroom were brand new, they brought the estimate back to 2 hours. I left them specific cleaning instructions and agreed to return in 2 hours. When I got back, they said they needed another 30 minutes. When I got back again, now two and a half hours from the start, I still had to point out items on the list that had not been cleaned. To make this even more frustrating, the workers that they sent to clean barely spoke any English (even though the "receptionist" that booked the appointment spoke perfect English). So each time I was speaking to the workers -- giving them detailed cleaning instructions -- I have no idea if they understood what I was saying, even though they were nodding their heads. The quality of cleaning was OK -- and like the rating says, "Meh. I've experienced better." read more

Alma from Urban Janitorial Services has been cleaning my place for over a year now and has always done a wonderful and very complete job. I never have a problem scheduling her to come and she is great with my dog- so I feel totally fine having her come when I am at work- which is great for me. She does the big things great and even some small extras- like me toaster oven. I love too that I totally trust her and she doesn't move stuff or put it in places I have to go searching. I love coming home after a long day at work to a clean house that smells and feels great. So happy I found these guys. read more

I moved in with my girlfriend and I wanted to get the place fully cleaned. Her old roommate had a little bit of a body odor problem and we knew we needed to get the whole place cleaned and sanitized to get the place perfect. We looked on Yelp and found Urban Janitorial Services. They were 5 stars for sure. They showed up right on time, great quote for a 2 bedroom condo, and now I feel like it's our home. Clean, smells great, and kept us with enough money in our pocket to get some other work done on the condo. GREAT service. read more

Great service, from the office to the nice women that clean my home every week. Competitive pricing and they just started taking credit cards. I appreciate this, as I'd much rather get skymiles for me expenses. Glad I found them. read more

We have been through countless cleaning services, never satisfied and always felt ripped off. So thankful when we found Alma and her team. They clean our home beautifully every single time! We look forward to coming home after they work their magic...the place is spotless and smells so clean :) They do such an awesome job and could easily charge what the other companies charge (which I would happily pay), but they don't. If you are looking for MUCH higher quality than other cleaning services AND a lower price, Urban Janitorial is your solution. Did I mention they clean the same quality EVERY TIME, just as thoroughly as THE FIRST TIME! Highly highly recommend. read more

A good office cleaning crew is hard to find in this city. I've been through more than enough to know. Our regular office cleaning crew needed to take a week off so I called Will at Urban Janitorial to see if they could help out. The difference between quality of service (as well as cost) was incredible. Day 1, I could tell immediately there was a new crew in town. Things were clean! Will checked in with me each day to make sure things were on track. They even washed our dirty dish towels (normally something our employees do). Multiple employees came to tell me the same thing. They all asked if it was possible to switch full time to Urban Janitorial (I wish we could). The price is so good. We got daily service for less than our current cleaners are charging for 2 times a week. Unfortunately, I'm not able to switch to cleaners, if I could Urban Janitorial would be my first choice. read more

The cleaning ladies did a great job, but $396 for deep-cleaning a 1 bedroom apartment is just kind of ridiculously expensive. They definitely did not do a $400 job. It was a standard move-out cleaning, they were very thorough, but took FOREVER. I was literally there all day for a 700 square foot apartment. They should have sent more people ad it would have been cheaper. Lesson learned. They do a great job, but due to the very high price, I cannot recommend them. Especially when I was quoted $150 originally, then it was $250 after the cleaning ladies saw the apartment to be cleaned, and finally I was billed $396. So yes, shady billing practices, completely FALSE estimates, and extremely HIGH PRICES. But they do a good job.... read more

Outstanding! I am a General Contractor serving Souther California. I needed a Crew on a Saturday to clean & prep a project we just finished and be done by 12. Got Almas name and number from a friend who had been shopping the service the week before....She gave me the number and said she was very reasonable. The turnover of a project is of extreme importance. For some reason, just after speaking with her, and scheduling for that Saturday. I knew I had nothing to worry about. I felt so comfortable in fact that I left a check there for her onsite the night before as I was not sure I would be available before 12. My Client was extremely happy with the "Finish" of the project. It's not really finished till it's clean.... My new friend took care of it on time, for the right price, and did a great job! I do not recommend paying people before they are done..... This Girl/Lady is good, honest & responsible.....hard to find all in one place... Yes, I am lucky......You could be too.....Give her a call....You'll be glad you did! read more

Needed to move back into my old place, so I thought it would be a good idea to use this service. 1200 sf apt no furniture no carpets, I told them I don't care how long it takes I just want my place cleaned with extra focus on the floors as I do not wear shoes indoors. They sent 2 ladies over, took about 4 hrs, and basically just lightly surface cleaned. I talked to the people managing the business and explained that the floors were still dirty as well as cabinets, fridge, bathrooms, they said they will send someone over to clean, they came and bullshitted again. Lesson learned, use the cleaning lady my mom uses for her house and charges her half what I paid for her 3500sq house that she leaves impeccable (cut out the middle man and pay people who do your work for you directly) or clean it myself. But seriously they aren't good, and I will never use them again. read more

Alma and her crew at Urban Janitorial Services have been cleaning our house in West Hollywood every two weeks for well over a year now. They are always on time and do a fabulous job. My in laws were coming to town and staying with us!!! I needed someone to come clean my house ASAP since I have an 8month old and have ZERO time for cleaning. Well I called Urban Janitoral Services thinking it was a long shot for next day service. Alma was super accommodating and was at my house the next day at 9am!!!!! They were professional, punctual (huge bonus) and thorough with my requests in cleaning. They are reasonably priced as well. Also, she sent me a follow up text to make sure i was happy with their services..... Who does that?? I was pleasantly surprised. . Yesterday I called them again for a last minute request and they were able to work me in!!! I love that!! I highly recommend Alma and her team. If you want someone trustworthy, you have found your girl!!! Thanks Alma!!!! read more

We couldn't be happier to have found this company. We have a small apartment with 2 people and 2 dogs, so while there's not a lot of ground to cover, there is a lot of dirt! They are very well priced and always do a stellar job, down to the tops of bookcases and ceiling fans! Ask for Alma, she's prompt, courteous and always brings an assistant, even in our small space. read more

I've used different cleaning services in the past. The first time they clean it looks amazing. Then, each time after that the quality of the cleaning drops tremendously. NOT with Alma and her team at Urban Janitorial. EVERY time they clean, my house looks, smells, and feels outstandingly clean. I highly recommend Urban Janitorial. You won't be disappointed. read more

If I could give Urban Janitorial Services 10 stars, I would. Alma and her team are amazing. They are always prompt, friendly, and keep our home spotless. They have made my life easier, and I appreciate all their hard work. They are also extremely patient with and kind to my three year old son, who tries to "help" vacuum when they are here. He always sends Alma off with a hug. If you need cleaning, don't waste your time looking anywhere else. Wow! Urban Janitorial did a fantastic job cleaning my house! This was my first time using them and they were a pleasure to work with. They arrived right on time and we did a walk through of my place. Alma and Imelda were very attentive to all of my requests and did a very thorough job cleaning everything I asked her to. I've never seen my bathroom look so shiny! In addition, I love how they answer the phone and scheduling the service was very easy. No back and forth phone tag. Juan was very pleasant and straight forward on the phone and even called me the day before the service to confirm. I would highly recommend Urban Janitorial. Reasonable prices, great customer service, and great, thorough cleaning! read more

They're the absolute BEST!!! The price, service and professional manner in which they carry themselves can't be beat.

We have been customers of Alma's for going on two years. She and Arturo are a pleasure to have in our home as our cleaning support. Her service has been so helpful to us. She brings her own supplies and uses green products as is necessary or desired. We have two dogs and two cats and they love to see her when she comes. They are efficient and trustworthy and fit right into our household. She does the basics and also extras at our request or as time allows. What can i say, it's not always easy to find help who we can feel this comfort level with. We are happy to have found her and Arturo. They bring an energy with them that is upbeat and conscientious. Can you tell, we like them a lot. read more

Unfortunately, after my five star rating in August, they have greatly disappointed me. We have a weekly service agreement, and today is the second NOCALL, NO SHOW from this business. I called their business number, and the voice mail is full..... Disastrous management, but great workers. read more

First let me say the one missing star is because I needed to cut short the initial cleaning time to accommodate my schedule so there were a few missed areas that would have probably been cleaned if they had another hour to work. However, I like that we did walk through the house beforehand and chose strategic areas to skip on this visit because of the time constraint. Maria and Imelda were pleasant, professional and did great work. I'm looking forward to working with them again. Juan at the office was courteous and helpful and I like that they take credit cards. read more

My house looks fantastic! They arrived right on time and went right to work as I did the walk through. They got under the beds, and scrubbed my home's neglected nooks and crannies. They even got the small gap on the side of my stacked Washer/Dryer. I used to own my own cleaning business so I'm pretty picky. Thanks Alma! read more
