I've brought a few of my cars here and every time they have been AMAZING! Kenny has helped me both times and he's great. The first time I came AAA gave me incorrect information and I dropped off my car too early. Even though the mistake wasn't caliber's they took my car in no problem! Both times I was kept more up to date by caliber than my insurance. They use text alerts too which is a godsend! They're great and I will only bring my car here now! read more

This is not the place to bring your car. The car was fixed took it back twice first time for scratches on hood and crash sight was not straight. Second-time damage to the lower back of door could not have been done by us. Told by Eric it was wear and tear. They just want the money from your insurance No way was this repair worth the 8300.00 that was charged. Do not do business with this company Eric was a disappointment. The car still is not fixed correctly and will have to seek advice on how to handle this problem. Do not bring your car here. read more

Caliber Collision did a great job repairing our 2007 Honda Odyssey after we were in a freeway crash. We selected Caliber because it was one of the shops recommended by our auto insurance company. Our helpful Caliber rep was Kenny. He was very clear about what Caliber would fix and provided as much information about specific topics, such as paint matching, I requested. I also appreciated that Kenny communicated with our insurance adjuster and helped make the entire process as smooth as possible. While our car was completed 4 days later than the original completion date, I received a call from Kenny at least twice a week to inform me of their progress with the van, so I was aware of delays as they happened. When my wife and I went to pick up the van, Kenny and the Caliber team spent a good amount of time showing us every repair, demonstrating that every moving part was in good working order, and insuring that our van was clean and ready to go. We left feeling confident that our van was in at least as good a shape as it was before our crash. I would definitely return to Caliber in Upland, should the need arise, and I highly recommend this business for others. read more

I have now used Caliber Collision for three separate cars. A local Mercedes dealership recommended them to me. Although they were only minor cosmetic repairs, on each occasion they provided the utmost professional service. My desire to seek perfection did not phase them. They handled the repairs as if they were working on their own personal vehicles. Each vehicle returned in pristine condition. Also, they treat repeat customers very well. I will continue to use Caliber for any future repairs as well as recommend them to friends and family. read more

This is the first time in my life writing a review because I really don't want anybody to experience the horrible experience that i got. This place is horrible the staff are rude and liars I have a Mercedes and it took them a 49 days to repair !!!! i was out of the state and i got a call from the Service advisor who's name is Kenny he told me your car is done come pick it up or we are gonna charge you a storage fee thats what written in the contract you signed . so i had to end my travel to pick up the car i found out that the car has not been done and he lied about the contract as well because what is written in the contract that they cant charge a storage fee till 10 days past after the repair is completed. Their manger accused me of taking an advantage of their horrible services because i asked him if my insurance could do a betterment on my tires. now i know why state-farm did not select them of one of their select services. at the end i had the most horrible experience of my life because they don't care for the customer satisfaction, so if i were you I would go to anywhere else because here you will not be satisfied. read more

The entire team at this location is professional and have excellent customer service. I got into an accident last year and had my vehicle towed to another caliber collision center in Montclair. The center in Montclair did a half a** job: the paint was not done properly and you could see the obvious discoloration. My bumper was crooked and not aligned and I would hear popping noises when reversing. I called this location due to the good reviews and asked if I could bring my car in. Everyone at this location, I mean from the manager (James) to the advisor who helped me (Mike) and even the ladies at the front desk, they were all extremely professional and courteous. I definitely felt like I was being listened to and that they were taking this matter as serious as I was. When I returned the following day to drop off my car, Mike already remembered everything we talked about and was already marking the areas of my car that needed attention without me having to remind him. I got my car back in 2 days, looking factory fresh with no issues whatsoever. This location definitely sets the standards for caliber collision. read more
