My car came out looking worse than before it went in. I think someone crashed it there. Not trustworthy.

I was hit just 12 weeks after getting a brand new shiny black van. I was so worried about getting a quality repair that I actually yanked my van from another shop and had it transferred to caliber. (Due to the positive reviews). I have to say I am so incredibly happy that I took it to caliber. Jessica and kat kept me informed via text almost everyday. It was such a pleasant experience that it's almost too good to be true! I would highly highly recommend that u take ur troubles to caliber in Temecula!!! read more

Bad experience. I took my car in here to fix the front of my car from an accident, and it turned out horrible. It took much longer than they said. The shop kept trying to get more money than the repair should have taken, and the insurance knew it was to much, so my car was stuck there until they could reach a deal. Then, when I finally came to pick it up, it was a horrible job. I had to take it back twice just to finish off the body work and get it done right. I won't be coming back here. Update: Hello, I appreciate your comment. But I DID have my car done at your shop, and its under my mothers name. I appreciate your concern, but its done now. read more

My vehicle was made new again after an accident. Zach kept me informed during every step in the process. After I got the car back, I noticed that the bumper had popped loose, so I took it in without an appointment. He explained to me why he thought the bumper came loose (I must have hit a curb) and even though he was in no obligation to make the repair, he bolted and clipped the bumper back into place and sent me on my way. Excellent service! read more

I took my old car to Caliber in San Diego and it was great. My recent experience in Temecula, was not so good. I took my car in for an estimate, they took pictures, I filled out the paperwork and the guy said he would email me the estimate that evening or in the morning, this was on a Wednesday. The following Monday I still had not received anything so I called and spoke to a woman who couldn't find any record of me or my car. She took down my number and said she would call back after she spoke to people. That was a week and a half ago and no call back, no response. Today I will take my car to a different shop after wasting 3 weeks now with them. read more

Want to thank Luis and team who worked on my car. Was really worried my car was not going to be the same after a minor crash, but they got it looking brand new. This company was easy to work with, and everyone I enter acted with was friendly. I will definitely recommend this place to friends if they are ever in a similar situation. read more

I'm very pleased with the service and the work that was done on my cars. Unfortunately for me both my husband and I broke our cars within a week of each other. Fortunately for me Caliber did a great job, the cars look new again. I will recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing auto body repair. read more

I've used Caliber twice in the last few months and have been very impressed with their work and especially their customer service. They very efficiently interface with my insurance company to include coordinating a rental vehicle. The employees are all professional and courteous. read more

As crappy as it is to have to get your car repaired after an accident, this 0lqce can really make it as easy as possible. The ladies I dealt with, Jessica and Kat, were super easy and friendly to work with. I habe had to have 2 repairs done, and they did everything they could as quickly as they could. They unfortunately have to deal with a super crappy locksmith that is super flakey and lazy. The office has drinks, candy, coffee and fresh popcorn, just some small comforts that can make a big difference. read more

If I could rate this location lower, I would. At the request of my insurance company, I brought my new vehicle to this location for repairs. Due to a hit n run, a new front end was to be delivered, panted and installed. After a day of service, I was informed that my vehicle was ready. When arriving, the sides of the front end was not even painted. I was informed to return the next day for a completed paint job. Return number two, was still unsatisfactory and was informed to return the following day. On my third attempt to pick up my vehicle, I was informed that it was still not up to par and it would be ready on a fourth attempt. When returning, (again), to pick up my new vehicle, the paint lines on the front end were completely off. I was told that this was a good paint job, and if I would like, I could place a call to their supervisor the following week. When getting into the vehicle, I noticed that the new leather interior was wet and I noticed some paint splattered on/in one of the speaker grills. After further inspection, there was paint and/or chemical spills throughout the entire interior, (even in the back cargo area), all over the new leather. When I placed a call to the shop and requested a call back from my advisor, I did not receive a response. My insurance company's advisor returned to this shop and explained the unsatisfactory repairs and interior damage. This collision shop denied any damage to the vehicle's interior. My vehicle was taken to a competitor's shop to rectify the front end and to try and salvage the new leather interior. I would highly encourage not to take your vehicle to this location. read more

Caliber Collision repaired my Lexus after a fender bender. From start to finish, everyone involved over there did a good job. Zach, in particular, has some great customer service chops and I want to be sure that he gets the recognition he deserves. He's a good one to have on your team! He made me feel like he would see the process through to the end and be sure that it's done right, and he did. Thanks to everyone over there for getting me fixed up. read more

By far the best place to take your business to. The amount of detail placed on my car was superb, all three times I have taken my car here. Jessica and Kat kept me well informed throughout the entire process. read more

I received a reference for coming here to get my truck detailed. I came in and talked with Scott and right away I knew he was good at what he does. He really took care of me and my truck. I had a couple scuff marks someone was nice enough to leave me and he told he could buff those out and even help out with some damage someone else was nice to leave me on my bumper. He detailed it inside and out and when I came to get my truck it looked like it was brand new! Very nice wax job, both scuff marks on the side were completely out and the bumper looked better then what it was without having to redo the whole bumper and run up over $500. I will definitely be coming back in the future!! Good work, thanks! read more

3 years later, the owner reached out to me and asked what they can do to make the situation right, so i updated the review to a 3 star, because even though it took them a very long time, they are finally made an attempt to make it right. unfortunately i no longer own the car that was painted incorrectly, so there was nothing that they could do. don't underestimate the power of a yelp review! good or bad, and be responsible for updating reviews as situations change. i personally will never take one of my cars here, ever. but again, i would just like to update the review to tell others that due to my yelp review, he wanted to correct his mistake, even if it was 3 years later. read more

Temecula Location: Kim was my advisor. She was amazing!!! She kept me updated on the status of my car throughout my repair. She called me before I could call her. Her attention to my car showed me that she really cared and understood what my car means to me. I am a single working adult so not having my car for any period of time is difficult, but after meeting Kim - I trusted she would have my best interest at heart. She even got my car back before the original estimate. I will highly recommend Kim & Caliber Collision to everyone I know. read more

I would highly recommend this place for a paint job. I researched 5 other places in town and California Auto Collision did a fantastic job at the lowest price. Scott was extremely helpful and he even dropped me off and picked me up when it was ready. I will be going back asap to fix my rear driver side window which they quoted me a great price, too. read more

This shop definitely exceeded my expectations! The estimator that helped us made sure to keep my husband and I informed throughout the entire repair process. They did all the work with the insurance company. All I had to do was drop off my vehicle. They even had the rental car company come pick me up. My vehicle was completed on time and looked like new! I couldn't believe it!!! I hope I wont need their services again, but if I do, I will definitely come back to this shop. read more

I was extremely impressed with the quality and customer service I received from the Temecula Caliber Collision. Albert Magos was my caliber inspector and he made everything very easy. Caliber Collisions is wonderful!! They did take a little while to get my car back to me, but I didn't mind. I got my car back and noticed a dent that I thought happened while in their possession. It turns out it had been marked under previous damage when I took the car in and I had just never noticed it. When I did notice (after I got my car back) I called to ask if they committed the damage. Despite the damage not being their fault by any means, they were willing to send out a dent removal guy to my location and buffed it out for free. They are very on top of their customer service and do great work. Highly recommend! read more

I went to Caliber this morning (10/02/19) and spoke with David. I had had a blow-out on my car a few days ago and when we used the jack to change the tire we had caused a bit of body damage. I was SO worried that it was going to cost a fortune to fix a relatively small problem. David made me feel very comfortable and talked with his tech regarding my problem. They were able to actually fix the problem with no cost to me! They were able to keep the original molding on the bottom of the car, and figured out how to reconnect all the parts. THANK YOU to Caliber Collision - my problem solved. I will definitely use this company again! read more

Thank you for your making our accident not as stressful. Kenny was awesome! Caliber collision customer service was beyond the best I've seen in many years! read more

This place fixed my Honda Pilot perfectly. Customer service is the best, and they finished 5 days early. Tommy was very knowledgeable and helpful. Maria at the front desk was very nice too. Glad my insurance company suggested them, it was all quick and easy. Thanks again! read more

I was hoping to never have to let this place touch my truck again but had to return it 8 months after the original work was done because the paint began peeling off. Customer service is horrible. Both times they had my truck I was given a finish date and time and both times they were unable to deliver. Will not ever take another vehicle to Caliber Collision. One star is too high a rating read more

I love this place! I was involved in an accident on 7/25/2018. Another car side swiped me while trying to merge onto my lane. Was offered this place by the other party at fault insurance company for auto repairs. Couldn't be happier with this place. Great customer service! Was told my car would be ready by 8/14/18 but it was actually ready today. AWESOME!! Was so excited to get my suv back, washed and all. Always got text messages and phone calls on the status of my vehicle. Totally recommend this place to everyone. Not to mention, was also renting an suv from enterprise and they told me to just drive over there with it and they would make sure enterprise would get it back ASAP. Amazing!!! read more

OMG! Kat is a customer service champion!! I recommend taking your car to Caliber Collision for your auto repair needs. I was rear-ended and had to come out of pocket on a deductible for an accident I did not cause. To add insult to injury the accident happened right before the holidays, so I was looking at an extended turn-around time. I explained my situation to Kat, manager, and she was ON IT from day one. Everything Kat promised was delivered AND THEN SOME. Her can-do, positive attitude, willingness to do anything to help a customer, and her sincere approach was so refreshing in the modern era of emails, texts, and tweets! She even offered to hand deliver the car to my residence because I was unable to make it back to the shop once the car was ready. My 5-6 week estimate (the collision was quite severe) was completed and turned around in 4 weeks with a personal phone call and communication EACH WEEK to let me know how things were going. Just unbelieveable and surely MOST APPRECIATED! They DEFINITELY know how to treat a customer right and their attention to detail is impeccable. My car now looks exactly like it did before the accident. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and TAKE YOUR CAR TO CALIBER. You'll be happy you did. read more
