Will be returning because of the quality service from Jessica Bailey. Thank you again!!

Took my truck in to get body work done. They helped me schedule a appointment to get an estimate for the damages and just very helpful with the process. read more

Do not come here whatever you do even if your insurance recommends it, you will be regretting it they made the car worse than what it was when it came in they burn the paint buffing too much the way they masked off the car was complete trash where the fresh clear coat is peeling away from the door jam. Frauded my insurance and said that they did work that wasn't done, The blending is horrid with clearcoat missing on door and a pillar, trash in the paint and clear coat and car feels like sandpaper. I've been to the caliber in Murrieta and had a great experience, but this caliber collision has no clue what they're doing and who knows where they got their workers probably next-door at the car wash. Now I have to get the district manager involved and corporate as well as report this to my insurance as caliber They said they remove the tail light assembly and got paint all over it. It's hard to pick up all the damage they did from the photos, but even the dent is now an outward dent and body lines they rounded. This needs a total respray and now that they burned the paint in the door it's going to lead into having to repaint a door that was not even damaged. Do not go here! Paint they blended doesn't even match and have 3 different shades of silver now as you can see in the rear door that was not even damaged. read more

You know what they say ain't nothing wrong with a little bump and grind ! Or.... wait.... I don't think this would apply when it comes to your vehicle. You see if you're like me and you like to keep your whip in tip top shape every little nick, scratch or blemish will torment you for days. I got into a little accident and my front end was messed up I knew just the man who can fix my issue and Zach understood the mission and let me tell you he, delivered ! I can't thank him enough for the outstanding service he provided for me and my vehicle he is without a doubt my go to guy ! Thanks Zach read more

I had my Sequoia repaired this week. I am unable to get my vehicle back from them because the person who gave me a ride when dropping it off is barfing and can't help me out. My husband died two months ago, normally he would have helped me. My daughter works in San Diego and doesn't get home until after they close. They aren't open on Saturday. I offered to pay them online and asked one of their employees to drive my car the five miles to my house. They said they can't do that. They said they were short staffed. I won't go to Caliber Collision again. Sorry - you lost my business. LuAnn Kemble read more

Some person ran into me in December and completely trashed the left side of my Bronco, leaving me beyond angry and stressed. But, I felt assured that my insurance and Caliber would take care of everything. I won't lie, there were a few bumps in the road regarding the damage and timeline. However, Edna (big shoutout to her, she has amazing customer service!) and the rest of her team made sure to keep me updated at all times and made sure my Bronco left like I just bought it off the lot. Hopefully I never get into another accident, but if I do I know where to go Thanks Caliber! read more

Just sat in the lobby for 10 minutes while the receptionist sat silent on the phone. Visible to two other offices with people looking at me. Then she says "we're pretty busy right now" (meanwhile I'm the only person here in the lobby), "can we schedule you to come back". No thanks I'll go somewhere that wants to fix my car and run a business. read more

My service advisor Tony M. made the repair estimate go a lot smoother than I expected as I've never been involved in a hit and run, or any accident for that matter, which relieved my stress quite a bit since dealing with this incident. He explained step by step how the process works and assured me, as I've confirmed through my insurance, that everything will be taken care of promptly and I knew what to exactly what to expect after finishing our conversation. So far everything is going according to plan and will update with pictures once the repair is completed. Thank you Tony and Caliber collision for the stress free process, it's very much appreciated. read more

I'm in disbelief with how smooth this went! I picked up my car today and it looks brand new. Thank you everyone here at caliber collision, you've made my life so much easier. Got into a hit and run rear end accident unfortunately. Had my car towed to caliber and from the start they were wonderful dealing with me frantic about not having a car and needing to know asap when it would be fixed and if it was evenfixable. Zach was the estimator assigned to my car and they couldn't have picked a better person! Im difficult and I am the first to admit that I am... and he not only kept us informed multiple times a week, he went above and beyond and cleaned my car inside and out before I got it back. It was finished sooner than the projected date and he was very thorough on what needed to be done, what was done and why certain things needed to be done that I had no idea about but he explained it in the best way and I learned a lot about my own car and how it was made. Would 110% recommend this place especially Zachary! Thank you for getting my car back to perfect shape and making sure it was safe and reliable again! read more

I've come to this location a couple times even though I have one that's closer to me, I prefer to drive a little further just for the man Zach. He has been on point with his service every time I've gone and makes dealing with these situations a lot less stressful. We need more people like Zach in the customer service industry because these days they are far and few in between. Thank you again to Zach! Give this man a promotion or something read more

Service was great as always. Extremely dependable. Zach was my service advisor, he takes care of me every time!

Caliber Collision - Body Shops Near Me - Temecula, California

I have been doing business for 20 years at different locations. I took my car into the Temecula shop and Lindsey was amazing. My "claims" were not easy but she made all aspects of the inspection and paperwork seamless. I feel that my car is, again, in capable hands. The personalized touch at the Temecula store is appreciated. I have NO doubt that the repairs will be perfect. And I have 3 separate claims for one visit. I was unlucky with people hitting me and either leaving the scene or not leaving their information:( Thank you Caliber Collision Temecula read more

Caliber Collision did an amazing job on my Jeep. It looks brand new again. Thank you Daniel and the rest of the team for not only taking such good care of my vehicle but also keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Although I brought my vehicle here through an insurance claim, I will definitely be coming back for any other repairs. Thank you again to Daniel and the rest of the team. read more

Caliber collision Temecula did an outstanding job on my Mazda cx5. Looks brand new. Tiffany made sure everything went smoothly and made sure all my concerns and questions were laid to rest -- more than once. Hope her boss gives her a raise -- she earned it! Thank again Tiffany for a job well done. read more

The only person at Caliber Collision that was anywhere close to being friendly was an employee working on a vehicle. To date, I still haven't heard anything on an estimate from Caliber Collision or Tiffany who did the estimate on my vehicle. No introduction, or welcoming gesture from Tiffany. No phone call; just a simple "I'll email you your estimate later today" That was May 15th. I was looking for some body work and a complete paint job on my truck. I wouldn't recommended them to anyone looking to get some work done. Not with attitudes like Tiffany's. Think about it Caliber, without the customers, you won't have a business. You need big time work on customer service. read more

Thank you to all at Caliber Collision in Temecula, especially Mark Mrsola ! Mark checked in with us by phone multiple times each of the three weeks that our car was being serviced for a full update on how the process was going and what was being currently worked on. It was so great to receive these calls and be able to ask questions - really eased our nerves. Caliber also set up auto texts for updates which was nice and they handled everything seamlessly with our insurance. We can't say enough about their level of customer service support - our car looks amazing! read more

Went to Caliber to help us with rodent damage in my dad's car. They are the choice of our insurance carrier. They chose well! Kim kept us informed at every step and assured us that everything had to meet our satisfaction and they would make anything right if it didn't. Shortly after we took the car home, the battery went dead. I thought it was just because my dad left the overhead light on, but I called Caliber anyway. Kim told us to bring it in and they checked it over to make sure it wasn't something else. Good news! It WAS just the dome light that took the battery down. Everything else was fine and they made sure it was!! That's service! That's going the extra mile! That's Caliber! read more

Horrible service. Promises never kept. Customer drives over to pick up vehicle and work is not complete. That which has been completed per their standards is a sloppy mess. I have been back too many times for for errors they have made with sloppy workmanship. Currently I am waiting for a call back as to when I can return my vehicle for yet another overlooked mistake . Recently received a call to set up date to return,. the day of I received a call to cancel because non of the vendors' workers showed up for work that day. So I am still waiting!, Still waiting! read more

Temecula location. Terrible customer service, started wirh Anthony yelling my last name like i was in boot camp, umm Hello, we are the Only customers there. went quckly downhill from there, estimator Anthony literally getting aggressively in my face saying "did I say that, did I say that!?!?" after i told him three times to keep his voice to a professional level of intensity. And... I'm the customer? No way, i didn't get up this morning to be abused by this little person. Went to Murrieta location, Night and Day! read more

They took care of my Lexus spot on, all repairs done on time, as promised (which is very rare in this business). Jessica took care of my unfortunate issue from day one, called me every day on updates and developments. I mean, this wasn't a major job, just a front bumper replacement and light adjustment, but Im a very satisfied customer . Thank you! read more

Had my car repaired at the Jefferson location, was told that all of their work was under warranty. One of the parts that was installed flew off while driving on the freeway. I make a phone call and was told to come in, dealt with the repair supervisor named Daniel, was told my part would be ordered. Now, was told by the team and management (Jessica) that it's not the company's responsibility and they'll help me order another one. They invalidated my claim based on a personal management veiwpoint, stating "that doesn't normally happen." Unfortunately they have tainted any reference I could give to them. And god forbid I get rear ended again, I will not be taking any personal vehicles here. read more

Brought two of my cars there after two separate accidents. They do a good job at the major end items. First car, rear bumper was pushed in after I got rear ended. Second was the rear driver side fender and door. As I stated, they do the job at the major items that can be easily seen. But where they lack is in attention to details. Both times they left areas where the paint was chipped. Both times I mentioned it during the walk through and both times it got over looked. Both times I received an apology and that I would receive a call to correct to problem and I never got a call back. read more
