I had my Sequoia repaired this week. I am unable to get my vehicle back from them because the person who gave me a ride when dropping it off is barfing and can't help me out. My husband died two months ago, normally he would have helped me. My daughter works in San Diego and doesn't get home until after they close. They aren't open on Saturday. I offered to pay them online and asked one of their employees to drive my car the five miles to my house. They said they can't do that. They said they were short staffed. Some person ran into me in December and completely trashed the left side of my Bronco, leaving me beyond angry and stressed. But, I felt assured that my insurance and Caliber would take care of everything. I won't lie, there were a few bumps in the road regarding the damage and timeline. However, Edna (big shoutout to her, she has amazing customer service!) and the rest of her team made sure to keep me updated at all times and made sure my Bronco left like I just bought it off the lot. My service advisor Tony M. made the repair estimate go a lot smoother than I expected as I've never been involved in a hit and run, or any accident for that matter, which relieved my stress quite a bit since dealing with this incident. He explained step by step how the process works and assured me, as I've confirmed through my insurance, that everything will be taken care of promptly and I knew what to exactly what to expect after finishing our conversation. Got into a hit and run rear end accident unfortunately. Had my car towed to caliber and from the start they were wonderful dealing with me frantic about not having a car and needing to know asap when it would be fixed and if it was evenfixable. Zach was the estimator assigned to my car and they couldn't have picked a better person! Im difficult and I am the first to admit that I am... and he not only kept us informed multiple times a week, he went above and beyond and cleaned my car inside and out before I got it back. It was finished sooner than the projected date and he was very thorough on what needed to be done, what was done and why certain things needed to be done that I had no idea about but he explained it in the best way and I learned a lot about my own car and how it was made. I took my car in to caliber Collision because my car was rear ended and I'm so glad that i did. I was referred by a friend to ask for Tommy and he totally took care of me and my car. Everything was taken care of down to getting a shuttle to enterprise i didn't have to do one thing. To date, I still haven't heard anything on an estimate from Caliber Collision or Tiffany who did the estimate on my vehicle. No introduction, or welcoming gesture from Tiffany. No phone call; just a simple "I'll email you your estimate later today" That was May 15th. I was looking for some body work and a complete paint job on my truck. I wouldn't recommended them to anyone looking to get some work done. Not with attitudes like Tiffany's. Think about it Caliber, without the customers, you won't have a business. Went to Caliber to help us with rodent damage in my dad's car. They are the choice of our insurance carrier. They chose well! Kim kept us informed at every step and assured us that everything had to meet our satisfaction and they would make anything right if it didn't. Shortly after we took the car home, the battery went dead. I thought it was just because my dad left the overhead light on, but I called Caliber anyway. Kim told us to bring it in and they checked it over to make sure it wasn't something else. Good news! It WAS just the dome light that took the battery down. Horrible service. Promises never kept. Customer drives over to pick up vehicle and work is not complete. That which has been completed per their standards is a sloppy mess. I have been back too many times for for errors they have made with sloppy workmanship. Currently I am waiting for a call back as to when I can return my vehicle for yet another overlooked mistake . Recently received a call to set up date to return,. the day of I received a call to cancel because non of the vendors' workers showed up for work that day. Had my car repaired at the Jefferson location, was told that all of their work was under warranty. One of the parts that was installed flew off while driving on the freeway. I make a phone call and was told to come in, dealt with the repair supervisor named Daniel, was told my part would be ordered. Now, was told by the team and management (Jessica) that it's not the company's responsibility and they'll help me order another one. They invalidated my claim based on a personal management veiwpoint, stating "that doesn't normally happen." Unfortunately they have tainted any reference I could give to them. Brought two of my cars there after two separate accidents. They do a good job at the major end items. First car, rear bumper was pushed in after I got rear ended. Second was the rear driver side fender and door. As I stated, they do the job at the major items that can be easily seen. But where they lack is in attention to details. Both times they left areas where the paint was chipped. Both times I mentioned it during the walk through and both times it got over looked. Both times I received an apology and that I would receive a call to correct to problem and I never got a call back. read more
