A very smooth experience all-in-all! I was assigned Tristan, who communicated with me professionally and frequently. I was kept informed of the latest status on my car. The customer service staff was incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable in each of my interactions with them. They even gave me several realistic time quotes and ask about when you have plans to be out of town (which I did) and recommend a suitable timeline for your pickup. My favorite part is their partnership with the rental car company, which was through my insurance company. They offer car pickup and drop off right on location, sparing you the inconvenience of an awkward additional ride to the car rental spot. I can't attest much to the value since it was paid through my insurance company, but the prices on the invoice seemed to be on the slightly higher side compared to the mechanics I'm used to back in the suburbs of Los Angeles. Amateur hour and they just don't care. Had appointment setup for over a week to drop car off for repairs. Made a special trip to make it happen. Called me a few hours before drop-off time to tell me they can't work on electric cars. Didn't really care that their national call center (it is nearly impossible to reach the local shop) made the appointment and took all the details. Absolutely terrible customer service by the receptionist and the manager, Brandi. Because I was 15 min late for my appointment they refused to take my car for repair (both said they do not tell customers about this policy because they expect customers to be on time. Clearly they are not concerned about this business making money instead they seems much more concerned about putting me in my place). Couldn't believe my car was finished in just about 24 hours! I was expecting at least a week. The mechanic, Rory, did a phenomenal job fixing excessive paint damage on the back bumper of my BMW. My car looks as though nothing ever happened. It's perfect! The front desk ladies were very friendly too. They immediately took care of organizing my rental and got me on my way. I have to say this experience at Caliber Collision was very smooth and I'll definitely choose to go here again if needed. read more

Was directed to a their call center where I was given an appointment to the wrong location with a date and time that didn't work for them. Then no one would answer the phone at the location I had wanted so I went in in person to schedule an appointment- for a month later. A day before my appointment, I was called and told that the location actually couldn't take my vehicle because it was too large. Communication was horrible from the start and I was given the run around for over a month and my vehicle still isn't fixed. read more

Great experience with this place and Rory in particular. Car accidents are so stressful but they made me feel confident that the car was in good hands. Rory updated me all the while. Seemed like whenever I was wondering about the progress, I get a text from him. When I picked it up, I was amazed how great it looked. I got the car second hand and she looked better than when I got her. They did an interior detail to boot. No complaints and they finished about a week before the estimate. Would definitely use this place again, though I hope I don't need to for a long time. read more

My truck got sideswiped on the freeway and I took it to this shop to get repaired. The underlying body work is great, no issues there. The paint work and other details, however, leave a LOT to be desired. When I initially went to pick up my truck after the repairs, I did a walk around and found that the rear passenger seat belt was completely disconnected at the base (bolt missing) and the overall cleanliness of the truck after the repairs was very poor; dirty handprints everywhere, dust on the dash and other surfaces and the exterior was also very grimy from the repairs. The side mirror adjustment knob on the driver side door panel was non-functional (turns out it wasn't plugged back in). They fixed the mirror control and seatbelt before I took my truck out of the parking lot. The wash job was very subpar. After taking possession of my truck again, I did a deeper inspection and this is what I found with the paint: -Overspray on multiple areas: -Inside of the driver and rear door glass -Outside lower part of the rear passenger door -The C pillar next to the backglass on the right side -Dust specs in the paint in a few places (one piece is very large). -A run in the paint on the gas door that was replaced. -Deep scratch on the tailgate (through the clearcoat and into the paint), presumably from when they removed the truck bed to paint the cab. They fixed most of the issues I reported, including re-painting the tailgate. However, they (again) did not bother to wash my truck after repairing it, so it's dirty in most parts except for the places they repaired. And after I got home, I noticed that my backup camera was no longer working. I figured out that it was just a cable that didn't get plugged in. Easy fix there. However, now that the sun is out, I'm seeing even more places with overspray and I'm extremely hesitant to bring it in for fear of what else they might make worse just by going there. Overall I would say that my experience at this shop was poor and the QC needs a lot of improvement because the vehicle should have never left the shop with this many issues. read more

My car was rear ended by a Toyota Scion. My insurance said it was under the $500 deductible and would bill me rather than recovering the costs. I went directly to American Family insurance (from the person who rear ended me) and they agreed to Caliber to repair. They put a new rear bumper and repainted it to brand new and billed American Family insurance $2000 as the repair was larger than expected. I also needed a new front windshield and they found the cheapest quote saving me $150 after first quoting me $380 and did it for $230. They repaired the car in 4 days. They gave me timely updates. Rob offered to look at my bumper right away. I had caught my bumper on something and it needed to be put back together and rescrewed. He showed me where the metal had been scraped and the bumper torn, and told me it might rust and wouldn't be perfect, but he could put it back together for me so it wasn't flapping around. He got the right screws and popped it all back in within ten minutes. No charge! I have been a customer there before. And I will certainly be one again. Very helpful, very friendly service. Had a pretty good experience with Caliber. My car was hit by a truck so I picked Caliber to estimate and repair my vehicle. The damage was extensive and when it was ready to pick up, I found some scratches on trunk that were not there when I first dropped off the car. The car was in great shape before the accident and I really wanted the car back just as it was prior to the accident. Mark was checking me out and was very understanding and completely understood my concern and offered to take care of it. Next day I went to pick it up and it looked great. Fantastic customer service.
