Customer service is good. Place is clean. Quality of service is terrible. They gave me my car back with scuffs on the trunk. They took it back to buff it out. After a couple weeks and a couple washes later. Same exact scuffs reappeared and in the same exact spot. Also did not fully repair and paint areas around license plate. Can see overspray or lack of paint coverage to base coat. Terrible quality control. Would not come back to this location. read more

Was told that it will be ready at a certain day... It was "ready" but I had to refuse it cuz the work is subpar (misaligned - even Luis agreed). Took it back and they said everything is aligned screws etc...but Luis understood my concern and took the car back over the weekend. Per Luis, had to order the parts, would come in on a Monday. Monday came and went, nothing, (automated text communication link states that car has been ready). Tuesday, had to call after lunch/late in the afternoon to find out if there's at least an update: was told car will be ready they are just painting the parts... (don't really know how long it takes to do that, was not given an estimate - maybe implied it's the next day)... Wednesday ... had to call and find out in the afternoon if it will be ready / when will it be ready... was told it was ready.... I couldn't really tell if anything was done as far as I can see... but I just got tired of having to call for update... and as long as the sensors are working, I guess a little aesthetics won't really hurt. (Don't care if the repair would take longer, since I'm not paying for it... I just don't want to chase for info). I've taken 2 other cars with caliber collisions on other locations throughout the years without issues... great experience. Office is clean, enterprise pick up was quick. Limited parking but ur getting ur car repaired so don't really matter... read more

I was extremely impressed with the repair job that was done on my car at Caliber Collision! Although it was unfortunate someone hit my car only a mere two months after purchasing the vehicle in full with my own money that I saved up, the person who hit me was at fault, and their insurance paid for the entire repair. I chose to go with Caliber Collision since it was one of the suggested body shops but also since it had great ratings overall. My car was damaged by the other driver on the front passenger side fender, bumper and headlight. As a result, the front passenger door has issues opening and closing; there was friction when opening and closing the door and a loud creaking sound. Caliber Collision made the entire process a breeze! After making the appointment through the other party's insurance company, which had appointments available M-F with various times from morning to afternoon, no need to wait a week or two like some other body shops! At my appointment, I brought my vehicle, and was immediately helped and signed and given copies of the paperwork, and then a gentleman came out to do a quick visual inspection of the car and drew and wrote on the parts of the car that were visibly damaged and I was able to show him the issue with front passenger door, which wasn't hit or damaged, per se, but do the impact and damage on the fender, it made the door creak with lots of friction when opening and closing. I took out all my belongings from the vehicle, then left. A day later, I received a message with an estimated completion date and a link to see a breakdown of the total cost by parts, labour, materials, and other. On Monday, I received a message with an update on my repair and if I could reach out by phone when I got the chance to over the repair progress. I called, and the gentleman, Jesse G. was my estimator and let me know that the parts had just arrived they would be replacing the front passenger fender, headlight and the entire bumper, and that it would be ready for pickup by Friday of this week. On Tuesday, it had just dawned on me that I had accidentally left my new pair of sunglasses and a new Japanese nail clipper in the sunglasses holder and on the floor respectively. I called Caliber Collision, and the lady working the front desk checked and assured me they were still there, and I could pick them up that same day if I wanted to. On Wednesday, I get a message saying the repair is nearing completion, and then get a call on Thursday letting me know the repair was done successfully and my car was ready to be picked up a day early! I went to pick it up. I checked in, was greeted immediately and was given all the paperwork while my car was brought out. The manager or supervisor came out within 5 minutes to show me my car and go over everything and the details. I checked everything, including the front passenger car door, and so far, everything works and my car looks even better than before, since they replaced the entire headlight (which was functioning fine before), the front passenger fender and replaced the entire bumper! They also washed my car extremely well, and even cleaned the interior of my car as well! The sunglasses were still in their place and the Japanese nail clippers were picked up off the floor and placed nicely in a cubby. Service here is fast and great. The estimator Luis to receptionist Priscilla was amazing. I personally don't know anything about vehicles but the service and time at this business is what I recommend. Priscilla was on it, taking every call and helping others in the facility. (Situation: Unfortunately, I had a stolen catalytic converter and I had AAA that covered through Caliber Collision. With my insurance plan, I had to pay a deductible. The worst rip-off and most expensive collision center I've ever been to in SoCal. The initial estimate was half of what it was actually charged. They doubled the price because of the labor and it took too long for it to be ready. It was just a minor accident, but the repair should be like 3-4 days max. I gave them a week notice for my appointment, they should've already been prepared by the time I arrive with the parts ready. But they got their parts last minute 1-2 days till the estimated pick up day out throughout the whole week.  Also, I noticed that they trashed my car and didnt remove the papers on the floor. They also worned out/cut my steering wheel, it wasn't there before. Oh and they changed my radio, it's usually 102.7 but they changed the station into a Mexican radio station. I'm not surprised they have used my car out of fun before, will check my dash cam and update. Quite unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

After waiting 3 weeks for my estimate it was done incorrectly. The most expensive part of my damage was left out and I have now called 4 times and can't seem to get a call back from Luis. My estimate needs to be done correctly. It is not my job to now have to go back and fourth with the insurance had he performed his job correctly. I am now waiting for a correct estimate. I would appreciate it if caliber can review my claim correctly and not conveniently leave out my headlight. I wouldn't recommend this location because it took 3 weeks to get an estimate and a wrong one at that. I have had better experiences with other caliber locations. read more

I walked into this store because it is really close to my home. I was greeted by a young woman named Lea and she helped me talk to the right person about fixing my window. Taking my car into this shop after my accident was the best decision. I was able to make an appointment with ease. I had only planned on getting an estimate, however I got into an in-depth conversation with Amador (manager) regarding my car and the care taken of vehicles at this facility. I felt comfortable leaving my car. Caliber was true to Amador's word and kept me informed during the process, and my car repaired back to pre-loss condition. I would like to start this review as positive as I can. Like an idiot, I crashed my truck and did my research, and this was one of the better shops covered by my insurance carrier. The team did a great job assisting me with a rental and ensuring I was notified of the services being performed every step of the way. However, when I picked up my truck, the wrong factory running boards were mounted. I gave the manager the correct part number and expected the same great service in fixing the shop's mistake. I called the shop back every week for three weeks, yet they still haven't fixed the problem. I even confirmed the part number with the factory parts center. Now, I'm left with no choice but to reach out to the corporate office in Texas and the Regional manager to get this issue resolved promptly.
