They were upfront and honest about everything. No pressure to have the work done there, but I ended up doing it anyway because I felt good about it. They texted regularly with a link that showed where in the process it was and the current costs (insurance's, of course) as they went through the work, which I thought was great. Finished very quickly, and it looks great! It came back cleaner than I left it, which is always nice. I can't speak to how they are for major repairs, but they were certainly great for what I needed.

They were easy to coordinate with through Geico and with Enterprise for a rental car and provided great communication on the repairs, with update phone calls on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
