Liberty basically paid her an extra 4000 for nothing because carstar tried scamming saying it was a total loss. It was complete incompetence and they need to be investigated for their procedures and their diagnostics. And whether the insurance is paying the bill or not they need to be professionals and give a right quote for repairs.

My car was completed in a matter of days and came in significantly less than the estimate. Everyone there was super friendly, communication was great, and the work was done perfectly. I don't particularly want to need a body shop again anytime soon, but if I do, I'll be back at Don's.

A little back story: I was a victim of the snow storm we received in Feb 2021. Couldn't stop sliding and hit a guard rail. Completely wiped out the front of my car. I took my car to them same day and they got me all set up that day! It took about two weeks for them to be done. The wait was due to the parts (I'm sure Covid and the snow storm did not help). They stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process: when they ordered, the delivery date, and even the complete date which they beat by two days!!! I definitely recommend these guys especially if you have a high end/luxury car.
