Keep in mind this is late on a Saturday afternoon and I have to hit the road on Sunday. Long story short, I met with Kyle, nicest guy ever, agrees to help me out and within hours he's got it fixed, and then he goes further by charging much, much less than what I expected it would. Again, late on a Saturday...they could have gone home for the day, but no. So when it came time to fix the passenger door, you better believe I waited until the next time I was in O'Fallon just so Kyle and his guys could take care of it. Now Every day as I walk to my brand-new-looking SUV I am reminded of what a fantastic job Kyle and his crew did at The Body Shop, and I am reminded of how it's possible for someone to be really terrific person and be the very best at what they do, all at the same time. They told me after the first of the year I would get put on the schedule. No one has called and I've given up and am now using a different auto shop that had no problem getting my truck in. Elmers had no communication skills, weren't friendly, and obvious if you have a big job they aren't interested in helping you.

I was blown away by not only their customer service but also their bodywork. I barely lifted a finger this whole process, they set up my rental car and arranged me to be picked up from their shop, they kept me updated the whole time, and they had an extremely fast turn around time (I dropped my car off Monday and had it back by Friday).
