Which this whole deal that I had to deal with was because of my insurance and not the shop themselves. I dropped my vehicle off November 18th and got it back on December 13th. Again, not because of anything the shop was doing, all because of my insurance. The soonest moment I'm able to, I will be switching insurance companies. I had been backed into in September and so my trunk got all dented in. Both Office People were excellent! I didn't really speak to the mechanics or anything but they did a great job as well. Had the absolute worst experience ever! I was in a car accident with my toddler and needed my car fixed to get it back up and running, and naively thought I could trust crash champions based off the online reviews. I very quickly learned that that was a HORRIBLE idea, it took them over two weeks to tow my car to their shop, after ensuring it would only take two days max, and that should have been my first red flag. After waiting for them to pick it up, it took them two months!! (I'm not exaggerating, I really wish I was) to actually look at my vehicle and tell me it's not repairable!! two and a half months without my car to be told it's not going to be fixed by them! And I called so many times to get updates on my vehicle, since no one working there thought to keep me updated, and every time I called they promised and assured me it was being worked on, what a bunch of bull!!
