Whew, Chile! I got in a fender bender shortly after Halloween that left the front of my baby (my car) tore up from the floor up. Luckily my insurance is phenomenal and I was able to schedule a car drop-off at Caliber Collision the very next day. They are very efficient and professional here. After they took a preliminary look at my car they got my phone number and said they would be able to text me updates throughout the repair process. I received a text almost every single day until the repairs were done, and they even finished a few days earlier than estimated. When I got my car back it looked better than before the accident. Overall, I was so grateful for my experience at Caliber Collision because I've dealt with scammery, riggerey, buffoonery, and straight-up tomfoolery at other auto shops, but I dealt with none of that at Caliber Collision. I highly recommend you take your car here if your auto insurance will let you or if you can afford it out of pocket. read more

USAA sent us to Caliber to have body work repair on our truck. They did not match the paint color. They didn't remove all of the scratches and had to take the truck back and repaint it. The interior of the truck was covered in paint dust and smells very strongly of chemicals. To top it off, they didn't reattach the gas tank when they removed side panels to paint. Their customer service response when fixing problems is very good, but there are too many critical failures to recommend this repair business. read more

I was recommended to Caliber Collision by my insurance company which is why I was hesitant at first. I had never heard of them and was afraid they had a contract with insurance company to provide repairs at the cheapest price which made me worry about quality. After going through the process I learned that the insurance company partners with this business because of the quality of their work and customer satisfaction which leads to no rework or bad customer satisfaction. The whole front end of my car was messed up and when I picked it up it looked better than before the accident. I would say the biggest thing I enjoyed was that the shop blended the paint extremely well so you couldn't even tell there were new parts on the car. The shops customer service was top notch. Damien explained to me what he thought could be repaired and what could be replaced and why. I also got follow up calls from him with status of the car as well as if they discovered other issues and if those issues were worth correcting or not. I liked how they originally gave me an absolute latest date my car would be completed and finished it 2 weeks in advance. I would recommend this shop over any other shop in the area. OKAY so, I am a 28 year USAA customer and Military veteran who has only had one accident since my initiation into this company. I got into a very minor front bumper fender bender below 4mph which destroyed the front grill and stupid plastic bumper cover on a very well maintained LEXUS RX 350 YR--2010 ! I was recommended to use Caliber Collision as the so called trusted body shop and so, I did! It took over 3 weeks to drop off the vehicle after the accident which is a RED flag just to make repairs. Dropped off the vehicle for an initial repair cost with GLENN the estimator { ya'll know who this is } he gave an initial quote of around $1500.00 which trust me this was a very good estimate until it fell apart once they got the vehicle......this is where the DEBT KARMA started for this company ! One delay after another, Glenn is buying salvage parts and charging insurance company for some crazy exurbanite amounts such as for me a USED " SALVAGED YARD --- AKA A JUNK YARD replacement headlight lens for my vehicle which I video recorded condition b4 this place received my vehicle and it did not need replacing. I will litigate this issue to prove they lied and said it needed replacement just to charge USAA 1500 BUCKS to replace this part that was not damaged. Just to put some old POS lens with so much fog on the lens which is very unsafe to travel at night around town on my well maintained vehicle. I am literally disgusted with the way they scam insurance companies so they can make more money off ins companies because they know your INS company will not show up to challenge them on there claim. The ran into the wrong Ranger ! I will add the so called manager stated when I challenged them on the headlight that this is normal due to the age of vehicle which is a 2010 Lexus RX 350 IN tip top shape ! Reviewed the authorized repair centers for my insurance and Caliber Collision had the highest rating. Informed insurance company that I wanted Caliber as my repair center. Caliber called me quickly and when to drop it off for repair (within 2 working days of the accident). Repairs completed within two weeks. Paint match was spot on and everything worked as it should (lights, parking alert, trailer hookup) when i got it back. Daily work day texts from them was a great experience, and saved them time from answering calls and stop in from customers. They even cleaned it before returning it to me. I made an appointment with Caliber and upon arrival was told that the needed part hadn't arrived because the dealer "forgot", so we had to reschedule. A courtesy phone call would have been nice! At the next appointment I discovered, upon pickup, that they broke the beauty ring on the inside of my door handle. I said I could live with that. By the way, they did not bring it to my attention; I noticed it and brought it to theirs. After only one week, the car experienced the same exact problem for which I made the initial appointment. Since the job was still under warranty, I returned the car for repair. After keeping it for 6 hours, they called to say that they think it might be another problem which could be fixed for another 200+ dollars! I had already paid them nearly $200 for the original problem. Gimme a break, this is a lock on a door! So instead of honoring the warranty, they generated a new problem, hence a new bill. I told them to forget about it. I will seek out a shop that knows what they are doing, has a competent (and honest) staff and does a thorough job. Oh and who honors their warranty. Stay away from this Wards Corner location and skip the headache. read more
