I have no idea how the ratings are so low. The staff was as friendly as could be. They made everything easy and punctual. They told us the work that had to be done could take 3-4 weeks. We understand that fast and good ain't cheap and fast and cheap ain't good. Although we did go through insurance, I will always keep caliber collision in mind for any bodywork that needs to be addressed in the future! My wife's car turned out better than expected, got the passenger front door repaired, and with that, they had to paint and blend almost the entire passenger side. Now the passenger side looks EVEN BETTER than the drivers side. But it all blends. read more

Partial update: AVOID THIS PLACE To add to all the issues my car has had since getting it back from this shop. I am appalled to open my trunk to find garbage. YES garbage. An actual door window and many other car parts that are trash. Maybe they put it there and forgot to take it out? No idea- but No care at all for the things inside my trunk. I have never experienced something like this. The reservoir for the windshield washer fluid is broken. I tried to put fluid in and it leaked all over the ground. After further inspection- I see that it's cracked. It was NOT cracked prior to bringing my car there. As I stated earlier- the parts on my car are actually popping off. The parts used on my car are complete trash and either do not fit my car or were installed with no care. I had to take my car back to the shop after bringing it home because the woman made a mistake and totally lied to me. Right to my face and made me believe that the insurance agent was at fault and had denied the claim. But the mistake was on them. She gave them the wrong claim number when asking about the additional damage that had been found. This resulted in me bringing my car back and then charging my insurance company for their mistake. I came to this place because it was recommended by my insurance company and I am not familiar with the areas local body shops. Now I know to avoid this one. I would strongly advise anyone considering this location to go somewhere else. I'll be back to update this review with more details. But it's been a complete mess. They returned my vehicle in an unsafe condition and I was driving around with my child in the car putting us both at risk. I was unlucky and had two claims on my car. Both claims had unfinished work returned to me. The parts on my car are not even on right. My front light was popped out. And on the right side the part is unattached. Unfortunately my car was beyond repair. She was an old model and insurance deemed it a total loss, but the professionalism demonstrated by Caliber Collision was refreshing and appreciated. Chase had done the pre-assessment inspection with us and he was kind and patient, answering all of our questions and fully explaining to us the process. I forgot the receptionist's name, but she was also very sweet and took the time to explain everything to us. Definitely avoid this place, even if you simply need an estimate. I was involved in a hit and run in Nashville & took it here to get an estimate. They completely stripped my car (I assume to see what all of the damages were, this makes sense), but I decided to get my car back to take it to another place for an estimate. I call to confirm & there were no issues, I show up and say I'm here to get my car & was instantly told "no problem, just sign this form" the form stated that I was retaining my vehicle and that they wouldn't be doing repairs. I'm told to sit and wait for my car to be pulled up front, after about 15 minutes of seeing how loud and unprofessional the front desk service is, the woman told me that my car is actually not street legal and has been stripped down. No lights, no bumper - nothing. When asking how I was expected to get it home then, she said "I don't know, you can go look at it". I was then greeted at my car by a man that said it would take quite a long time to put back together (which at this point it's about 20 minutes before their closing time) and that he'd pop the lights back in for me to take it home. I was told legally they don't have to put it back together since I signed the form - so I feel extremely played. So. After knowing all day I'd be coming back to get my car, they left it completely torn apart and threw all the pieces in my back seat to deal with - making it illegal to even drive my car across town to my house. I now have MORE damages to my vehicle than I did when I dropped it off for an estimate. First off, there is a front desk heavier set old lady that is very Rude. Came in the morning, no greetings and just ignored me till I said something. When I said I had an appointment, lady got me driving back and forth from across the street from Caliber Collision because she said my appointment is with them. It wasnt, she just didnt listen. Regretfully when I reschedule, next experience it was the same thing, I came back 2 times 45 minute drive each and end up rescheduling. I ask her for available appointment to look at my car. She said none is available and had a smirk. When I reschedule through the geico app, it shows all of the available time slot. She wasnt very helpful, she just didnt want to look it up and seem like she doesnt want to work, slacker... Company just miss out on an easy Job, I have a couple of dings that they were probably going to charge me a lot for it because its a Porsche. Oh well I dont do business with company with bad customer service! read more

We hit a deer. Right front of our SUV was damaged. Caliber took very good care of the repairs, however it took much longer than we had anticipated, so my advice is, when you turn your vehicle over to them, walk away and forget about it. Even though they give you update after update and estimated completion times, don't get too hasty. We had been given several estimated completion dates, then they tell you a more "important " job jumped ahead of your car or a part was received broken ect. It took 6 weeks to complete the job. We, turned in our rental, after being given a completion date. Turned out to be two weeks later so we borrowed a family members vehicle. The work was superb and the communication was frequent, just not usually accurate. Point is....be patient, have another vehicle to drive as long as possible because nothing happens quick these days. Just the nature of the industry. So remember, drop it, then forget it. One day, much later, you'll be notified that it actually IS ready for pickup. You've almost forgotten what it looks like, by then. read more

The communication and speed of this place is terrible. I was told that state farm gets top priority since they send them business but that has not been the case. The first day I got updates amd since then it has been few and far between. My car was hit by a tire that busted the headlight and dented the fender but I was told it will be another month before i get my car back. This is ridiculous and a major inconvience. read more

Really, really bad place to go. I hit a deer and had some damage on the left front panel, grill, and head light. The hood and door was fine. It wasn't that much damage but the bill ended up being 9,500$.I had never been through this so when I called, I was asking questions about what I needed to do, and the person was very rude.. I overlooked this and didn't think too much of it, cause everyone has bad days ya know.. They told me it may take a couple of weeks once they got it, and it ended up being 5 weeks. They kept pushing the date back farther and farther, saying they were waiting on a part for the door lock (THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE DOOR WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF).. Then when they got the part for the lock, they said it didn't fix the issue and they had to order a new door handle... I wouldn't have complained about how long it was taking them because I was thinking "I would rather it take a bit longer and be done right, so I'm not going to try to rush them." Well, when I went to pick up my car, I thought at first he accidentally brought the wrong car around.... It didn't look like my car at all, they did not put the correct grill back on or put the racing stripes back on that come from the hood.. It was so noticeably different I don't understand how they could not catch that. I told him the grill was wrong and he said the one I had on it was not the original grill... I told him I thought they were supposed to fix it back how it was... He said he would talk to the guy and be in touch. (I highly doubt they will and even if they do, I don't want them touching my car again.) Because besides that, I now have random scuffs and scratches all over the hood, the door handle they got was used and has faded paint and scratches, the lock does not engage and disengage all the way like it should, the outside window seal is loose and peeling back, and the window does not go all the way up... To top it off and show how unprofessional they are, they left trash all over my back seat, plastic bags and packaging from parts and some plastic pieces I'm not sure where it came from. This is my dream car, and I'm very stressed about what they have done to it. read more

Absolutely horrible workmanship. I had to return my vehicle due to runs in the paint and the fact that the body panels and door were installed incorrectly. Then constant delays and failure to deliver my truck on time. I do not recommend Murfreesboro Caliber Collision at all. If I could give negative stars, I would. The worst part is repeatedly putting off the finish date day by day knowing they were not going to finish. They still haven't finished. read more

"The customer service was excellent from the front desk (Tianna) to the repair service team (Mary-Beth and Randy). Very refreshing to have this caliber of service these days when It seems that the art of customer service is not a priority in alot of businesses. My F-150 looks new again!
