This wasn't just any car they worked on. It was our beloved family car -- the one I learned to drive in, the one we took on so many road trips and made so many memories in. They discovered a lot of improper repairs done under the skin where the customer couldn't see it that Ford of Murfreesboro had covered up. It had to stay in the new shop for an additional week to have the improper repairs fixed properly and then their work to finished. Do not trust for Ford of Murfreesboro you don't know what's below the surface. The general manager of Ford of Murfreesboro got involved and discussed with the other shop what had happened but he refused to make it right with me. I paid them a $500 copay for work done improperly that I had to rent an additional car for while their work was corrected.
