Everything about my experience with Caliber Collision was exceptional! I didn't mind waiting a month and a half for them to fit me in to their schedule, and to my surprise the car was finished a week early! The repairs were excellent and the service was great, the rental car was there to pick me up, so I couldn't be happier! For whatever reason, they do not fix Tesla's in Philadelphia, so you have to come out to Jersey, so that was the only part of this that I didn't care for, but no biggie! read more

I think the estimate for the repair of my car was fair for the damage that occurred after hitting a deer. My Mini was hit by a deer and did quite a bit of damage to the front of the car. It was towed to Caliber the next day for service. From the time it got there, I received texts about the status of the repairs. I was happy that I didn't have to call to find out what was going on. It took a few weeks to get all the parts, painting and repairs done but the car looks brand new! When I picked it up, Jeremiah took me out and pointed out all that was done to make it shiny again! I can't speak of the work that is done because i never had the repairs done. I would not use this shop if you plan to pay out of pocket. The estimate that i received was over $2000 more than what I paid from another reputable repair shop. After reviewing the estimate i was being charged for parts and work that wasn't necessary. The estimator told me it was because of the model of car i drive. I received a call from the center manger who stood by his estimator and told me it's their preference to make all the repairs listed. Meaning that they would only do the repairs if the unnecessary work was done because it would come out better .My vehicle looks like new now clearly the parts and repairs listed were not necessary . If you want to be taken advantage of and aren't using insurance then they are your company. Clearly they are looking to make a buck by jacking up estimates to get insurance companies to pay more. read more

I had someone back into me at a Walmart parking lot. I took my car to Caliber because they were one of my options with the persons insurance. They were very professional and also did an AMAZING job on my car. When the insurance company was arguing with the prices and what needed to be done they went to bat for us and even waived some of the fees the insurance company wanted to charge us. Took my car here after an accident, was a "network" repair facility through the insurance company. They took it in, went over the damages with me and wrote it all down. Gave me the old "we'll call you in about a week". Ok, sure enough a week goes by, get the call it's done. Pick up was quick and fast, there was no "hey this is what we did, we fixed this that or the other...just here's your keys, give us $500 and be on your way. Immediately notice two problems....Some mechanic never tightened up the tie rods in the front end, and the mirror was still broke. took it back, another week later get the call...picked it up. now the last thing i probably would never have noticed, had i not taken the car on the highway. They never replaced the bent rim from the accident...back again.....Oh, i need to mention here that their wheel balancer is either broke, doesn't work right, or they don't know how to use it. It's better now, but in short...the body work was good, their mechanics or outsourced mechanics are absolute trash. if i need to bring a car in that might need mechanical work -- IT WILL NOT COME HERE, body only -- read more

This place is a cluster f###. Took my vehicle to get a estimate. Gave the estimate. Got the check from the insurance company. Waited a month for the part to come in. After a month I called, and asked when the part would be in. Lady said she had to check and would call me back in 15 mins. 3 hours later I call again. She then says (oh, the part was never ordered) but could get it in a week. I said don't bother. You wasted a month of our time. She replys so you don't want to order the part? I say no, I'm taking it to the dealer where we got it. Lady was ignorant after that. Welllllllllllll it's not my fault you guys can't do your job. You lost buisness. So needless to say I would never bring a vehicle to them. I called the insurance company that wanted us to go there and told them I refuse to go to these dumb ass's. They are a waste of time. Told them that we are taking it to the dealer where we got it, and they SHOULD NOT SEND ANY MORE CARS THERE because their shotty buisness ethics. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GO SOMEPLACE ELSE. I brought my car there when it was Collision Care and now that they've changed their name I want my review to be known on this account. I promised them I would write a bad review so here it is: I brought my car into their fancy driveup shop and Las Vegas nightclub themed waiting area (Someone has to pay for all this expensive stuff, the consumer) everything seemed great. Three weeks later my car was ready for pickup. I went in and quickly took the car home. When I got home I realized 2 of my lug nuts where missing, the weather stripping was falling off the car, the moldings were broken, my tint had holes in it, the paint had scratches, and touch up marks, and overall I'd give the car a 2/10. I brought the car back right away and they were very helpful, promised to fix it. 2 weeks later, came back and the car STILL didn't have the lug nuts put back on, and the tint was STILL messed up. The fenders nuts where WELDED on then painted over so you couldn't tell I was amazed they messed it up as bad as they did. 3rd time I went to pick it up, they offered me a $50 check and told me to go get the tints fixed myself. (Mind you, they messed up the tints when they put my window back in the door). I told them no, they have to fix it. 4th time I went back my car was still a mess. I took it and reported them to my insurance company. If this review saves one person from the awful experience I had I'll be happy! read more

So my story reads like many of the others on this site HOWEVER, THERE IS A HAPPY ENDING TO THE STORY. Here is the short version (condensing 4 months of service from Caliber Collision in Marlton, NJ): 1. 4-15-17 - car accident, need to replace entire left side of my BRAND NEW CAR (3,000 miles) 2. Car gets returned, beyond expected due date, and the body work is GORGEOUS, WELL DONE, LOOKS AMAZING! and then I get inside. Grease stains all over my brand new tan seats which were not affected from the accident. The middle seat compartment is broken. I return the car and the saga begins. 3. "Your car is ready" - I go to pick it up - stains still present. Get another rental. 4. "We will send out to detail specialist"......"Your Car Is Ready"......I go to pick it up - stains still present and there are BURN HOLES on the front passenger seat. I get another rental. 5. "We will order new covers"...."Your car is ready"....PLEASE DELIVER MY CAR TO MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT....delivers my car and it is raining like a monsoon - my car is returned to me and my car is ACTIVELY LEAKING and the guy KNOWS ITS ACTIVELY LEAKING. I drive home and wrap my car in garbage bags to prevent further damage. I take a video and post to social media and the REGIONAL MANAGER "Butch" GETS INVOLVED. 6. Butch and I talk. He asks me if it was okay for him to have the shop use my car as a learning tool and as a teacher, I say "YES". I get another rental and they begin to restore my vehicle to it's "newness". There have been some hiccups during this time as well HOWEVER, Butch was communicative throughout, he provided regular updates, he was incredibly personable, he found additional issues that I did not see and fixed them. Long story short, I FINALLY GOT MY CAR BACK ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 4th - nearly 4 months later. HERE IS WHERE THE STORY MAKES ME PROUD THAT I ALLOWED CALIBER COLLISION TO "GET IT RIGHT" NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TOOK: I drove my car home from work on Friday (the alleged "my car is totally fixed" date) and the "TIRE PRESSURE LOW" light came on. Then my left driver's side window was slow to go up and down. I called Butch on Monday and he immediately made arrangements to come and get my car. He looked at my tire and determined it was not from the shop BUT HE GAVE ME A BRAND NEW TIRE ANYWAY - NO CHARGE. He had the driver's side window fixed AND EVERY TIME MY CAR WAS RETURNED it was fully detailed (even one time it had a big red bow on it - like in the tv commercials). This past FRIDAY Butch also filled my gas tank up (no charge to me) and I can honestly say, the last leg of this story restored my faith in humanity, mainly BUTCH, as he not only met my expectations......he exceeded them. I can only hope that as a Regional Manager, Butch can train and/or get the right "caliber" of management, staff, and employees at the Caliber Collision in Marlton, NJ because if they can treat their customers like he treated me, if they can consistently communicate with their customers, if they can LIVE the culture that Caliber Collision strives to attain, then their ratings will SHOOT THROUGH THE ROOF! Thank you Butch. A job well done sir.....Did I mention that Butch is the reason this whole story has a happy ending and why my rating went from -10 to a +3! read more

The workers stole my vape from the trunck were impolite on the phone and the place took ages to get my car back and kept getting the runaround when I called. I was promised "daily updates" and instead had to pull hens teeth to get anything. Completion date was pushed back three times and if I hadn't called I wouldn't have known. When I finally got it back the fog light wasn't wired properly and the dents and scrapes on the door were either overlooked and ignored or forgotten. My biggest gripes REPAIRS TOOK WAS LONGER THEN THEY SHOULD AND I HAD TO PULL TEETH TO GET ANY UPDATES. The only reason this isn't a one star review is because they did a good job on interior detailing. I don't vacuum much. read more

absolutely horrible!!! do not recommend going here at all!! we went here as one of the geico collision centers, however they took a long time (almost a month) to do the repair. moreover, they asked us for extra money outside of the deductible! we then called geico, and they said that this center should not have done that and had no right to ask for extra money to cover a repair that was already covered! after arguing with the manager over this and getting our car back, our car started experiencing multiple engine misfires. originally thought to be the spark plug, the OFFICIAL honda dealership is now suspecting that there have been some bad rewiring. we have had such a bad experience with customer service as well as the quality of the repair read more

This place provided me with PHENOMENAL service from start to finish. Granted, the reason I rolled in was for less than desirable circumstances (car totalled), but their staff was professional and extremely patient working with me to coordinate with my insurance company and the inevitable salvage yard. Marylyn was extremely friendly and understanding - truly exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the gentleman who helped me but he was very knowledgeable and offered to let me keep my car in their lot for free while I coordinated with the salvage yard. Caliber collision far exceeded my expectations. They take a little longer than other shops, but it is 100% worth it. Not only was my car fixed to perfection when I picked it up, they had given it a full interior detail. I had some minor scratches and dings on my car that were not even near where the accident happened, and they touched those up too! It sounds crazy to say this, but this accident is probably the best thing that ever happened to my car thanks to caliber collision. read more

Unfortunately, one month later (during a state inspection) we found out that one of the "new" headlights installed was missing bulb and did not blink when signaling a turn. They also have great attention to detail, and even proactively cleaned my headlights that even a local reputable auto body shop claimed they couldn't do with a $300+ detailing. I dropped my car off after Thanksgiving after an accident. It is now 2 weeks later and for the last week I've been told my car is in reconstruction and then "oh it will be ready end of business today or tomorrow at the latest". Call the next morning and am told the same thing by Marilyn and when I question it saying I was told the same thing the day before, she calls me a liar. They are even giving my insurance guy a run around. Apparently while fixing my front bumper on the passenger side, they someone broke my passenger door and had to replace that so it's taking longer and they lied and tried to claim it as previous damage to get the insurance to pay for it and it only came out when the receptionist let it slip. I spoke with 2 other people in the rental car place and they said their vehicles had been in for nearly a month or more with the same run around. This shop is CRAP! The people I've spoken to since dropping it off who have had it fixed there have had nothing but issues. My insurance forced me to go here but i will NEVER again. BEWARE: They put on a nice front with the drive up check and waiting area, but it is all for show. They hire substandard mechanics, break things, try to get out of putting good parts on, and their customer service is crap. read more

The first time I went there, I was not so nicely greeted by a receptionist, who after asking her many questions finally told me that I needed an appointment. The only appointment they had was about 3 days later. When I went for my appointment I was met by a guy who laughed at me when I told him what the insurance estimate was. He then proceeded to say it's going to be much higher and the insurance 'never sends anyone other to double check'. My car took 2 1/2 weeks to get fixed. When They called me to pick it up I saw I worked the next few days and the shop would be closed when I was off work. Could I pick it up in a few days, sure they said. Later the insurance was coming after me for the rental car addition days, the body shop never mentioned this could be an issue! After I got the car back, I noticed chrome pieces missing in my bumper. I called the guy said, oh I must have ordered the wrong part! It was seriously just one headache after another, and I will not go back!! read more

Well my vehicle has been repaired. The work not bad. However I have tried contacting the shop regarding a couple of questions, to which I have received no response. I sent a fax, sent a message using CarWise, and nothing., I was told when I picked up the car that the paint sealant that had been applied to the car was reapplied now that the vehicle had been repainted in doing the bodywork. According to the dealer where they had the car checked out (electronics), the paint sealant was not applied, someone lie to me, was the person misinformed? I was told the paint sealant had been paid for by the body shop. I suppose once they have your money, they do not need you anymore. So much for a lifetime warranty on the body work]. If they will not respond to simple questions, I guess a warranty problem will be ignored also. read more
