When I got there, Tom Jr. said Sr. was unavailable due to some health issues and asked "How much did my dad quote you?" I told him $150. He said just give me $100 since you were so honest.

Hi !! Months ago I…read morestopped by Caliber Collision to look at the window on the passenger side of my Mazda Miata. My husband had purchased it for me a few months prior and I wasn't quite familiar with the car yet. I stopped there because my window wouldn't roll down and I was panicked about it. I went in and told the gentlemen there what the problem was and one of them said "I'll help you".He walked me to my car and told me to open the driver's side door he then pushed a button and the window went down! I thought "This guy is a magician"!I was ecstatic! He explained to me why and how to operate the button that controls the windows on my car. I really like Caliber Collision even more now. I liked them before but I like them even more now. We used Caliber before when I had a fender bender in my Jeep. They did an excellent job then and an excellent job this time. It took me a while to send this review because I was diagnosed with cancer and --just life happened after that. I saw the card the gentleman gave me in my glove compartment (I don't remember his name), and I said to myself I've got to leave a review because it's the little things that make a big difference. So thank you to the person who helped me and I thank you Caliber for such great customer service and excellent work
