No way! I got four estimates prior to Caliber Collision's, and by far C.C. takes the cake for most expensive. I took my car there for 2 damaged doors, driver's door, and rear left passenger door, and of course the paint job for the entire area. Between parts and 3 different hefty types of labor at $89 an hour; they came up with almost $9k total, 6k alone for labor and miscellaneous. Forget the fact that I told them that I was paying out of pocket, that I was not going to use the Insurance, some consideration maybe? they could care less, like F.U Pay me type of attitude. Because of YELP guidelines I will not name the 3 other shops down the street that beat these guys' estimate, but I'll tell you one thing, one of those shops beat Caliber by almost $3200, about $2300 parts, and $3300 labor. I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Caliber Collision paint center, and I must say that I am extremely disappointed with their poor follow up and service. I had spoken with Matthew, the manager, multiple times throughout the week to ensure that my air cylinder would be painted camo within a week. We agreed on a price and he assured me that it would be completed by Wednesday or Thursday at noon. However, when I arrived on Thursday afternoon, I was shocked to find out that Matthew was on vacation and the staff informed me that the painter did not know how to paint the camo. This was baffling to me, as I had spoken directly with the painter a week earlier and he had no issues with doing the work. The staff simply kept pushing the job off, and it wasn't until the regional manager, Dave Allen, got involved that the situation escalated. I walked Dave to my camo-covered vehicle to show him the cylinder camo style and express how I was not particular, and he proceeded to call Matthew his manager. To my disbelief, Matthew lied to Dave and once he put him on speaker with both of us, the manager began back peddling, claiming that he never promised me they would do the job. This was a blatant attempt to cover his tracks, as why else would they have my cylinder in their possession for the previous two weeks if they weren't planning on painting it? It was clear that Matthew was not only unprofessional but also dishonest. To make matters worse, Dave Allen (The regional manager) then had the audacity to tell me to take my cylinder somewhere else to be painted. I was in complete shock and asked him what kind of customer service they were providing. Instead of addressing my concerns, he rushed into the front doors, grabbed my untouched air cylinder, and demanded that I get off "HIS" property. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is truly astounding. I have never encountered such an unprofessional business in my life, and I cannot stress enough how strongly I advise against taking your business to Caliber Collision centers particularly Lake Elsinore. Their lack of customer service and honesty is simply unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and find a reputable establishment that values its customers. I have not received a telephone call apologizing, inquiring as to what occurred and can only assume they have covered it up with upper management. My brand new car and I got hit by a dirtbike which no lights at night and I had no idea where to tow my car. Tow truck driver suggested caliber collision, my car was left in their parking lot, after hours with no info left. Called the next morning, was given my own adjuster/contact person who was Nicky Hildebrandt who was AMAZING! She got back to me right away, was easier than dealing with my own insurance, made the process less strenuous by informing me every step of the way and even had advice on how to get my insurance company to work more quickly and respond faster than they were before asking nicky for advise. Caliber is amazing but Nicky specifically made my experience tolerable in a intolerable situation. She and caliber is amazing I would recommend this company to anyone in need and would say ASK FOR NICKY! she's honest, timely, efficient and understanding! Worst customer service by far. Princess the receptionist let a walk in go before me when I was scheduled and was on time, my service provider was late and was told I had to wait for her. I asked for the manager and she said Matthew was coming out to help me while Oscar helped the walk in before me. I asked why I couldn't been seen first with an appointment , she said your tech is coming from pachanga , I told her I have to go to work in south oc so I scheduled an appointment to get to work on time . She then pretended to go get the manager , but then sent Oscar when he was done with the walk in came out. I have been here multiple times ( girl driver) and pay cash. I had my vehicle (2015 Ford Edge Sport) delivered to Caliber after it was determined to have been a total loss with another collision center. I was contacted by Oscar and explained the situation. This vehicle couldn't have been totaled, after a sub 5 mph accident, could it? I pleaded with Oscar to do what could be done so that this was not a total loss and Oscar said he'd do what he could. This could have been financially catastrophic for me. I maintained contact directly with Oscar and HRH Princess throughout this process. Steve was in the background doing all the hard work. Oscar, unlike the previous collision center, reused all of the parts that did not require replacement, at a savings. Our paint (which was originally expensive), was matched to perfection, at a savings. When all is said and done, the automobile was not a total loss and was repaired and delivered. I estimate that not having my vehicle deemed a total loss, saved me in the neighborhood of $12,500.00. Instead, I paid my $500.00 deductible. This is not the type of business I like to frequent, however Caliber Collision Center, specifically in Lake Elsinore and more specifically, Oscar, Princess and their team, will get any future business I have and I'll encourage my friends and family to do the same. read more

Had an accident with our 2010 Nissan Titan. We dropped it on a Monday and was ready for pick up on Thursday. We pointed out an issue we saw with the chrome bumper. Oscar apologized and told him to give him until the next day to see if he could rectify or get another one. Needless to say he texted me that afternoon to tell me he was able to fix our issue and the truck was ready for us to look over. I was amazed and how fast they were. The communication and update was on point. All the staff we interacted with were nice and Oscar had exceptional customer service. I hope to never have to see them again , but things happen. They gave me used scratched rims at First trying to make them pass as new, we immediately noticed and that was unacceptable since they charged the price of new rims. Of course I complained and they had to take my car for about a week again, yet another inconvenience. Kenny Wilson (manager) also dismissed the claim I made since day one about the oil light turning on after the accident. they said it would go away after an oil change (during that phone call I was interrupted so many times) . Got my car back and guess what?! It didn't go away! That light was not on before the accident and my car was only a few months out of the dealership, I took my car after the accident with them so they would professionally take care of every repair and they actually claimed they would, they left out one of my main concerns and like I said, very dismissive... And now they don't claim any responsibility and if I want it fixed I now have to go to The manufacturer and pay out of pocket when the insurance clearly told me they would pay for it!!!! Caliber Collision was one of the shops recommended by AAA Insurance so I decided on going with the one in Elsinore as it was closer to my house and I liked the reviews I saw compared to the other caliber location also by going with the AAA recommended shop you get a lifetime warranty the total time from drop off to completion was 7 business days I know in some cases parts my not be available but that was not my experience so I was happy with the turnaround time note the damage was minor upon pick up I inspected the repair and it looked good the gaps on the front hood were even just like they would be from the factory the front right head light cover assembly was lined up good and the bumper looked straight and even I checked the paint for color match and orange peel and both were good looks just like factory match The only thing I would suggest to caliber would be to wash the vehicle when finished but I'm not going to deduct any stars for that Overall experience was great I would recommend this shop based on my experience and workmanship Thanks Caliber read more

Matt was not professional, gave my husband the run around on his vehicle and haven't seen my car for months it's broken promises every time! & now when we reach out there's no reply or it's another. Also there is a lack of management the shop doesn't run smooth having trouble getting a update about my vehicle and I keep getting the run around and I've had previous friends bring vehicles and here & its either incomplete cause of missing parts and the manager says to bring it back so they can just pick them up when parts get here! My truck had damage to the rear fender so to a blown out tire and I took it in and they scratched my truck and messed up the spring in my tailgate chipped my bumper and the gas tank was not put back correctly. Absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed with Caliber Collision in Lake Elsinore. If you value the things you work hard for do not bring your vehicle. My car had front end damage mainly suspension and under carry. Steven was supposed to take "care" of me, and promised he would keep me updated at-least every other day. I understand parts get delayed but that was never the case with my car. He promised me my car would be ready on Sept 29th or around. Two weeks go on and i never received a call or text,every-time i had to call and check up on the progress. When i talk to Steven and ask for updates he just give me a run around and is useless when it come to assuring a customer's satisfaction. He then gave me a Oct 14 date and its is now Oct 19th and i have to call everyday to see whats is going on with my car. read more
