Very quick service. They are friendly and the repairs are good. They also have a lifetime warranty, which some other places do not have. A lot have a year at best. That tells you something about their work. They should always stand behind it like caliber does. I was also able to drop my rental car off at Caliber to make it faster for me. I appreciate them valuing my time as I do. Gina helped me out and really took care of me from start to finish. I hope I never need to use them again (who wants to need auto body repair?), but I'm glad to know they are there if I do need them. read more

I do NOT recommend Caliber Collision. After waiting over 30 days for my truck to be repaired, it was returned in unacceptable condition: dirty inside, not even washed, and with poor paint work. What's even more frustrating is that my insurance paid close to $20,000 for this repair, and the result was still extremely poor quality. It's unacceptable to receive such bad service after such a significant amount was paid. Now they are offering to fix and repaint it again, but that would mean being without my vehicle for another two to three weeks, which is not reasonable. Lack of professionalism and quality control. He specified that. From the moment I called Ms.Jennifer and Ms.Gina everything was handled. So I went here to get a tiny dent fixed in my passenger door. No scratch mark, just a dent. I was back in to, so this place was who their insurance recommended. I figured a couple days work... lasted almost a week. 6 days. But whatever, that's not my issue. While my car was there, someone from the shop rummaged through my vehicle. Going in my glovebox, center console, back compartments, sunglasses holder on the ceiling of the SUV. They stole some Oakley's of mine, and my wife's designer makeup bag. I'm sure they would have taken more if I had left more. The manager was no help either. Doubtful she even asked her guys if they did it, and like they would confess anyway? Scumbags. All of them. She said I needed receipts for the things THEY stole... oh, I'm sorry...I don't keep receipts for years. Maybe I should start though... for the next time I get body work done and the workers decide to dig in places they have no business in and steal from me. Lowlifes. All of them. Never will I ever recommend this place. For something that was already an inconvenience to me, I lost money. I shouldn't have even had to deal with this BS. The entire staff at Caliber were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and down right good people!!!! Two that stood out from all were Greg (Manage and Gina Petrash (Service Advisor). Gina was atop of my status at all times. I would get daily, if not every other updates or when my car had moved from one step to another. During this time head light assemblies were hard to come by, due the previous GM strike. However, Greg moved this up to a corporate level to have them help in the search for these. Gina continued to update during the almost 3 weeks that it took to get them in. Once in, my car was ready for pick up in two (2) days. Caliber Collision and it's staff did an excellent job on the repairs of the car's front end (i.e. bumper, grill, radiator, etc. and yes those hard fought for headlight assemblies. This was the highest rated shop on a referral from Amica, which is the insurance carried by the driver that hit my car. I was impressed by the level of professionalism and efficiency displayed by the front of the house employees and the service advisor assigned to my case. My car was repaired quickly. A day after picking it up, I noticed that there was a small blemish on my grill, which seemed to be the result of a buffer wheel getting too close to the chrome finish. I brought it back, and Brandon, the service advisor, was able to confirm that the blemish was their fault, and he could have it fixed. They ordered the new grill, installed it while I waited, and now my car looks as it did before the accident. Someone backed into my car and left a sizable dent in the drivers side door so I went to Caliber to get an estimate. The receptionist was very sympathetic and made time for me even though I didn't schedule an appointment. The estimate was done within 20 minutes and the service advisor answered all of my worried questions. I had to wait around a month for Travelers to approve the repairs, but once my appointment for repairs was made, Caliber finished replacing my door and repainting it in around a week. I was so surprised at how quickly they were able to handle my repairs and how effortless they make the repair process for the customer. Their staff is very professional and your mechanic keeps you updated with texts and calls. Hopefully I won't find myself in need of visiting an auto repair shop again, but if I do, I know I'll be returning to Caliber. read more

We took our vehicle to Caliber Collision - Webster location to have the bumper replaced (someone backed into the vehicle). We noticed many problems after the work was completed. My husband noticed the bumper was barely hanging on. He decided to investigate the problem and was shocked to find that the BUMPER WAS GLUED ON and they used one screw to hold the bumper in place. We emailed Chad Rogers and have yet to hear back from him. They claim to provide every customer with complete satisfaction... this is UNSATISFACTORY work. read more

I brought my car in and it took THREE weeks and numerous phone calls to even receive a simple quote that other shops took 10 minutes to make. Then my emails and calls were ignored when I attempted to schedule an appointment. The excuses included "all the schedulers are busy right now", "the scheduling machine is down" and "it's going to be longer than 8 weeks". I stopped by their shop at 603 Gemini St. this morning to get an repair estimate for my new Subaru. They asked if I was filing on insurance. I said yes and after they asked what company I gave the information. I was informed that Caliber was a preferred repair center for my insurance company. I was also told that I would need to call my insurance company and tell them I was getting my car repaired with Caliber Collision. Then I could set up an appointment with Caliber for an estimate. They must have more business than they want!! I have visited some very professional body repair shops in Houston to get an estimate. I was able to review just how each would approach repair and painting of my car, but not the case with Caliber Apparently Caliber Collision wants to set up a charge line with my insurance company as a first step.
