Sometimes we have to review the good, and not always the bad. I was SO nervous, i just got rear ended in my brand new Camaro SS, no frame damage but very bad scratches/scrapes/missing paint Etc. Car color is Black by the way, so it's easy to see the imperfections. Anyways, after many calls to different shops, i settled on Caliber in Glendora based on the locality, and great reviews i've seen. Let me tell you, this place EXCEEDED my expectations. Not only did they deal with my crazy car enthusiast self, but they kept reassuring that they will make sure my car comes out BRAND NEW, how i purchased it. And sure enough, my rear bumper looks BETTER THAN IT DID BEFORE! I could not be happier and it certainly made me forget that i was even rear ended! I also loved that they vacuumed my car! (it's the little things). I highly recommend this place, and thank you Lupe for taking AMAZING care of my car, and dealing with my random phone calls! I went in for a truck tailgate repair/paint and tailgate/bumper trim replacement. For amount of money they charged you would think the results would be better. Very disappointed with sloppy finished work. Vehicle was returned with the same damaged badging with no communication that the same damaged piece was used. Had to go back to get it replaced. They also got polish compound all over the new plastic trim which is now white. In addition, the driver side window seems to have been left open when washing the truck and soap splattered into truck's interior on the door, dashboard, center console, screen, steering wheel and windshield. A poor-poor cleanup job was performed. The truck was delivered with white splatter on windshield and white drips all over the interior. I spent two hours cleaning the mess up correctly. Will not be using their services again. read more

Back in early 2019 my car was hit in a parking lot (hit and run). I filed a claim with Wawanesa and was referred to Caliber Collision on Lone Hill. I dropped the car off and within a couple of weeks the car was ready to go. Then a few weeks ago I noticed a small blemish on the hood and thought it was clear coat damage so I called Caliber and Sheri came out and looked at the car and said they would take care of me. I dropped the car off Monday morning and just picked the car up. Shari had an employee drop me off at home on Monday and even though she was short staffed today she personally came and picked me up and took me back to the shop. She was very polite and helpful. My service advisor updated me at least every other day. She worked directly with my insurance company to alleviate the stress and she answered all my questions professionally and promptly. long story short Michael the site manager, the receptionist and the tech Gabriel that helped me out were top notch and professional. not only once but twice have these three took the time to fix 2 repairs from another sites work that failed to complete the job correctly. despite the busy schedule they stopped and handled both issues above board and can highly recommend this site and the quality these three have provided me and definitely earned my future business. also to add additional, the tech that handled me on Wednesday and today handled my issue and fast, if it were up to me I'd give the man a raise for the work hes provided and the level quality that he brought to to the table. read more

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is a mess. People there are rude and will not go out of their way to make your visit a pleasant one. It felt as if they were doing me a favor to fix my vehicle instead of them feeling valued as I decided to take my car there. The parking lot is a mess with cars parked everywhere in no particular order. Car fenders and hoods were in the middle of the parking lot in the ground. They probably cause more damage than they repair. As we walked the yard, inappropriate music was playing loud throughout the lot. Thank goodness I did not take my kids or wife with me. I went to Schneider's in Covina and they took good care of me. They took me in right away. As I walked their lot, everything looked to be in order. The parking lot looked organized and no vehicle parts where thrown around. The office was staff was welcoming and appreciated my business. read more
