I can't say enough good things about about Seidner's. Every step of the repair of my vehicle went smoothly. I was kept updated daily by text of the repair progress. The vehicle was ready for pickup on the day promised. The workmanship of the repair was perfect. The damaged area was like new. Seidner's worked seamlessly with my insurance to make the whole process stress free. Every employee I encountered at Seidner's was professional and very friendly. I had no transportation to and from the shop. The shuttle service covers a 5 mile radius from the shop. My home is a few miles outside this radius. Their manager authorized shuttle service for me anyway. I highly recommend Seidner's for anyone who needs collision repair read more

Seidner's Collision Center replaced my wife's van sliding door and did other related repairs after a parking lot accident. We were very pleased with, not only the actual work which was great, but with the customer service we received. Both are very important to us and Seidner's delivered in spades. I would like to give special thanks to Jim the manager, Julian our service rep and Denise who runs the service desk. If we are unfortunate enough to need their service in the future, they will defiantly be our first call hands down. Thank you! read more

From the moment I came through the door to picking up my car I was impressed with the service, attention to detail and craftsmanship. Repairs were finished quickly. They called me with updates; I never had to call them. read more

Excellent Service! I found this business through my insurance after an aggressive driver decided to cut me off and grazed my left, front bumper. Merced gave a wonderfully reasonable quote to my insurance company. But after finding out that I had a high deductible and would have to pay out of pocket, he offered and was able to simply buff off the scuff and didn't charge me a dime. His graciousness was greatly appreciated, especially as I am on a fixed income. read more

Another great job done by Seidner's team. Merced and Kristen are friendly, professional and welcoming. The repair team did a perfect job on the repair. My car was returned clean and before scheduled. read more

I was in a hit and run accident and this shop fixed my car in no time at all. They allowed me to drive my car until all the parts were in stock and ready to go. Dropped my car off on Monday and it was ready by Friday! Looks great and I'm very happy with the whole experience. read more

Wow! So happy with the customer service, professionalism and courtesy. My minor fender bender only needed to be "popped" back in - Seidner's did it at no charge!! I highly recommend this company and the Glendora location. *I've had work done here in the past also- their work is beautiful and their communication throughout the time was excellent. Again, I highly recommend Seidner's! read more

Really can't say enough good things about this operation. They were straight with me about cost and when the bill finally came in it was lower than the estimate! When does that happen? Julian walked me through all the work, which was absolutely stunning. A real credit to Glendora's auto center. read more

Great work. They do a good job. They have been in business many many years. They work with insurance companies.

Amazing service and repairs. My car suffered a fairly large scratch and dent on the hood from a rock that kicked up on it on the freeway. Seidner's Manager, Eddie Botello assisted me and did a wonderful job. He was able to assess the damage, provide me with an estimate and most importantly ensure the repairs were completed timely. I was absolutely blown away at the quality of work. It was as if there was nothing damaged to begin with. Absolutely perfect. Thank you to Mr. Botello and the Seidner's Collision Center! If you need collision repairs, look no further. read more

I brought my car in to be checked out after someone hit my parked car. They said I would have to make an appointment to be inspected for the next day which I did. Merced checked my car and said he would have an estimate the next day. At the end of the next day I called to see if I could get the estimate and the woman at the desk said he was still working on it. By the third day, I had taken my car in to Athans in Covina and they took care of things immediately. Schneider's did not seem to be interested in fixing my car. It seemed as if if was not a big enough job for them. It was unprofessional to never get back to me. read more

Over the last eight years as a result of other peoples, careless driving I have had to utilize their services multiple times...They get me at my worst and they have always treated me the best. I am so grateful for the staff that they hire for the professionalism through courtesy, in the midst of a hard time nobody wants to have to pay out a deductible and be without their car. I am so grateful they've always done a beautiful job if you ever need a place to repair your car and have peace of mind that it's being done, right go see this amazing group of people again a great experience, under less than ideal circumstances. read more

The workmanship from Seidners, is AWFUL! The Paint didn't match at all, the color difference was ABSOLUTELY noticeable, the color match formula was not obtained from the dealer until after various attempts. The hood was not level very obvious, one side sat higher than the other. The fender and hood were not measured and adjusted correctly gaps were uneven took repetitive attempts. There were paint streaks down along side panel and driver door, paint was not curated long enough and therefore paint was smudging/lifting from assembly. The grill was damaged and parts were broken from the shop and were never reported until I noticed and reported it. This whole process was excruciatingly FRUSTRATING! The manager Eddie demonstrated no motivation in following thru with his team to get things done CORRECTLY, EFFECTIVELY, AND ABSOLUTELY NO ACCOUNTABILITY within his team. Damages to the vehicle were being made during the reassembly process, and no one took responsibility to speak on it. Go anywhere else NOT HERE! WASTE OF TIME! read more

I unfortunately was in a car accident back in the end of February. I got rear ended. Got a list from my insurance company of repair shops and ended up taking my truck to Seidner's because they had a higher Yelp review ratings than the others that were listed. I took my truck on Thursday and got my truck back the following Friday. Just a little over a week later. The truck looked brand new like it was never in an accident to begin with. Daryl was amazing! When my husband and I took the truck to Seidner's, Daryl went over everything that they were going to do to the truck. My husband's concern was the frame of the truck, and Daryl assured that the measurements would be taken pre and post repairs. When getting the truck back, everything was great, and Daryl assured me that everything is 100% guaranteed, so that took a lot of weight off my shoulders. I hope to never have to come back here due to any circumstance, but if I need work done on my care for body repairs, I would not hesitate to come back here! read more

I picked up my car today at seidners collision center 3 days early. That's how efficient they are. They charged me less than half of what the dealership wanted for the same repairs. I'm so happy with this location. Used them 12/2021 they left such a remarkable impression. That again when I found myself in need again of a body shop I came back 05/2023. I live 40 miles from this location and I am willing to do the drive for their services. Merced helped me with my 12/2021 That experience is what brought me back! Merced really takes the time to make his customers feel heard and understood. He is passionate on helping others .Especially during such an inconvenient situation when is car accident that is not your fault. Coming back 03/2023 he was able to assist me again! Along , with Jonathan and Matthew also great team work between them three. Making the check in and check out process smooth. Picked up my car today and couldn't be more pleased. We walked around the whole car and they showed me that everything is working. And, they did a great job with washing it too. History... I looked around at all the approved shops that my insurance (State Farm) recommended. After reading the Yelp reviews, I opted for this place. At drop off, they took pictures of the whole car and explained next steps. The next day I received a complete estimate and time frame for completion. The team there did an amazing job with everything and the car looks as good as new. (Thank you too Kristen)... read more

I wanted to thank everyone at seidners for the excellent job they did on my truck. Merced Barajas was my estimator, he was very professional and carrying as well as the employees in the lobby. Seidners have the best customer service! My truck was supposed to be done 3-31-2020 and they had it done by 3-25-2020 , that was a surprise to me and I left my rental there as well. Thank you again all the employees of Seidners in Glendora! read more

I took my GMC here after being rear ended by an F150 truck they're pretty big. There was no damage so I thought. There was a small bump about the size of my hand that I thought just needed to be repaired. What I didn't know is my camera is in my hatchback, and there was a crack and the Entire shell needed to be replaced. Because the damage was so minor AAA took it upon themselves to mail me a check for $3000. Thank God I took it to This collision center. They did a thorough inspection found the cracks that I would've never seen replace the bumper and they did an excellent job they were extremely professional. And I recommend them to anybody who thinks the damage to their car was so minor. read more

Who likes going to an automobile collision center to repair a damaged car? NO ONE! But, if you need a collision repair company a good referral is always important. Our collision was between our SUV and a deer. Sorry that the deer did not survive but our SUV took the hit with lots of front end damage. Our car dealer said to go to SEIDNER'S COLLISION CENTER in Glendora as all their body work is done there. Then our insurance company gave the same recommendation. So, the results of the repair are as follows: 1) got estimate within hours. 2) received photo's of damaged SUV 3) received photo's of tore down SUV 4) SUV returned in timely fashion as promised 5) inspection of SUV was 100% perfect 6) final price was below the quoted price 7) gave 100% warranty for life All of our communications was handled with SEIDNER'S manager Armando. Simple to say Armando gets a 5 STAR RATING for is service and handling of our damaged SUV. As an overall rating I have taken into account other collision companies I have used over the past number of decades and SEIDNER'S COLLISION CENTER in Glendora rates right there at the top. Therefore with the recommendations I received and the quality and customer service re eked, I believe SEIDNER'S COLLISION CENTER in Glendora is deserving of a FIVE STAR YELP REVIEW! Armando- keep up the great job that you and your staff are doing. . . . read more

I am super impressed with Seidners. Many times, I feel uncomfortable at car places, not here at all. They helped me understand everything, even showed me things I didn't know about my car. They did a great job from start to finish. Made me feel like they actually cared about my car. They dealt with insurance and did not pressure me when it took me awhile to get the work done. I hope I never get hit again to have to come back, but I would highly recommend this place. read more

What a wonderful, professional operation with great people. I did a minor amount of damage to the underside of my bumper. The guy who looked it over said he could give me a new bumper for $1200. But then he said, "Look, a couple of screws and we can put this back together and it'll look fine". So he took it in the back and 10 minutes later the car was out, bumper looking as good as it had before. I asked him how much and he said "No charge. Just write us a good Yelp review". So I am! I hope I never need their services, but, if I do, I'm going to Seidner's. I know they'll be professional and honest. And great to work with. read more
