Took my car into Caliber Auto Repair expecting to pay for a big repair job on a long door scratch. Right after I filled out the forms, Michael (the GM) checked it out and let me know it was only surface level. Then Anthony walked over and buffed the whole thing out free of charge! These guys are awesome, super friendly, and honest. Will definitely be coming back here. read more

I was stuck with a busted bumper far from home, and thankfully Lupe & the guys at Caliber helped stabilize my bumper on the spot, so I could drive home safely. I'm so grateful for their expert and kind service! Recommend A+++ read more

Zero if I could. If you have body shop and working with insurance don't go here. They will not accommodate you. They did as little as they could. Poor customer service. They did minimum and charged insurance the most they could. read more

Needed three estimates to fix my Camry's dented rear bumper. Caliber in Glendora was the third location I visited. Arrived at lunchtime and Michael B., their manager, asked me if I could come back the next day when one of his techs would be available to look at my car. The two previous repair estimates were significant (Between $1.6K - $2.5K) and required replacing the back bumper. Michael looked at the damage and felt that there was a chance his techs could repair the issue without having to replace the bumper. Turned out that he was right, and I saved a significant amount of money. Thank you Michael B. and Caliber Collision. Five Stars! DAN T. read more

Honest. Friendly. Convenient. Reasonably priced. Came in for several dent repairs ranging in a quarter inch door dings to a 5 inch impact dent. The repairs and timeliness absolutely exceeded expectations. I came in one day for an estimate and the next day I dropped my car off in the morning and it was completed within a few hours. I'll definitely come back to have them repair the next adventure mishap. read more

We had some mild damage to our vehicle a couple of days ago and since Caliber worked on a vehicle several years ago we immediately went back to them for this most recent damage. When they saw paint transfer on our truck they immediately realized it was easily removed instead of trying to charge us for unnecessary work. I would willingly return to them and recommend them to anyone that needs work for their honesty alone. The previous work we had done was perfectly done. If yiu are in need of collision repairs, definitely reach out and let them assist you. read more

I recently took my vehicle to caliber collision in Glendora. I was hesitant as I had not heard good things about other caliber collisions. However, when I went for an estimate Michael the manager was very kind, respectful and efficient. He provided me with an estimate very quickly. After advisor Lupe took over and she was also fast and kind. They fixed my car quicker than expected. When I picked up the vehicle the car was super clean, they waxed it and cleaned it at no cost. I strongly recommend this location. I will return 100%. Thank you everyone. read more

Andrea, Suzie, and the rest of the staff at Caliber Collision were amazing. They were communicative throughout the process, and even though I (as the owner of the car) couldn't always answer their calls during the workday, they could communicate with both my husband and mom in my place. We had a fender bender that cracked the front fender, the spoiler was gone, and ruinrf the inner liner. They took care of us and replaced it all in one week and delivered right on time. They even offered to deliver the car to us or pick up my husband to retrieve it. They were so helpful and straightforward during a stressful time, always making us feel like they were taking care of us. Thank you to this team! read more

Dropped my vehicle off for some repairs and it was done within the same week. Thanks Lupe for the great customer service.

This place had everything I'd hope for when it came to choosing a body shop. -Professionalism -Good & Fast Response -Great Communication -Answered questions to all my concerns -Most importantly got my car back to looking Great! As a new car owner naturally I wanted my car back to its exact original state as much as possible, so when it came to all its bits and pieces Flo did a great job to find everything. Communication was great. I had a important business appointment out of town and my car was probably due the same day but I was frantic there was a slight chance it wouldn't be- but Sherri and her team MADE SURE my little ride came back 100% complete, inspected and CLEAN right on time! Thank you Caliber you've done an amazing job. read more

I had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision. I would especially like to thank Lupe for all her help. Lupe kept me updated on the progress, the total damage, & date of completion with my vehicle. I got into an accident pregnant & I also appreciated her concern for my baby & myself. Every time she called she would ask how I was feeling which felt very personal. I would highly recommend this specific location. Also thank you to everyone who worked on my car it looks brand new. read more

My minivan was scuffed recently and took it in for a quick estimate. I didn't have an appointment, but they were willing to take a quick look at the damages. They were able to buff off the scuff and the damage area looks like nothing ever happened. They didn't charge me since it was a simple fix. Highly recommended! read more

I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone! Staff was incredible. Susie at the front desk is sweet, kind, and patient. She is exactly who you would want as the first face at your business. Andrea was in charge of my repairs (I was hit in an accident). Andrea was so calm and accommodating. The insurance process was gruesome and she never made me feel uncomfortable or pressures by a timeline. Great communication skills and quick responses to my questions. This is the place to be if you wanted to be treated like a person and not a transaction. They really helped me out and even took care of extra repairs for me. As a woman, I hate going to mechanics (even for oil changes!) because I always feel like I'm being taken advantage of or spoken down to. Here, I felt welcomed, Andrea explained things I didn't understand, and most of all I felt like they had empathy for my situation and worked with me. My car looks brand new. I cannot rave about this place enough. Thank you! P.S. give your staff a raise or a bonus because WOW. They deserve it. read more

Do not choose this place for collision repair, I took my car here for a minor collision on a job that did not exceed 4k. They started racking up price to double that and when I pulled my car they began to nickel and dime you as a retribution. They are not professional, they take too long and will brake your bank. I regret taking my car there. read more

I do not trust most auto body locations. As a girl, I am not knowledgeable on car repairs and have to trust/rely on someone to tell me what I need for my car and know that it is not only truthful but not going to gouge me either. Even when going through insurance, everything is overwhelming regardless of the cost of repairs. Well I highly recommend this is the place. Shari (the manager) was out greeting people and engaging her staff. She is so nice and makes you feel at ease when reviewing the process and the staff is friendly and seem to really care. Not only that but they know what they are talking about. Check out Caliber Collision in Glendora - you will not be sorry! read more

Are you looking for a fast and quality work done for your damaged vehicle? Look to further, ask for Christopher Zeneian. He's provided some of the BEST customer service I've ever had the pleasure dealing with. Above and beyond what I believe most companies would do for their customers. Caliber collision, where you're treated like family. My car was sandwiched in an accident, front and back damage.. I got my car back fast (earlier than the original expected date) and looking NEW even though it's 5 years old. Some minor things where over looked when repairing my car, but Chris took it upon himself to make sure I was happy and my car was 100% safe and repaired. read more

Took our car to get repaired and it turned out great! Picked up my car and not only was it back to normal, but they washed and detailed the inside. The whole staff was so helpful and communicative. Andrea kept us informed the whole time, calling us with updates, explaining everything that was going on. She answered all my questions and I never felt like I was a bother. Is zero stars an option? My car was at Caliber Collision for over 2 months. When I finally got my car back, they forgot to put a new radiator in it,  so my car was having issues. I took my car back in for repair, and tonight, my car broke down with smoke coming out of it. After looking at it, I found a hose that was disconnected. Now I wonder, what else did they forget to fix on my car. What a joke. I never had issues with my car before this. I ended up here because of a front end "minor" car accident and my car insurance company, AAA, referred me here because their inspectors are at this location. Please, get your work done somewhere else. read more

Good communication and quality work. Andrea was great! Caliber Collision is one of the best auto-body shops I've ever used. Sherry & Andrea will take amazing care of you, giving you updates and staying in contact throughout the repair process! They repaired our old 2003 Ford F150 after an accident and it was amazing to see what superb craftsmanship Caliber does. These days nothing is ever done right, this shop is INCREDIBLE! The truck looked amazing when we picked it up. Could not be happier. The paint is guaranteed for the life of the vehicle which is rare nowadays.
