Arrived at lunchtime and Michael B., their manager, asked me if I could come back the next day when one of his techs would be available to look at my car. The two previous repair estimates were significant (Between $1.6K - $2.5K) and required replacing the back bumper. Michael looked at the damage and felt that there was a chance his techs could repair the issue without having to replace the bumper. They were communicative throughout the process, and even though I (as the owner of the car) couldn't always answer their calls during the workday, they could communicate with both my husband and mom in my place. Is zero stars an option? My car was at Caliber Collision for over 2 months. When I finally got my car back, they forgot to put a new radiator in it,  so my car was having issues. I took my car back in for repair, and tonight, my car broke down with smoke coming out of it. After looking at it, I found a hose that was disconnected. Now I wonder, what else did they forget to fix on my car. What a joke. I never had issues with my car before this. I ended up here because of a front end "minor" car accident and my car insurance company, AAA, referred me here because their inspectors are at this location.
