Then a THIRD time because there were bubbles again. He offered to come to my house to do it but only because I was going to take him to court for a refund. The third time has been successful, but here is the kicker ... he contacted me a year later and wanted to do a check up on his work, so I agreed and came all the way back he did his check around the car , maybe washed it , I don't recall now, but then tried to charge me for the visit , like $200 I think.
