The place I used last year - no longer does it, the place I used the year before - no longer does it. I had to search & make a few phone calls before I found a place. Quick and efficient, the state does not seem to pay facilities to do these emissions testing enough for them to continue from year to year. It pretty much brings folks to establishments, which in turn, brings awareness of the business. My vehicle is not that old, still under warranty. I would love to support this shop, once I don't have warranty coverage. Next time I need emissions they probably won't be doing it. Our state needs to support the effort better.

They did a very good job doing my metal fabrication work for my car but they didn't put my shocks…read moreon my vehicle that I paid them for to put on as well and I was charged extra for them to hookup my air hose line for my shocks but when I asked Mike did they put my shocks on when I came to pick up my car he said yes even though my back end was still sitting low to the ground I didn't think nothing of until about a few weeks ago I had someone do my brakes in the back and he pointed out earlier to me hey I thought you had your back shocks put on I said I did but when I checked them my new shocks was not put on so I went to Mike about my shocks and he said that he was there when they put them on I told him well they must have took them off when he left because my shocks that I paid for was not put on and the response that I got was why didn't you tell me about this before and I said I just noticed it when I had my mechanic do my brakes we continued to go back and forth but never ever said that since my mechanic didn't put it on like said just bring the car in and let me check it out and satisfy your concerns about your shocks not put I'll put you some brand new shocks on your vehicle since you brought them in and wasn't put on your vehicle he decided to hang up on me!

Long story short my windshield made friends with a rock resulting in what I thought was a significant chip. I scheduled a chip repair and arrived for my appointment. The service representative took my keys and went to inspect the glass. He arrived a few minutes later and told me that there was no need to worry as it was a just a surface ship which does not need repairing. He also took the time to educate me on when a chip needs to be repaired vs not. He saved me a significant sum of money and I also learned a thing or two along the way. I also saw coffee and drinks, though I was literally inside for 5 minutes so didn't use anything. For longer waits, it's a nice touch. The guys in the office were very nice and service was quick and easy. Nice enough for me to want to bring my car for oil change here. When I asked the guy who was doing the emission test how much they charged for an oil change, he told me he wasn't 100%sure, but something like $115. That seems a bit high for me.

I had sideswiped a big boulder in a parking lot that left both the passenger side doors and the rocker panel at the bottom damaged. I filed a claim with Geico insurance on Mon., Sept. 21st and within hours, received a call from a Geico representative. I had decided to go with GEICO Auto Repair Xpress® program instead of choosing to get estimates by myself. This was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was told I could use Caliber Collisions which was located less than a mile from my house. I was set up with an appointment for the next day and was told that it would take about 1/2 hour. Because I had a car rental included in my insurance, a car and representative from Enterprise would be waiting for me at Caliber Collisions. My Geico claim was assigned to Troy Szymandera. I received a text from Troy the same day and he assured me that he would keep me updated. And he did! I was greeted by James, the service writer for Caliber. He walked around the car and talked me through repairs while assessing the damage. When finished, I was greeted by Nick from Enterprise Car Rental. He handed over the key fob for a Ford Fusion and went through standard questions re: fuel and insurance. He advised that when my car was repaired, I could just leave the rental at Caliper Collision and they would pick it up later. Between the walk around and paperwork, I was on my way home 20 minutes after I arrived at Caliber. I received texts from both Troy at Geico and James at Caliber on an almost daily basis. My car was repaired within 4 business days. To my utter surprise and delight, the passenger side looks brand new! The paint job matches the rest of the car perfectly. Caliber had detailed the inside which I normally pay over $100. They had saran wrap around the steering wheel as well as plastic and paper mats on the floors and seats. There was no chance of spreading germs during this Covid pandemic. The car was washed and has a super great wax job. This car has not looked this good since the day I bought it. The repair process was seamless by going with GEICO Auto Repair Xpress®. Partnering with Caliber Collision and Enterprise Car Rentals made this one of the best customer service experiences of my life. And that's a long, long time, because I got my license when I was 16 and I am now 70 years old!
