I worked with Jay and Tony almost exclusively and they are genuine people who care about having you walk away happy regardless of the circumstances. I'd recommend buying a vehicle here. I spoke with a mechanic there about the problem and he was helpful, informative and very knowledgeable. All in all even though this wasn't a seamless transaction, the dealership did and is doing what is right.

When I did…read morebuy the 4Runner, I mainly drove my Dodge until the license plate expired the end of May so I only drove the 4Runner a couple times in April and May. In those two months, the battery was dead and had to pump one tire several times, the third brake light on the top of the tailgate was burnt out, and the rear wiper spring was missing so the wiper was barely even touching the window. All of those issues should have been taken care of before Holz sold the 4Runner. Once I started driving the 4Runner in June, repairs and more repairs. Immediately, needed a new battery, replaced the rear wiper arm, and third brake light assembly. Toyota said the noise from day one was caused from calipers and a tie rod. I paid for maintenance of the brakes and calipers and replaced a tie rod. During the service, Toyota also noticed the shocks/suspension needs to be replaced. I'd like to know if Holz knew about what needed to be repaired/replaced of a vehicle they were selling or if Holz did a terrible job inspecting the vehicle.

The end of Jannuary came and no call, not a word. Called them and they "miscomunicated" internally and could schedule me for March 2 - 30 days later. They called to verify a few days before the appointment and I thought I was set. I asked for a rental car because of their incompetence and Rachel the manager said she would check. She called back and said no, Regional would not allow them to do rental cars. I asked if they could rebate some of my deductable. Rachel said she would check. February 28th rolls around and Rachel calls me. They have to delay AGAIN to March 11th. Parts did not come in. I asked if she checked on the Rebate for the deductiable and again she says Regional is cutting back on this. Needless to say I cancelled and I am going to another shop. I had used Caliber at other locations and so I called them. They said they could not work with me I had to work with the Franklin location. Very disappointed in the entire crew except for the receptionist. She was always pleasant and understanding. She should be managing that location. Don't trust what they say. Followup constantly so you might get good service.

It looked like a decent lot, and I drove from Jackson to Oak Creek. when I got to the address it looked like a junkyard, disorganized, messy. and nothing at all like the picture in the Ad. It looked like a Milwaukee HOOD BUSINESS. Certainly, out of place in the Oak Creek Community. The owner SAM was outgoing and overly nice. I built a sense of trust with him. On his website, he had a link to check the title. I did the research and contacted the DMV. They told me the title went from junked to renewable. The state assured me that in order for the title to be reinstated the vehicle had to undergo an inspection first, they assured me not to be afraid to buy it. so, I did. I bought the vehicle for $24,000.00. + TAX. The vehicle was on his lot for 3 months (now I know why.) He also showed me a picture of the damaged vehicle before he bought it. I drove the vehicle close to the business and it seemed fine. When I purchased it, I drove it home on the freeway and the front end was shaking. I called him immediately and he said it was just a tire balance problem. he made an apt. at Tires Plus in Germantown. When I arrived, he did not want to pay he said I should pay half. I opted to pay for the inspection myself. they called me back in the shop and said Steve you have major problems. The frame is bent, the steering parts are damaged, and the brakes are gone in the front. Note The mileage said 34,000 miles. The estimate was over $2000.00 for the repairs! I called him and he said "You should have bought a warranty. Huh? The vehicle should have been repaired to be safe on the road. He did not do this. I contacted the State, and they said I have to take it back to HIS chop shop. With no guarantee of him having to make the safety repairs. Then after 2 weeks, the dash control module failed. $3000.00 Total invested $5000.00. VERY DECEPTIVE MAN.
