They are ALWAYS courteous, , knowledgeable, and service times are as described during the estimate. From my understanding they are reasonably priced but like I said we've only ever been for insurance related fixes. I will say I personally know they are a preferred shop for two different insurance companies so that should say something. I wouldn't hesitate to come here for custom work if I needed it too.

Extremely disappointed with the repair experience at Crash Champions Stafford. I was notified that…read moremy vehicle was ready for pickup, but when I arrived the repairs were clearly incomplete and not up to acceptable standards. The front bumper was visibly misaligned, the front right fender was misaligned, a screw/fastener was missing under the hood, and the headlights were improperly aligned with the bumper. The front right headlight is also physically damaged/broken in the corner and still has not been replaced. To make matters worse, the newly replaced front bumper itself is cracked/defective, which is completely unacceptable for a vehicle that was supposedly ready for delivery. When I pointed these issues out, I was told that 'sometimes new parts come with defects.' That is not an acceptable response. Defective parts should be replaced before a customer is asked to pick up their vehicle. I refused delivery of the vehicle because it was not restored to pre-accident condition. There were also delays and poor communication regarding the repair timeline and paperwork, and I even received an automated email incorrectly stating that I had already picked up my vehicle when the shop still has possession of it. I expect Crash Champions to fully correct all alignment issues, replace the cracked bumper and damaged front right headlight, reinstall all missing hardware properly, and complete the repairs to professional standards before considering this repair complete. A little late on the review (it should have been posted in April 2023), but here it is:…read moreOverall, we had a good experience at Super Auto Sales. We were able to find a good, reliable vehicle and a *very fair price*. The buying process was rather easy and straightforward. The owner was excellent with communication up to and throughout the process. After that it fell apart a little, but he did redeem himself in the end. After the purchase was complete the dealership was to process the tax, title, registration with DMV, as that was that the 'dealer processing fee' is for. When we drove away on the day of purchase, we drove away with temporary registartion and temporary plates. The dealer would pricess for us and we were to receive it all in the mail from DMV within 30 day. Thirty days past and we received nothing. After numerous attempts through email and phone over the span of several months we had no response from the owner or the dealership. We contacted DMV to inquiry if the dealer had submitted all the necessary paperwork for tax, tittle, registration. DMV had no record of the sale/purchase of the vehicle, title submission, or registration. I prepared myself, prepared my mind for a challenge. I was finally able to make contact with the dealer and confirmed when the owner would be there. I returned to the dealer, prepared for conflict. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised. The owner provided a believable explanation as to why the paperwork had not been submitted to DMV and he offered to do it but I declined as I still held some skepticism. Instead the owner refunded what I had paid him for tax, title, registration, and even a little extra for my 'gas' since I had to return to him to work this out. The next day I went to DMV and took care of everything. It all worked out. Overall it was a good experience. Would I buy a vehicle again from the, yes. If I buy again I will decline his 'dealer process fee', tax, title, registration and I will take car of it myself.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH DAS PERFORMANCE…read more I'm sharing my experience because I don't want anyone else to potentially end up in the situation I'm in. My car was driving perfectly fine when I brought it to DAS Performance. After having work done there, I left with my vehicle and now my car won't even start. I'm also dealing with additional warning messages/issues that were not happening before I brought the vehicle in. What is especially frustrating is that I trusted this shop with my vehicle expecting to leave with it in better condition, and instead I'm now dealing with a car that cannot even start. I'm not here to argue with anyone or tell people what decision to make. I'm simply sharing my personal experience so people can do their own research before taking their vehicle there. Please ask questions, document everything, and get a second opinion before authorizing repairs. I wish I had done more of that beforehand. I will be documenting what happened, including the work performed and the issues that occurred afterward, because I believe customers deserve to know exactly what they're getting into. Again, this is my personal experience with DAS Performance. Please do your own research before taking your vehicle there.
