They did a great job of communicating throughout the process, even when the car had to be taken to the Audi dealership to have some sensors calibrated, this team kept me informed, and made sure that everything was taken care of. Horrible Customer Service. Went to pick up my car on a Saturday. When I was driving back home I saw some work that had not been done. I called the pace to and explained to the woman named Elizabeth was there. CLUELESS AS TO WHAT WAS GOING ON. Explained the situation. Then the woman starts telllng me who o need to talk to to fixed my cat. I DROPPED OF THE CAR TO THEM TO FIX!! Clearly Elizath was a wasting my time; I asked for the manager. The woman hung up the phone on me. Called back to say how Rude it was to hang up on a person. The woman told me, I don't have a manager for you! Call back on Monday! They handled the insurance, kept me updated and even cleaned my car. Gwen was an amazing customer support person -- so friendly, answered all my questions! They even took me home and picked me up. The front desk customer service is excellent. However, the shop is terrible. I've taken three different vehicles here and all three times I've had to take it back because of safety reasons or that the car wasn't completely repaired. There is clearly not a checklist being performed after each vehicle is deemed "ready to hit the road". This most recent time they did not connect the brake lines on my car and I didn't find that out until I was on the highway trying to brake. I had brake fluid leaking everywhere and they forgot to put my skid plate back on. Using this shop this time around be some deadly, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I understand mistakes happen but this is becoming to often. They have to evaluate their shop procedures and staff, they are definitely lacking in experience, process, and management. I will not be taking my cars here anymore, and definitely not recommend this shop to anyone. read more

I had a parking incident at work and damaged my front bumper and headlight. I immediately called my insurance told them I wanted to take it to the Cross Roads location. Trae was my Service Advisor and did a great job keeping me and my husband informed of the repairs. It only took a week for my car to get repaired. When I came to pick it up, it looked like it never happened! My car was washed and detailed and perfectly clean. One of the most miserable experiences related to auto insurance claim is dealing with Crossroads location of Caliber Collision. Took car in for estimate and Taryn was one of the rudest individuals ever had to deal with - condescending, surly and unpleasant in demeanor and attitude. When made repair appt, admin says could bring in at 7:30 am but when arrived was told first appt wasn't until 8:30 am. Coop, GM of store, than transferred my vehicle to Frisco for repairs because they were too busy and had 'personnel' issues without authorization from me. This place shouldn't be in business or approved to do any work for any insurance company. read more

The Caliber Collision in Cross Roads is absolutely amazing! I was disgusted that someone hit my car for the second time within a couple of months. I got an appointment for my car and got into a rental the very next day. In the incident before, I didn't get into a rental for 3 weeks because of the other driver's insurance. Geico, Enterprise, and Caliber Collision all in one building makes for a super fast and friendly repair without any hassle at all. Brandy is very kind and caring about each and every customer. She relays repair updates frequently via text and call, which allowed me to arrange my busy schedule around when my car would be done. Albert at Caliber Collision is the absolute work person you could want to be your guy, he will not call you back in a timely manner, if you ask him to email you the information you will never get it a email (at least I didn't) and he all around does not seem to care that you are out of your personal vehicle needed answers, it took me 3 weeks to get a answer of any type and I got the best conversation and answers from the enterprise employee that had access to the files. If you are forced to use caliber in crossroad and get a rental car Megan is your girl to go to, she answered every question I had about the car and the questions that Albert should have been helping me with, she was a total rockstar. Besides Megan my first and last experience at caliber in Crossroads was a total disaster and I will gladly drive to the one in the Denton for all my future needs. read more

Had my car involved in a hit and run out on I35W on January 3rd. I always use Caliber in Denton for my repairs. This is time I used the Crossroads location. Joey was my adviser and he did a great job getting my car all repairs and looking new. I had to take the car back for some overspray and replace the 3M film that was not staying on. Joey got this all corrected and the car back the same afternoon. Joey even arranged to have a ride for me back home and then back bring me back to Caliber when the repairs were completed. The original quoted time was two weeks, but he and his staff worked over time to get my car fixed up and ready for when I got home! Caliber Collision took the path of least resistance and managed to bump it out and with some buffing out it looked perfect. Rude manager. When I disagreed with pricing he took attitude with me. Even a man sitting in lobby who witnessed our exchange said to me as he left, " that was really bad, the way he acted." You as a future customer need to know that quotes are generated from a computer program. If the computer says it takes 2 hrs and the actual time is 30 min..... you pay the 2 hrs of labor. If you don't like the pricing then you can pay a restocking fee on the part. Sharing all this because you as a customer should know before you buy. Education can hopefully save you money and frustration. read more

Jeffrey was so amazing! I went to this location to have my rear view mirror put back on my windshield. My mirror was hanging from the windshield by the wires! He advised me his windshield guy had to fix it and he was not there at the time but would be back the next day. Jeffrey detached the mirror so it wouldn't hang from the windshield for me and advised he would call me the next morning when the windshield guy was there. He called me the next morning as promisedI did not have to wait it was fixed in a short time. Jeffrey did not charge me for this service! He had great customer service and was very helpful. I highly recommend this location! I went to Caliber Collision after the Longo Toyota dealership in Prosper (out of California)sent me away and said they couldn't help. They did try to detach the mirror from the wire for me but they couldn't do it! It took Jeffrey 2 seconds and it was detached! A big thank you to Jeffrey for his excellent customer service! read more
