I cannot express my gratitude enough for Matt and his team at this location. My son got the seatbelt locked and stuck under my captain chair and the track of the base. I stopped in to see if this was something that was even possible to be worked on there as it wasn't something caused by a car accident and I didn't know what they do at Caliber Collision. ( I just figured they know how to take apart and put back together cars ) I even went as far as trying to remove the seat myself but was not successful. They not only fixed my seatbelt without removing the chair or cutting the belt, but they put my seat back together that I took apart and did it all within 30 minutes. Did paint job on rear bumper with caliber collision after minor parking lot accident. Paint job wasn't good. Paint was not applied evenly, looks like they didn't really remove bumper, instead covered attached parts and painted. It even looks in some places like it was painted with paint brush. Also there are 3 dents on new paint close to panel gap also. Also overpriced. Disappointed with this place and work in general. read more

Originally, when I called to ask questions, they were ok, but unwilling to call the insurance company to get our information. She acted like she couldn't care less if they got our business. Passed us off to another department that would call us in a few days.. I explained that my daughter needed a car today because she had to head home early the next morning. But once the insurance company got on the call, the lady was rude and unwilling to be flexible/helpful in any way. Had insurance company hang up with Caliber and we called another company down the street who was Immediately willing and able to offer assistance and hooked up with a car that same day! read more

I love this place ! The whole team was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and understanding with us. I had to get repairs done after a collision and was very inexperienced with the process. Joey was able to fill in the blanks on what to expect, how the process worked, realistically ( and honestly) what he could do with the car, and he kept me updated on the repair process the whole time. Highly recommend Caliber Collision Little Elm. The general manager Matt and Joey the advisor went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. My sons 07 Mustangs was hit at no fault of our own so we choose this location for the repairs. The car needed not only paint and body work but suspension and motor mounts as well. Everything was replaced and repaired back to its original condition. Had a couple minor issues that Matt immediately took care of and made sure were fixed. On Monday requested an online quote to fix the bumper of an F150 after hitting a deer. On Tuesday afternoon, I called them to get the truck in. First they said they are not an aluminum body shop, I said no body work needs to be done. Then they said that since I was paying out of pocket they did not have any availability till 2 to 3 weeks out. They were very hesitant on the phone. It does not bold well when a company would rather deal with insurance than a customer paying for it. read more

Went to get an estimate for a repair and informed them that we'd be paying cash. All went well... no issues, no comments. Once we received the estimate, we called back to set up an appt for the repair. We were then informed that they only deal with insurance companies, not private citizens. We were not told this when we went in for the estimate and told them the method of payment. The manager we spoke with was very nonchalant about our frustration about not being told up front. Just said that it's a corporate decision and was not apologetic about her staff not informing a returning customer about not being able to pay them directly for service. Her lack of concern for her customers and the corporate decision to only work with insurance companies and refuse service to local customers paying out of pocket makes our decision to not return here an easy one. read more

I had the misfortune of collision with an animal that damaged my vehicle. The animal survived but he left his/her mark. I was looking for a local business and was reminded of the Caliber store near my home. From the beginning of my experience to the delivery of my vehicle the staff and the repair were above my expectations. The staff was excellent and the repairs were done ahead of time even though the estimate missed a couple of repairs that were hidden but found out and completed. Upon check-in I met Holly, who was so friendly, outgoing, informative and helpful! Brandy was fabulous, too! She kept me informed daily via phone calls and texts on the status of my vehicle. I had someone rear end me back in October 2021 after going back and forth with insurances I decided to start looking for a good place to fix my car. I don't trust the shops that insurances recommend anymore due to a past experience I had 5years ago. After doing some outside research and making my own calls I finally found this shop. I can say I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. Since the first time I called I spoke to Alvin the service advisor and he seemed very understanding and was able to give me their soonest available spot. I called my insurance back and told them I wanted to take my car to this shop and they were trying to get me to go to another shop at an earlier time that week. I told them I was not going to deal with their recommendations and that I wanted my car fixed at caliber. I gave my insurance representative Alvin's number and they spoke to him directly. I am pleased to say he made a smooth transaction with my insurance and the shop. He was really thorough when explaining all the damage my car had and the approximate amount to be payed for the damages. He kept me up to date regardless of his busy schedule. I am great ful for people like him that are knowledgeable, care and regardless of their work load still give excellent service. It must be hard for the shop to keep up with so many cars. The times I went to the shop they were always super busy but still were nice and welcoming. Definitely recommending this place and will use them in the future if needed. read more

ATROCIOUS SERVICE CENTER. HORRIBLE, INCONSIDERATE SERVICE ADVISOR named: S A L. I received text messages saying that my car was in middle of repairs and would be ready within one week. All while, the car was being declared a total loss AND NO WORK HAD BEEN DONE. When the car was declared a total loss..I was told to just simply, "Come by and get your belongings whenever you like. We won't release your vehicle until you've signed a release form." I showed up, gave them my name and asked to sign off on the release form. It was closing time, I was told...there is no form...just need your verbal authorization. I was handed just my key fob. I said, where are the other keys? They radio'd around, nobody knew. We agreed that, perhaps they were in the car. I said, okay...where is my car and what would you like me to do? I was told : Ms. Johnson, your car is right outside around the building, just pull up next to it and you can get your belongings out. I was flashed a great big smile...like, everything was in good hands...I drove around the building TWICE! Couldn't find my car because they tore off the entire front end! And the best part.....THE ENTIRE FRONT END WAS I N S I D E O F M Y C A R!!!!! Bumper. Headlights. Radiator. Fenders. Metal frames. Consequently, this ignorance ON THEIR PART. Lead to broken glass - and my items being unreachable, dirty, disheveled, every persons WORST NIGHTMARE to see your personal belongings ABSOLUTELY. POSITIVELY. DISREGARDED!!! It shouldn't MATTER what I had in there! My personal belongings should have been preserved in such a state that they would be 1): REACHABLE 2): ENTACT! That's it! I was upset, and went inside to ask what the protocol is for vehicles on this lot and the care of people's personal belongings. My service advisor said, oh, well if you would have told me- I would have helped you get the parts out. UM NO. THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME....THERE WERE PARTS INSIDE OF MY CAR, AND OFFER ME ASSISTANCE IN ADVANCE!!!!! Then, to make matters worse....SAL defended the actions of this service department by telling me..."Ms. Johnson, your car was declared a total loss...Geico has been calling all week to pick it up." I responded, " Would it have mattered WHEN I CAME?! Would there NOT have been parts all over the inside of the car?!" Folks, lol...omg...the man...this man..HE DIDNT GIVE A FLYING RATS AXX!!! He cared more about the key fob that almost hit him in the head from across the desk than he did MY BELONGINGS. INFACT...he said, Ms. Johnson..."That's your key!" NO. NO...it's not MY KEY. It is technically Geico's. What is mine...YOU COVERED WITH A HUGE PILE OF CAR PARTS!! Rude! P/S: I have been a Service Writer, and, I have handled upset customers...this guy Sal, is piss poor at his job. I'm not even a new Caliber Collision Customer. I've worked with Caliber Collision before, just at a different shop. At first when I brought my car, they were very friendly and professional. They kept me updated all the way. They took care of the rental and everything. It all started when I picked my car up. My fog lights no longer worked and my green LEDs, didnt work like they should. There was a big scratch in my leather steering wheel, and in the one wheel well, clips were missing that I had replaced just weeks before. I called them that evening and was told to bring it on by so they could look. They replaced the clips and I made an appointment for the steering wheel to be corrected. I was then told that with my fig lights, I needed to have the wires replaced since they were corroded. I finally find the time to take a look at the corroded wires and when I get a look at the wires, there is no corrosion but the wires have been pulled out of the socket. I look at the socket plug, and they are still plugged in. That means they removed my bumper without unplugging the lights first. Some of the wires still have the pins on them from the plug! I take pictures and call the shop, which they refuse to even look at the pictures because my wires were "corroded" ans according to the mechanic, fell apart when they removed the bumper. Again, without wanting to see the pics, they refuse to do anything with my lights. I get with another shop to get their opinion, which of course I have in writing that the wires were pulled out instead of unplugged, and again, more pics from this shop. Still, Caliber Collision says it due to corrosion. I then get with my insurance, since they use this company and referred them to me. So now after weeks of back and forth, it takes the Adjustment Manager from the insurance company to go and look at the pics from both shops and then siding with me. So what did Caliber Collision do? Bought new pig tales for me and I ended up repairing their screwup, including getting my LEDS corrected. Wow, never again with this group. read more
